They tell you it takes 15 to 20 minutes before your order is ready but it shouldn't because these wings have been cooked before. Customer service was good this time. I will not return again. The veggies (broccoli, carrot, mushrooms, zucchini and onions) were cooked to perfection tender with a little firmness. The chicken was at times dry and overcooked. I could've ordered all veggies and been perfectly happy. There was a lot of rice. A lot. I'll be bringing home leftovers! Overall, I enjoyed Kumo. If and when I come back this way, I won't hesitate to try it again.
