Obsessed. I can't decide which paleta flavor is my favorite. My regular order is usually coconut and coffee. Today I added chocolate. Amazing. We had such a great experience at the Petaluma location on a Friday evening, right before closing time. We took my son's entire soccer team and their families for ice cream after a late match. The 3 employees there did an amazing job scooping and preparing ice cream for all the kids and parents, maybe a total of 16 people all at once. And they did it all with a smile on their faces. I heard about this place on Facebook and finally went in a few days ago. We bought 2 strawberry, 1 Guava and 1 Pineapple. I only tried the strawberry but it was delicious!!!! My only recommendation would be that they have a line for people who are walking in just for bars or to go because I was there for bars but had to wait as each family in front of me decided on their ice cream samples, questions and then their orders.
