Went to frostea the other day, for my first time, and got a mango green tea. It was the most bitter green tea that I have EVER tasted ! It looked musty and dark. The lady there seemed like she doesn't even know English ! How could they possibly hire someone who doesn't know English. I made a complaint and all she knew how to say was "my husband my husband." Tried this place for the first time and I wasn't satisfied at all. I had their Taro milk tea with boba. The drink tasted weird. It didn't taste like taro at all and it was very powder like. The boba tasted off as well. Might try again some other time but for now I'm sticking to quicklys or tpumps. read more

A-Okay. It's close and usually not busy. Got a regular half-sweet almond black tea with lychee gel and it was good. They also have games for people to play and it's quickly become the it place to hang out with teens. A cute little local boba shop and the only one that's walking distance from me. I finally had a chance to try it after having brunch closeby. I opted for the mango rose tea while he got the green tea shaved snow. He wanted nothing but fruit toppings and condensed milk, but we were told they only had banana...and then it turned out they didn't have any banana. It was only around 12pm on a Saturday so I don't know how they didn't have any fruit available. He ended up going for the mochi and condensed milk. My tea drink was pretty good, I can taste the tea in it. A little too sweet, I would opt for more ice or less sweetness in the future. His shaved snow was pretty good! Snow was soft with decent flavor and the mochi had good texture. Something I would get again, but hopefully with fruit next time! Overall, an okay place. I have tried this place several times over the past year because I was very excited to have a new boba place nearby. Every time, I am disappointed by the drinks. The tea is not great and the way they mix the flavors is worse. However, they offer other desserts. Their shaved snow is very good, their toppings are good, and their boba/tapioca tastes good. To compare with my other tastes in tea, I really enjoy sharetea, i-tea, and super cue. I like T pumps better than Frostea, but not more than sharetea. I would never come back for a tea drink, but I would absolutely return for shaved snow. The staff is friendly and they've even tried re-creating my drinks after I complained. I like the people that work here...the customer service is great and the boba is quality level. Good customer service even though I ask for the "chocolate slushy boba" or "chocolate smoothie with boba" all the time knowing it's not officially on the menu. The thing is they have made a chocolate smoothie for me a few times. I don't understand why they don't make it part of the menu??? drinks were way too sweet even though i had put special instructions to make it less sweet so im a bit disappointed. im a boba fiend and having worked at a boba place, i always try my best to visit new places. i decided to try this place for the first time today and ordered from doordash. from past experience, separation is quite often in drinks (esp those that are blended) but only when they have been sitting out for a while. my only issue is that my drink was still very much cold and was obviously separating. also, the drinks are quite powdered and made with artificial flavorings, and i can understand as my old job had done the same, but we put in fresh fruit along with the syrup, and i dont think they put any real fruit in it, which is sad considering the price is much higher than what we had charged. overall, room for improvement! read more

I usually get honey milk tea boba and I love it but if you like milk tea for that strong tea taste I don't think you'll find it here. It's milk tea is rather sweet and more on the creamy side. The boba is also good but not amazing. The place itself is super cute, they have games and tables to hang out. They also have snacks. One thing I really do like about this place is they have a huge cup you can buy as their large, and for milk tea lovers like me, I splurge on those!
