I really love the picture of the monkey on the sense of humor

The vibe is very cool here, I like the exposed brick that kind of shows the old building and they exposed metal. The coffee is really good here. The menu has some unique and eclectic things, so there's something for everybody. The Gouda grits were great! And I loved the bacon extra crispy! The Havana Latte (with oat) was one of the best I've ever had.

Gail Salad - Large. I ordered this salad to go, no walnuts or cucumbers, but there was no chicken... crazy price for no protein

Ordered a large Gail salad to-go, came with no chicken!! Wtf. Also got a spinach croissant warmed but it was cold. The caramel latte is amazing but the food is super disappointing.

We stopped here for breakfast before being tourists and diving into Broadway. It was the perfect start to our morning! First of all tremendous service. Special shout out to Andy. He went above and beyond to ensure we were having a good experience, enjoyed our food, and were always taken care of. We had their lattes. One of us had the log cabin and the other one had the chai but all of it was tasty. The biscuits and gravy was super flavorful and filling so get that if you want a bigger plate. The eggs bacon and cheese bagel was perfect for a not too heavy breakfast but it was tasty! All in all a lovely place with lovely service and I'd highly recommend! There are plenty of seats here and we went on a Sunday at 9:30ish and didn't have to wait. We came from our hotel so I can't comment on parking.

I love Frothy and my food and coffee were delicious. I usually never have any issues with the food or drinks here. I will say the service was an odd experience today. I dined in on my own and the host sat me but then came back to take my order. Normally that's not a big deal, however this time it felt more like I was being rushed to order even though the server who took my drink order was okay with giving me some time to decide. He did this with a few tables near me so it was something I noticed. It was lunch time but this location wasn't as busy as I thought when I went in and was seated. Normally this is a good coffeeshop off the beaten path of downtown and with a full menu is such a plus!

Great spot! Super cozy, friendly staff, and no wait time. My husband and I both had the farmers breakfast and it was great! My turmeric honey coffee was also really great, super unique. Definitely had a bit of a bite to it so be warned! Awesome place to go for brunch or a quick coffee.

Stopped by for breakfast on a Saturday morning around 10. Place wasn't busy. Got seated pretty quickly but after that the staff seemed to move at their own pace. Which was very slow. Our server should have checked on us more frequently. We ordered French toast and an omelet. Both were only okay. The bacon in my omelet was very good but the eggs didn't have a very good flavor. The bread for the french toast was too thick in my opinion. It also had an overpowering amount of cinnamon. I wouldn't go back.

This place is a vibe and I give it two thumbs up! Today is my last day in Nashville for work and my colleagues and I decided to try Frothy Monkey in downtown for lunch. Upon entry, we were warmly greeted by the host and seated at a nice booth. Our waiter came over to welcome us and offer drink and food options. He was incredibly friendly and suggested the arugula salad with salmon. I ordered the salad and it was delicious. The salmon was cooked perfectly and the balsamic dressing was a hit! Everyone enjoyed their food and was really happy. The ambience is cute, the staff are pleasant and the food is delicious.

While staying in Nashville I came in here for breakfast one morning... It was dead when I got there, around 7:30AM on a weekday, but service was friendly and quick. The place is large, with plenty of seating and the menu looked decent. I opted for their Loaded Biscuits & Chorizo Gravy which was quick to come out. I wanted my eggs scrambled, and they were. The dish was actually somewhat cool, which was odd. The sausage/chorizo gravy had a nice look and texture, but was the main thing that was cool - it should never be cool! That tells me they simply re-heated something that was pre-made. The rest of the dish was good and flavorful. The coffee was good. I'll bet if I came a little later in the morning, the food would have been fresher, hotter, and tastier. But, unfortunately, you only get one chance to make a good first impression.

First - Love the name. Great location on a cute side street, it was pleasant before we walked in. Big storefront windows allow in a ton of natural light. Our server was so fun. He was friendly and helpful. He made great suggestions and took great care of us. We loved our sandwiches. They were fresh and filling. The vinaigrette on the salad was so good I am still thinking about it. My friend's latte was described as perfect. If I lived in Nashville, I would be a regular at Frothy Monkey.

I ate at Frothy Monkey twice. I had wonderful oat milk cappuccino, and a regular coffee. I also had a salad and an omelette. The food is fresh and delicious. The staff are kind and helpful. The atmosphere is bright, cheerful, and relaxing.

This two story brunch spot is tucked away downtown and it is so adorable. Downstairs were mostly tables for four or more and there were counters/bar top to sit at. I went and sat upstairs and it was like a loft vibe. It was super cute and I got to look outside. It was a rainy day, so it was peaceful. I got the Havana latte with almond milk. It was delicious and a hint of sweetness to it. The sandwich itself was simple yet filling. Eggs can make or break a simple breakfast sandwich and I definitely enjoyed this one. Don't forget the frothy monkey hot sauce! If I could buy it and take it on my carry on, I would. I wonder if they ship the sauce because it was to die for. Overall, service was amazing. Can't complain about the food. I had a great time grabbing breakfast before my next stop in this city.

Just happened to walk by this place while looking for a place to eat. We're staying close by and saw it while driving by. It's a nice restaurant and serves coffee, teas and food. The service staff were very nice. The food was good and probably the healthiest we ate all the time in Nashville. Lisa had a omelette and I had the smash burger. The coffee was good. The ambiance was very laid back and has a rustic feeling inside. There's a second floor looking out to the street. I'm not sure about parking because we walked from our hotel.

B) Our waitress messed up our order. She forgot to bring a Diet Coke. When we questioned her for it, she brought a regular coke instead of a Diet Coke. She then left the regular Coke and still charged us for the Diet Coke. C) There were 4 open tables around us. I had brought a chair next to us for us to put our purses on (they would not stay hanging on the bistro chair due to the rounded back).
