We love Frost! They have a ton of gelato flavors to choose from whether you are into sweet and fruity or chocolate forward and creamy options. Service was friendly and we were even offered a pup cup which was quickly devoured on the patio alongside a few licks of gelato/

Gelato shop in the shops at Encantada. Lots of flavors so there's something for everyone (my SIL tried chocolate and chili). It can get crowded though and there's not much seating so we opted to take our treats on a stroll through the shops. It's not the best gelato I've had, but it's not the worst. It's a good spot for a sweet treat if you just had dinner in the mall.

Top mint and perhaps espresso. Bottom: bubblegum and run raisin.

On a hot and lazy Sunday afternoon while walking through La Encantada, we tried Frost for the first time. The young man serving us was very helpful while the rest of the rest of the employees just sort of huddled and talked with each other. I was impressed with the amount of different offerings they presented. I chose a medium (one can select two flavors at this size) with rum raisin and bubblegum while my wife chose espresso and mint. All of the flavors were great. The place was clean and there is an option for both indoor and outdoor seating.

Espresso chip pint here is the item I continue to order when passing through. It's very good, has tasty espresso chips within and comes with a round crunch ball on top. The staff is super nice. We always come with a bag from the grocery store next door and ask if they can add ice so the pint makes it back to the hotel. They are very accommodating and always help.

Lot of great flavors, I had the blackberry Cabernet sorbet and the yogurt which was a great mix. The creaminess and slightly tart flavor of the yogurt complimented the fruity and refreshing sorbet. Sit outside if the weather allows as the people watching at La Encantada is excellent.

the prep cook Dakota who has a heavy Appalachian accent licks the spoons they prep the gelato with and claims it's fine since they wash them after (sprays them off with cold water and no soap or sanitizer). These are the same scoops that are being used to serve the gelato. The cups and lids to serve customers for Haute Coffee and Frost gelato are also kept in a "storage closet" which is quite literally a large single toilet restroom where there's no cameras on the cups and lids. employees can theoretically close that restroom door behind them and then do whatever they want to the cups. not to mention the boxes and packages are being opened and kept in the restroom opened where poop particles are everywhere.

The place was super busy but the line moves quick! There's a ton of variety from super healthy fruit options to savory sweets like biscotti -!: chocolate peanut butter. they give plenty of samples so you don't have to take a chance getting something you won't finish. There would be nice to have some misters outside in the heat since there's limited sitting inside with the AC. Can't wait to come back and try more of the flavors.

Relaxing to sit outside and watch people. The staff is friendly and always ready to help. I love their Americano coffee incorporated with my favorite gelato. It is very inexpensive. I love coming here.

After Church we took the kids to get ice cream .After waiting about 8 minutes because there was only one person taking orders Alina comes up to the counter to take orders with a non friendly face claiming to be the general manager at the place gives us the worst attitude. Been a customer since it opened and never had an issue until now .The issue was when we asked her to serve 1/2 the size for my 2 year old kid (something that they have always been doing for my kids) letting her know I will pay for the small serving but only to serve half. She stated no ,only have small or large size. One of the other kids wanted half a flavor and half another flavor size large again letting her know I will pay for the extra. She refused to serve us and asked us to leave. We where a party of 3 adults and 4 kids I never in my life have I been in a place with so lack of costumer service and a attitude like that. She claiming to be the manager definitely not the best management was the only person unfriendly rolling her eyes giving push back on simple requests. Don't go to this place not kid friendly at all and have a super rude manager.

Frost Gelato never disappoints!! I'm always satisfied whether I go for a cone or a cup. Every flavor I've tried has been delicious-- definitely recommend!

Workers rude as hell. I get it, nobody likes to work. But at least just put a smile on your face once.

Teaspoon is one of the best overall restaurants in Tucson…read more I've been here a few times over the last year or so. It has never disappointed in service, quality or taste. (well once in taste, but I'll get to that) They have great in-house made items. Like the Challa bread, the preserves, their pesto. They most certainly know what they're doing. I had unseasoned filet mignon once, I believe it was the omelette. I talked to the manager. Now I wasnt upset, didn't send it back, I just told them what I experienced and mused that I found it odd the cook forgot a simple thing like salt. The manager acknowledged my complaint and that was all; or at least I was fine. Nope, she came back with a to-go box of croissants topped with cream and berries as an apology. They were tremendous by the way. She didn't have to do that. The ambiance is it's only weak point, but even that is minor. Simple black is fine. It's modern feeling and doesn't stand out loudly. They have outdoor seating, which early in the morning is fine, but id avoid in the summer, which will likely mean you'll be waiting, depending on the time. Oh! I forgot to mention, they have very good drinks. They really are intentional about the blend of flavors, they have a little something for everyone. All in all, I cannot recommend this place enough. It's been a shining star amongst Tucson restaurants and I am grateful they exist. Even to how they organize their menu partly by flavor profiles shows they genuinely LOVE food. I love food too, and I love here. Try this place. Today.

There is outdoor seating with small tables and misters to stay cool. The inside has a good amount of space and A/C is on spot. There is also a bar with a good number of seats available. This might be first come first served but I am not totally sure. The food is a really good spread of options. Pancakes, german pancakes, french toast, eggs benedict(s) monte cristo, omelets, croque madame, country chicken with biscuits and sausage gravy, chilaquiles con pollo, avocado toast, savory crepe, and even a breakfast pizza. Oh and they offer a few skillet options too-southwest, loaded baked potato, and sausage and peppers skillet. So many options!! I can't speak too much for lunch but I did see burgers on the menu. Not too helpful in that arena sorry. The eggs Benedict with ham was awesome. Side of potatoes with a bit of all seasoning and a side salad with awesome light dressing comes with it. The dutch baby was also great. A german pancake served savory with sausage. Huge portion. Come check this place out and make sure if you don't want to wait you call in advance when driving there and ask to get on their "wait list" you may not be able to get a reservation but you can do this. You're welcome.
