This is the worst company I'd deal with, I ship my merchandise from rancho cucamonga california on the 11/14/2018 now is 12/03/2018 I still have not received it yet, when I spoke with the agent today they indicated to me my shipment is on the 3rd stop, I waited all day long, by 5PM I'd call them , they said They will not deliver today and will deliver tomorrow, this company is has terrible, lousy, and cannot be trusted with any merchandise. They always late, I will not use this company again in this lifetime, I prefer, "Daylight transport, Road Runner", they always on time and on point. If I could, I would give it a minus 100 star. My valuable freight was shipped from Wilmington, CA on May 7, 2018 to Chesapeake, VA. Today is June 12th, 2018 and no freight. For weeks they told me everyday that it was at a terminal in Baltimore (in which they would never tell me which terminal so I could go get myself). They told me daily it was red tagged and will go out that night for Richmond, VA and delivered the next business day. Each morning after they would tell me the same thing... that it was in Baltimore but will be going out to Richmond for delivery the next day. This went on for weeks. Now, they have finally admitted they don't know where the freight is. All these weeks, not once have they called me or answered my emails. I would have to call them and wait for someone to eventually answer the phone. I've been in business for 30 years and routinely ship freight. I have never had an experience remotely like this. Don't even consider this company. Oh, by the way, they sent the freight by train. I had no idea it was going across country by train until it was too late. read more

This company is flagrant and absolutely atrocious in everything they do. I had to get involved because my operations department did not know what else to do. There was a promised delivery date of one week after pickup. The shipment is coming from California to Florida, I understand a week it makes sense to me... not three weeks. Not when we are being told an ETA of the next morning and it's Jacksonville Florida. Not when we are told oh it's on the train headed towards Jacksonville and that it isn't actually in Jacksonville yet. This was not a critical shipment until the lead time turned into three weeks. Now it has become time sensitive and we are told there is nothing they can do. Frontline disgusts me and it is not worth the cost savings when the cost savings come at a loss of your business goods. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING PERIOD. I wish we were made aware of just how horrible this freight company truly is. They have been blacklisted from my company and I recommend anyone reading my review do the same. read more

My shipment was 3 pallets of empty plastic and glass packaging. I paid $540 to get it to Houston from New York state. It left the sender on 7/16. I just got it today, 8/3. I have never waited so long on a shipment. It normally takes a week at most. This was not a budget shipment. I paid premium for it. It sat in Haslet, TX for 7 days. I was told to expect delivery on 7/27, "sometime the end of the month", 8/2 and now finally it arrived today. I allowed my vendor to select this company. Never again. read more

These guys are terrible. Tell them you close at 3pm they will get there at 5 every time. And they do not care. Flat out. No excuses. We will be there when we get there. No customer service at all. Don't waste your time. I won't in the future. They are a joke. read more

It is not just the transit times where this company fails to deliver but God forbid you have a claim with them.....short shipped 2 pieces and as with most trucking companies, nobody is responsible except the recipient, in this case us, is holding the bag. they don't have any obligation toward what they say, starting with 4 days estimated of delivery , take it to 7 days and after that they change the date again to 12 , really dont know even its going to happend after 12 days or maybe one month! read more

I will never use this freight company even it's the only option. I just had the worst experience with them. I booked a shipment on December 3rd from Maryland to Georgia with an estimate of 2 days delivery. It took them 9 business days and a total of 13 days to deliver 2 pallets on December 16th. I called their customer service few times to get one excuse after the other; that it's with their delivery partners at one point and that it was not unloaded to the terminal yet etc. Our broker got involved and sure enough they lied to him about when they will deliver the pallets as well. The consignee was very upset as he promised that merchandise to his customers. They have no understanding of how these delays affect businesses and the repercussions from cancellations. I wish yelp has a zero star because they don't deserve that 1 star I gave them. There was no follow up from them what so ever on this. They won't refund the shipping cost and they don't take any responsibility for their mistakes. Save your time and money and go with another freight company. read more

We scheduled a shipment from CA to DC. Items were picked up on August 13, 2014. We were told that the estimated delivery date was 7 days from pick up. Today is September 2, 2014. Our items still have not been delivered. I have reached out to them several times. At one point I was told it was my FAULT for not telling them my delivery was urgent (a LIE). We clearly told them several times that the items were for a larger package scheduled for a humanitarian flight out of the country. Needless to say, the flight left without our cargo. I will never again use them; recommend them. Their customer service, to boot, is horrible. No apologies, no remorse. Just a very matter of fact, "I don't care" attitude. I ship freight on a regular basis and Frontline was recommended to my company by a west-coast based company. I have never been given the runaround so much by a company in my life. A simple shipment of three pallets that should have taken five business days is now going on 12 business days. First, the delivery date came and went with no one at Frontline being able to let me know where my shipment was. First I was told that it was due to congestion or maintenance on the trailer. On Monday, I find out that the pallets were never on a tractor trailer but were in fact loaded onto rail. The shipment finally arrived at the local terminal Monday night. When I called Frontline to get an update this morning, Cindy in their customer service department copped an attitude with me and told me that I should be grateful that she was helping me since she had been in the office since 6am PST and stayed late last night. She then proceeds to tell me that she won't give me any additional information and that I can go through our freight broker. As of this morning, I still don't know when I am getting my shipment as the terminal can't get the download from Frontline to let them know which trailer my shipment is in so that I can drive an hour to go pick it up. read more
