I was a walk in to get a fill. The folks there were very nice, and my nails turned out great. Initially they didnt have anyone to help me, and asked me if it was ok to wait 10-15 min. Luckily, I was in a chair about 5 min later. CHRISTINE was so great and nice. I would definitely go to her again. They had just opened so it was pretty chill. She was unable to do the ombre I initially requested, but I came with multiple options just incase they couldnt do what I asked for. The design and color I ended up with is super cute and I like that she would check with me to make sure I liked color and design as we were moving along. I would have also gotten a pedicure but I just stubbed my toe and didn't want to get it done while I was hurt, but would like to go back to get one. There was an older gentleman in the shop and when he was leaving he told them he wanted them to speak English next time so he can understand what they are saying. I'm not sure if he was being funny or serious, so I said they can speak whatever language they want whenever they want. I'm not sure if they deal with this situation often, but they seemed to brush it off and told me it because he was old. I don't agree with anyone making those comments no matter your age or color. But that's my personal preference/issue. It made me appreciate these workers more- since I worked in customer service for a long time, and I know how hard some comments/complaints can feel. read more

She was very patient with him n was even talking to him like her own son or daughter. Found out she has been doing his nails for 4 yrs. Then 2nd customer couldn't make up her mind what color to use and changed her mind several times. She also was very patient with her and showed her what colors would be best on her nails, but client finally made up her own mind which one she wanted at the end. The customer service is great at Nails National. The manicurists make sure that you're taken care of. When you get a pedicure they ask you if the water temperature is okay. I like that at the end of every service they ask you if you're happy with the way everything looks. If you're not, they will fix it for you right away. My gel manicure lasts 2-3 weeks. I go here to get my pedicure and every time it is great. I have had several different people pamper me and it has been great. I've been going here off and on for several years. I'm not one that is consistent with my pedicures. I now live about 20 to 25 minutes away and I still go here. And I'm more consistent these past few months!! I got a really bad bacterial infection on my big toe after getting a pedicure here on August 30, 2021. I've gone to the doctors office and I was given antibiotics and I've been soaking my toes in warm water, alcohol, and hydrogen peroxide. It's been almost a month and my toe hasn't fully healed, I'm going back to the doctors because I most likely need more antibiotics or see what the doctor has to say. If you come here please bring your own tools because they don't sterilize their tools. I'm worried about my toe, I hope to heal soon because it's been painful. It's a small salon not too fancy but cute the staff is great nice ladies, I did wait a bit because the young guy ( wang) who was going to do my nails wasn't there but then again I didn't have an appointment. I didn't mind waiting I wasn't in a rush, anyhow one of the girls got me prepped in the meantime filled and glued my nails so when he got ther he started right away and was done in no time, plus they were all very understanding of my condition and were very gentle and caring making sure I was comfortable. The worst nail experience I ever had in my life ! I went to get my nails done and Kristina ended up putting wrong color on one of my nail extensions. After I told them I don't like the nail color , they simply removed all my nail extensions without asking me, saying "you didn't like it so we just took it off" I spent 90 minutes in the store. I kept asking them if they could do anything about it or if I could pick a different color but Kristina very rudely said No. She asked me to "get out of the store and never get back again " this is the kind of customer service they offered. Never again will I step in there. Not even two weeks has passed and one nail has already fallen off. Customer service was adequate, but that lady was brutal!!! My nails were on the verge of falling off. She was commenting on how long my nails were. She used my nails as an example and continued to slam them on the table with force! (Talking smack about other nail techs and how rough they are) Not only that, but when she was gluing on the fake nails... that sh#t was crooked asfff I had to keep on telling her to fix it. She then went on to say that it was straight and that it was my fingers. She then applied the acrylic to my nails in such a sloppy manner! Especially when it came to my edges! I had to go to the sink and scrub it myself. I then told her, and she used this cuticle cutter to scratch it out. She claimed to be a 20-year-experienced nail technician... PFFT, more like 20 hours. So I come here for pedicures all the time. Pedicures only!! Nancy takes her time, she knows exactly what I want/like. She even had the massaging chair going for me before I even sat down, that's the kind of relationship we got. And that's why I only come back to her. She takes her precious, precious time on me and that's what I like; no rush, no rudeness ever! She's always polite; I've never heard her talk half as loud as the others in here. So 5 stars for her. I only knocked down 4 stars because everyone everything else there sucks! Manicure sucks, gel sucks (doesn't last a day), owners are rude and always talking in their language on the top of their lungs. A conversation between 3 people sounds like a whole village having a massive party!! Ann and Robert are the owners and Ann does the best job on nails - but you need to book ahead. Word to the wise - you may not want to show up here on a Saturday - try for a weekday, or first thing in the morning if you MUST have your nails done on Saturday. Came in with my boyfriend for a pedicure. He likes this place and I needed one, do thought I'd give it a try. The pedicure ($18) was actually decent. The technician did a good job. What I really didn't like about this place was the selection of polishes. Typically the salons I visit carry well known brands--OPI, China Glaze, etc. This salon had very few. The majority of the bottles aren't even labelled. I managed to find a China Glaze color that I liked but I question the quality of their polish. Also the salon just doesn't look clean. The dryers all need a really good cleaning, for example. When I see stuff like this I always wonder if they are cleaning their instruments properly. Kinda made me cringe. They were really busy though! A very steady stream of clients so maybe the cleanliness and polish selections aren't a big deal for them! read more

