Everything comes out quickly, as all of the proteins are pre sliced and ready to go. They were busy and the turn around is quick. They also do a lot of to go orders, and those were stacked up by the front door. I thought the quality of the fish was good for the price. I really liked the ginger dressing that comes on the salad, though it is a wild color. The gyoza just tasted like frozen dumplings you can buy at the store, and then deep fried. But they were good. The rice was cooked properly, and not mushy at all. The only thing I didn't care for was the California roll. It was super goopy and just tasted like mayo. I had to leave that alone. The atmosphere is very noisy and if you are sitting at the sushi bar, you hear the constant beeping of their order machine. I may try them again for dinner if it is a bit quieter, or takout seems like a good option, though there is no online ordering on their website.

She knows the menu inside out and had recommendations ready for us when we inquired (sake, appetizers, rolls). On top of that, she is very friendly and kind, which added to our positive dining experience. If I were starting a restaurant, I would hire all of my wait staff to be similar to Lynn in character, charm, work ethic, and customer-centric focus.
