I got the 3-scoop bowl today with a base of brown rice and salad; tuna, albacore and spicy tuna as my proteins; yuzu ponzu on the side; most of the veggies and also some crab salad. Everything is so fresh and tasty. I appreciate that they use the separator containers that they do for ramen, separating the base from the proteins and toppings. This helps me disperse the sauce evenly, which is a HUGE plus. Thank you for a fantastic bowl! I wish I'd ordered an appetizer as well to make two lunches out of this. I did take one star off because they charge for crab salad, and in my experience, many places do at least the first scoop free of charge. I also wasn't able to request any extra of the "free toppings" as I've been able to do for my usual spot. Minor inconvenience as this won't deter me from ordering from them in the future. I do want to add that this was a DoorDash delivery item today, and it arrived quick and neat :)