This is my go-to place for getting my nails done!! Lately I have been addicted to getting my nails done, and this place is so inexpensive I can actually afford to come here regularly! I never make appointments, but the wait time is not long. If you go early, you probably will not have to wait at all! This place gives me mixed feelings, but it still deserves 4 stars because of its pricing and quality. The people here are friendly, and they try to start conversation with you at times. They definitely work quick, but they still care about your nails. What I like most about them is that they do not try to jip your money by giving you something you do not need. For example, I wanted gel nails with polish but the lady that helped me said that polish does not last long on top of gel nails so if I want polish I should get fiberglass instead (fiberglass costs less). Another instance is when I wanted to take off my gel nails and get another full set. Instead of doing that, Christine told me I can just get a fill and still put on polish on top. THESE ARE HONEST PEOPLE!! Why I do not give this place a 5 is because their sanitation is definitely not the greatest here, but it is not bad either. They are also careless at times (one time, they filed too quickly and got a bit of my skin). Their nail polish variety also is not that great, so I recommend bringing your own if you want more choices. Overall, I will definitely be coming back. If you like getting your nails done but cannot afford to try the expensive places, then definitely give this one a chance! I love it & my boyfriend loves my nails too! read more

This nail salon has been one I never really thought about going to. I have been getting my nails done for a while and know the in and outs of how the process should be done. But on this usual day my mom and I decide to stop by and get our nails done. Her nails are also done poorly. The gel manicure that she received was horrible it wasn't even on the actually nail. And for my nails I had a man. He was so rough on my damn nail it hurt so bad I kept making faces and noises to let him know that it hurt. He didn't even ask if I was okay. He doesn't shape my nail the way I want it, square nails how can you mess up square nails. COME ON GET IT TOGETHER. Then he tries to put the art lid powder on my left middle finger and he doesn't wipe off the excess powder but decides to let it hang and then try to shave it down. I don't write reviews but I'm so angry. He later then used a buffer tool I'll attach a photo. BUT he pressed so hard and not even on my nail but on my skin that I felt a burning sensation. I SAID" OUCH THAT HURTS"& "JESUS HELP THE LORD". He laughed. HE DID'NT SAY HE WAS SORRY. I hope no one has to go through that disappointing nail salon experience ever. I will definitely not come back to the shop. And the owner is a lady that was kinda harsh on a little girl for trying to sit on her mother's lap on the pedicure chair. She could've asked nicely but instead with a rough tone told the the little girl to get off and and sit in a chair. Over all my experience was horrible.
