I wanted a small birthday treat and landed on Frozen Oasis after reading favorable reviews. Despite the cooler weather, I wanted the experience of a clean self-service froyo spot (and was not disappointed). A few customers were seated at different tables when I walked in, but plenty more could have joined them, given the numerous tables. There were a variety of vanilla and berry flavors, in addition to salted caramel pretzel, chocolate strawberry, tart, cookie butter and cappuccino. I sampled several and chose the Death by chocolate, berry, cappuccino, and tart. Each subtle in flavor and not terribly sweet. The cashier was genuinely helpful and pleasant. The parking lot had plenty of spaces despite several businesses.

Great place to get a good treat. I haven't tried the expresso flavor until today!! It was DELICIOUS!!!! Service good as usual, very clean store, well maintained, section with the toppings very clean and well stocked. Highly recommended

    My latest creation.

I am not, Michael B. I am his granddaughter. As a 10-year-old I love frozen oasis. I usually go to frozen oasis once a month or even more often. I would suggest this place to anyone who loves enjoying a sweet treat with lots of different toppings such as Oreo whipped cream, marshmallows, brownies, M&Ms, sprinkles and much more.

Really sad that my local Yogurtlands closed down so I was looking for another frozen yogurt place that is just as good. Came across Frozen Oasis on Yelp and was impressed by their reviews so I went to go check it out. Parking for sure is pretty tight, small parking lot shared with multiple businesses. May have to park in the neighborhood and walk over. Inside it was really nice and clean. They had so many frozen yogurt flavors and toppings to choose from and everything looks fresh. Pretty affordable too at 69 cents an ounce. Would come back again!

Love this place!! Flavors were unique and delicious. It was very clean (especially for a self serve place!)

Feeling like the Oprah Winfrey of yogurt - all the to go orders for family and friends.

Best yogurt I've ever had! Went here on a Saturday afternoon - there was a line, but it went by fast. And after tasting the yogurt, I can see why. My daughter loved the chocolate. In five-year-old-fashion, she added all of her favorite gummies and rainbow sprinkles on top. I had what I like to call, Big Back Peanut Butter....because I smothered it with crushed Oreos, PB cups, assorted chocolate candies and Nutter Butters. Not sure, but I might have created another food group. Anyways... flavors were clear and delicious. Some yogurts taste artificial, so Frozen Oasis is such a treat. And the place was kept super clean, even the bathrooms. Workers were friendly, helpful, and smiling....like they enjoyed working there. 10/10 experience, I would totally go back!

My niece and nephew wanted me to take them to their go to frozen yogurt spot and I'm glad I did. It's better quality yet more expensive than Yogurtland. The interior is clean and spacious with plenty of tables including a few cookie stools. Frozen 2 movie was playing on a TV. The quality of the flavors I tried were great. I tried ube, espresso and the seasonal egg nog. The friendly employee also asked if we wanted sample cups to try more flavors. The toppings looked fresh and they even had Oreo whipped cream which I've never seen before.

I like it since its not too sweet. The girl that helped was sweet and welcoming. My son like yogurtland more

Not cheap at 65 cents per ounce, but they have many, many flavors, with a couple of gluten free options. My favorites were Cake Batter, Mint, Strawberry and Pineapple Whip (which tasted like real pineapple). The Mocha lost flavor after a few spoonfuls. Toppings for days here and something I'd never seen, OREO whipped cream! Want to drizzle your froyo? They have many bottles (honey, too!) which I didn't notice cuz of the overwhelming toppings section. I got some strawberries and kiwi slices to be healthy but both were tart. Clean and pleasant employees and we found parking easily in this strip mall. Good for the occasional treat for kids or the kid in you.

The location is out of the way for us, but we'll make the drive because we know it's good! I always get the ube base. Most of the ingredients are plant-based, and the staff has helped let us know what isn't (like the ube chia pudding). One thing that Snowflakes has that I don't often see anywhere else is Ghirardelli dark chocolate sauce (yes, it's vegan!) https://bit.ly/4wzt1VW The store itself is bright, clean, and has a modest amount of tables/seats for dining in. Wouldn't be surprised if I find a hair or toenail in the third bite. Very disappointing and will just trash it.

It doesn't wow me, but it does in a pinch when the craving hits. The real standout to me when I start getting homesick for Taiwan is the ground pork over rice. The Tainan style is a little sweeter than what my Taipei family usually makes, but it's still warm, hearty, and comforting. The pork can be on the salty side sometimes, but I usually bring home leftovers and just mix a little bit more rice in. The spicy pork bone noodle soup is another favorite. Rich, creamy broth with good noodles, and comes with sides if you get the combo. I also find myself in here often just for the shaved snow. Fluffy, creamy, not too sweet. The perfect dessert to remind me of Taiwan. Service has been quite good every time I've visited, with buttons at the tables to call servers when you're ready to order or need something.

The ice cream itself was enjoyable, but a few things about the visit may be helpful for other Yelpers to know in advance. They don't offer samples of the available ice cream flavors, which was surprising since many other ice cream shops do. Also, the flavors listed on Yelp and social media did not seem to reflect what was currently available in-store, so I'd recommend checking directly with the café before visiting if you have a specific flavor in mind. We ordered a Level 1 matcha and a mango waffle cone. The flavor options for mixing also appear to depend on what they have already prepared and available that day. There were no pastries available during our visit either. Service was a bit underwhelming, but hopefully the café can improve communication around current flavors, samples, and daily offerings. I'll continue my search for that ideal matcha-ube ice cream combination, but this could still be worth a stop if you're flexible and simply craving matcha ice cream.

Burger in hand. Hope leaving the vehicle. The bun was dry, airy and barely warm, almost like a stale croissant. It looked glossy and soft at first, but had no structure and collapsed more with every bite. The closer I got to the center, the colder and stiffer it ate, like it never got properly warmed through. Glossy outside. Cold center. No chew. No bounce. Just bread giving up. For a smash burger, this missed the whole point. There were some browned edges at first glance, but the bite never backed it up. No hard sear. No crisp edge. No beefy crust. Dry patty. Weak seasoning. Odd flaky texture. The bun broke apart in layers, the beef broke with it and every bite got drier as it went. No juice. No snap. No beefy finish. Burger dressing. Mustard. Grilled onions. Pickles. Sharp, rich, sweet, tangy. That setup should wake up a burger. I gave the patty every chance to show up, but there wasn't enough crust, juice or beefy flavor underneath. Just sauce and toppings looking for something to do. Pickup was fine, got the food right away. No issue there. Maybe this was an off day, but I expected the basics: seasoning, structure and a burger that ate as good as it looked. It looked like a smash burger, but it didn't eat like one. First glance said yes. Every bite said no.
