Now here's the thing, yes I thought it was expensive. With a Jiffy Lube coupon (they accept competitor's coupons) it was 36 dollars. I knew I had a coupon at home for NBT for 20, so I was kinda bummed knowing I could have had a cheaper oil change. I am totally sold on this place though. I had my 7 month old with me and I was semi dreading keeping her entertained at an oil change facility. But hey, us moms gotta do what we gotta do. Imagine my surprise when they told me to stay in the car. Um, what? I'm down! They talked me through exactly what they were doing and we were in and out in 10 minutes! One of the technicians made small talk and was beyond friendly as well. I also heard him guiding what seemed like a newer technician to ensure everything was being done correctly. It was one of the best oil change experiences I have had. I know it was more costly than other locations. But, they saved me time and frustration of an oil change.

I've given this place many chances as they say time and time again that they have improved their staff, and it is also just the closest oil change place to me. But I will not make the mistake of trusting them again. This is the second time I have been on the way to do something in another state, when the bottom of my car has began to fall off and drag on the road. It is not a coincidence, it is pure incompetence and lack of knowledge. I know this because other oil change places have been dumbfounded by the state they have left my vehicle in. Do not trust this place, take the extra time or spend the extra money to ensure you are not stranded in another state on multiple occasions. Even if the oil change was free, don't take it. They will do more damage than they will repairs.

My car feels and drives like it is new, for real. The new engine purrs and the handling of the car has been tightened up at no cost to me. Other nagging issues were cleaned up at no additional cost. Even though I live nearly an hour away, I still will go to them for all my auto repair needs (except oil changes, but even then if I can make it happen I'll go to Car One). There is almost no company or business I can think of that is better at customer service. If I was to right a dissertation on a PHD for "What makes a small business great" it would be about these guys. 1. They never lie to me. I trust them so much that I literally tell them "yes" to anything they say needs to be done to my car. This is due to them building up trust with me over the years to where I don't need to think about if they are trying to rip me off or not. They can see this review, so next time they see me, they COULD rip me off but I know they won't. 2. The customer service skills - they always seem to remember who I am the moment I say my name, even if I have not talked to them in over a year. Now, look at the attached picture. They literally filled out my mail-in-rebate for the tires I got from them. They even included the stamp!! They didn't have to do it, but they offered it without me asking and took care of it for me. 3. Loyalty. Read the other reviews on here. There is one guy who says he drives from Des Moines, IA because he refuses to go anywhere else. That's what it means to be loyal to a business. In Summary - there's no one better out there to work on your car. If you don't go here, it's your loss.
