Two words: PINEAPPLE WHIPPPPPPP YYYYYEEEEEEEAAAAAAAHHHUUUZZZZZZZ Good stuff. But anyways, I got to try out a bit of their pineapple juice and pineapple whip at the recent activated charcoal food festival and it was great. The line and wait were absurdly long being that it was a hot day but I could understand why. Their pineapple whip is very refreshing on a hot day. Their juice was okay, but being that they seemed to be low on ice that day, I think it would've much better at a colder temperature and would give them a pass on that. I think the combination of the two would be perfect which they serve as a float with a lil umbrella. I definitely gotta try that next time I get the chance!

We got referred by Trader Jim's from our wedding coordinator, Lisa Bravo, and couldn't be more happy with them. We love soft serve and dole whip, and we wanted a tropical touch to our wedding so this dessert option fit in perfectly. The booth looks awesome and much classier than other food trucks. The rental was affordable and we compared other soft serve or ice scream vendors and we couldn't have been more happy in choosing them. Your guests will love it too, everyone from the kids to elders were enjoying the healthy dessert. Everyone we corresponded with was very responsive and was always ready to help or answer any questions we would have. Thank you!

Saw their cute little truck at National Ice Cream Festival in SoMa St Food Park. 7/19/2015 Menu Pineapple Whip: ($4) Dairy-free. Soft Serve Frozen Treat Dole Whip Float: ($5) Pineapple Juice topped w/ Pineapple Whip Hawaiian Chips: ($1.50) Original Kettle / Maui Onion / Luau BBQ Saw their cans and cans of Dole Pineapple juice so fair to call them Dole Whips. The soft serve wasn't too ice like LoveBerry. Haven't tried Pineappples to compare. Didn't have the cherry on top so it's a Disneyworld Dole Whip. The Dole Whip at Disneyland has more soft serve as well. I was able to finish the whole thing in under 3min since it was so small (the heat also help melt it quickly). Good to satisfy if you're craving a Dole Whip.

    Refreshing.

I've had Trader Jim's twice now at the Rohnert Park Friday night farmers market while visiting family, and both times I've gotten their Dole whip floats. These things are ADDICTING! I like the pineapple soft serve and the Dole pineapple juice together as the float, but you can also just the the pineapple whip by itself, which my husband prefers. Since we just visited Disneyland, I can easily say that these are way better! I find them not as acidic, and they don't have the small ice bits like Disneyland's does. They also give you more whip than Disneyland does! They're also DAIRY-FREE and VEGAN, which I really appreciate because I'm lactose-intolerant. I can't eat ice cream but I can eat these and feel perfectly fine! The owners run the business and were super friendly and nice. Give it a try, you'll definitely become an addict like me!

I had been to the block before about a few years earlier and remember it being lively and fun filled with a handful of food options and a packed bar. This time, the establishment was almost completely empty with only two food options: the barbecue or the pizza. Both menus were extremely limited in terms of available options. I went with the barbecue platter and my boyfriend went with two slices of pepperoni pizza. While the pizza was decent, but nothing to write home about, I would never order that barbecue platter again. First of all, the mac & cheese that it came with was more like overcooked buttered noodles without seasoning. The pulled pork and the coleslaw tasted old as if it had been sitting out at room temp. I also thought it was weird that they gave me potato chips as another side, but to eat their own. The only thing I actually enjoyed were the side of pickles and who knows if those were even made or from a jar. It was cold outside, so we decided to sit under the enclosed portion of the building and flies swarmed us - they were everywhere and we were continuously swatting our hands around to try to get any relief. It was miserable experience and as soon as we were done eating, we just wanted to leave. I can see why people were not here after the disappointment my boyfriend and I felt.

This is a shared outdoor event space with restaurants, bars, and stage for live music. There was a good amount of people there, probably gets busier during events. I asked the bar about the brewery and was told there was currently only one selection from them on tap which was disappointing. It wasn't the most comfortable place to enjoy a beer either. Even if there had been more to experience, I probably wouldn't have bothered going back. One other note, the restrooms are singles and with so many people there was a long wait to use one. I'd imagine that'd be worse when busy.

Can be a little spicy for people that have sensitive taste buds though. We also tried some other things off their menu, including the cubano and brisket tacos and everything we had was tender, perfectly cooked and seasoned, and delicious to eat. Even though we were supposed to only have a choice between 4 pre-selected items off their menu, they ended up allowing our team to order whatever they wanted off their full menu, which has a lot of different options. They arrived on time for our event and were quick to get the meals out to everyone. Overall, 5 stars and I would highly recommend booking this food truck for your next event!

The lemonade was definitely not fresh squeezed, filled with ice, and only about 3/4th filled. I apologetically asked if they could fill it up, and joked that my family would blame me for drinking it all before it got it to them. The guy stared at me, said "uh.. fine" and then took my cup and added more ice to it. Whatever. What really upset me though is that they added a tip onto my credit card that I did not aprove. I left them a cash tip, but got home to find they had put $1 tip on my credit card as well. The card app they use breaks down the item, tax, tip.. so I could see it all. I feel like that is super shady & I wonder how many other people they've done it to with higher bills that probably won't notice a small fee snuck into it. Beware. Check your receipts. Shady.

I'm a big fan of spice, so I had the Mojarra Frita a la Diabla, and my husband went the safe route and ordered the shrimp tacos. The mojarra was fresh, spicy, and delicious! The sauce was a perfect blend of tang and spice. Very nice touch (cure) for the hangover lol The shrimp taco was also a winner. They do not skimp on shrimp. Ofcourse due to the shenanigans of the previous night, we over ordered and also tried the empanadas and the camarones a la cucaracha and oh boy, they did not disappoint! The roach shrimp lol were crispy and decadent. The green salsa the empanadas go with is heavenly spicy. Downside, there was a bit of a wait, but I can't really complain, it's always a good sign when folks are waiting in line at a joint. The attendant recommended I call ahead for next time. I think I may plan a road trip just to come eat here again! Safe travels and happy Eating fellow yelpers! Cheers!
