So i had to wait in line because i already paid and tipped them for the ice cream order. Why is there an option to order online if the pickup person has to wait in line for them to make the order?? What a disappointment - please see the picture below. The presentation of the ice cream was messy, dripping on the sides, and cracked to which did not resemble a "roll". The temperature of the ice cream was not even cold, hence why it was already melted while I paid. The cashier claimed it was melted because of the selected flavor. A little bit of driving around the shopping complex we found Frost n Roll on the south east side of the building. Upon entering we were pretty quickly greeted with smiles from three ladies. I was impressed and happy that our family of 4 could all have ice cream around the same time and able to eat together. Ice cream here is OK. My boyfriend ordered at the same time as me they made his and then told me there was no coffee for my flavor to be made so I settled for the cookie dough. It all tasted regular there was nothing special. It's $7 for just the ice cream no toppings. I miss Milkywave that used to be on Spring Mountain lol. read more

Service is good, the food / ice cream is great, but when it comes to check out, the cashiers do not give back proper money. I've gone 4+ times to this location and used to be a regular, then they began to come up short on my relatives cash after orders (they frequently either do only cash or only card) and the last couple times we've gone, they had been short cash wise and by the time my family (or myself) realised, we're out five to ten dollars. It sucks that the staff isn't always friendly, but i understand not everyone is handy when it comes to cash, but self tipping off of a child's cash (recent experience) is just too much. It's sad because sometimes there are friendly staff, and the ice cream / food there is absolutely delicious, but the attitudes overall and the service with cashiers. . Beyond frustrating. read more

I don't know how they do it at Frost N' Roll, maybe voodoo.  They pour some fluid that looks like diluted pancake batter, put it on the grill, and end up with frozen pastries....how does THAT happen?  Not just any old ribbons of ice cream, but the kind a caterer might serve at a country club. As the girl scraped away, I shivered and flashed back to a Midwest childhood, getting a plastic tool from the glove compartment in order to remove ice from the windshield.  Same workout, but Frost N' Roll tastes a lot better than frozen acid rain did. There are lots of flavors to choose from and I stood there like a half-wit trying to figure out which to get.  Rocky Roll and Maple Pecan were two good choices and on the next visit, Nutella and Chocolate Decadence were equally tasty. Probably no matter what flavor you get at Frost N' Roll, you won't go wrong. Unless you try to get it home to the freezer in August and your car's aircon is weak. read more

You pick the base (I picked cafe mocha) then can substitute the chocolate for house cream (like vanilla ice cream?) then added toppings (choc. Chips, strawberries, instant coffee grounds) They theN mash it up and flatten it on their special stove, and scraped it into a roll! It comes out to about 5-6 rolls, and very good portion. Disappointing experience, brought my spouse here and after waiting in line and seeing how overwhelmed and unhappy the staff seemed he didn't even want to get anything. Once we got up to the young lady to order she was very rude and even said, "Thank God," when my spouse said he wasn't going to order anything. I asked if I could have the croufle (I spelled that wrong) she cut me off and said they were out of that and crepes and a few other ingredients. Came here with my boyfriend last night for dessert and it was so good. We ordered the nutana and mud pie and we love the concept. The wait can be much since they make each order fresh but it's definitely worth the wait. You pick your flavors and they use fresh ingredients to make the ice cream. Both of ours came our pretty good, my Boyfriend LOVED his Nutana. Mine was pretty good but it was a little too sweet for me so I think next time I'll try something else.
