But the newer man who's been working the last few months has honestly made the experience feel uncomfortable. He often comes across rude, unfriendly, and not very helpful. A lot of times we're told there are no sample cups, and every time I try to use rewards in the app, he either can't help or won't apply them. I've actually lost two rewards because of it. I totally understand everyone has off days, but customer service and helping customers use the rewards system should really be part of the experience, especially in a family place. I just wanted to make management aware because it's gotten to the point where I don't really want to come back, which is disappointing because my daughters love frozen yogurt.
