Ordered dinner for six online tonight through their website for delivery. Apparently the delivery driver left with only two of the six meals. Fuego's called me to let me know so I chose to go pick it up. By the time I arrived to pick it up, the order had been sitting on the counter for nearly 40 minutes. I realize that Fuego's can't help the inept delivery driver, but the owner totally did the right thing! He had our order remade, which I totally appreciated. They were kind and gracious and that made all the difference for the inconvenience of having to pick it up. Now for the food....AMAZING! We had the ramen, tacos, enchiladas, burritos, quesadillas.... Husband and I were craving some Mexican food, stumbled upon the reviews for Fuego Cravings, and decided we'd give it a try. My oh my, this place is literally on fire! I quote my husband, "This is the best breakfast burrito I have ever eaten." As you can see in the picture, the asada is overflowing. He requested the beans on the side and even then the burrito was massive. Service was on point, food was brought out quickly, prices were very reasonable. And they serve breakfast all day. Our only complaint is they have not made their way over into Riverside County yet. We will have to make the drive whenever we're craving some Fuego. read more

Food is great. Had the carne asada taco and queso Birria tacos with side of rice and beans. Queso birra was delicious. Meat was tender and juicy and plenty of cheese. Very filling. I also had the carne asada taco. It was seasoned perfectly. Not too salty and the meat had a nice crunch to it. Glad they opened this spot up. The only two cons I would say is that the place is a bit hidden although it's on a major street but not easily visible. Second is just a personal preference. I like things really spicy and the server gave me extra spicy hot sauce and it wasn't that spicy to me. But great food and again, glad they opened near my house. read more

This place must've just opened. No sign outside... I just happened to be living vicariously through other peoples Yelp reviews and pictures when I came across this place. Decided to investigate further and figured out it replaced the Flame Broiler on Foothill near Wahoo's. The staff was friendly and greeted me at the door. I went for the Surf and Turf Burrito and some Carne Asada Tacos to go. The flavor was good on both. However their salsa is a bit too weak for my liking, but I also didn't bother to ask if they had anything spicier. My fault though. The salsas aren't bad just not spicy enough. Portion size was hefty and definitely decent for the price. The burrito was heavy and about 8" in length. The tacos were also decently sized and filled. Not sure if they add a lot of lemon to their guacamole sauce but it took a second to get used to it. Overall the flavor of the tacos was good enough to satisfy my craving. We don't have many good street taco places in Rancho and this one is in a perfect location. I'll definitely try it again. Hopefully next time I find out that they have some salsa worth the name "fuego". 4 out of 5 stars for now. I'm sure when I go back and they pull out the spicy salsa I failed to ask for... it will probably be 5 stars and my new go to spot! read more

The reviews made me want to try it because I've been a bit obsessed with asada as of late. The place I found in the area, was closed. So I tried this place. Let me say this...THE FLAVORS ARE THERE! The birria is bomb! But my problem is that my Rancho burrito was cold. Not just "not hot" but actually cold like the ingredients had been in the refrigerator. As anyone knows, cold food, that should be hot, is the worst. It turned me off immediately. I wanted to believe it was because of the sour cream but no, it wouldn't make the whole thing cold. My cheese wasn't even partially melted and we all know how cold fries are unappetizing. To be fair, I did warm it the next morning and after taking the fries out, the food was delicious. It's a good sized burrito and between the asada and pastor, it would have been a huge hit! As I've said, the flavors are definitely there. I just wish my food would have been, at least, warm. Came here based on reviews, first of all it's pricey for what you get, I ordered a fish taco ($4.99)& it was more of a veggie taco had one thin strip of fish and loaded with cabbage and everything else, birria tacos were ok, medium agua fresca $3.99, surf & turf tacos $13.98 for 2 with 2 small shrimps on each taco and the rest asada these are all regular size tortilla tacos, again very pricey and not worth it specially when you can find a taco place basically in every shopping center and even on the streets for a way more reasonable price. read more
