The best sushi we have ever had! It is so fresh and filling. The portions are huge and there is such a good variety. The environment is perfect, and the employees are so kind. We drive 30 minutes to get sushi here because it's just that good! They also gave us a free roll because it was Thursday. Highly recommended!!!

Love coming here for our sushi fix! It's always so good, prices are reasonable and the staff is friendly. Our favorite was the Tiger Eye!!! They also give out a free appetizer on Thursday's I would definitely give this spot a try if you're in the area!

Went here for lunch. Heard good things and wanted to try it. The place is small but nice. Everything looked clean and smelled clean. The staff was quick and attentive without being a bother. The lunch specials are nice. They have typical fast food "chinese" food but the sushi is what I got. I'm a big guy so I went all out, tuna sushi lunch special and the spicy Santa roll and the amazing roll. It earns that name quite well as it was amazing! The plates are beautiful as you can see from photos.. I ate all of that and a salad (as I said, I'm a big guy) and got out for around $45 with a good tip. So to sum up, good food, nice portions and great price. They do curbside as well. read more

This is our new favorite sushi stop. Service is over the top- so friendly, attentive, and helpful. The sushi rolls are beautiful and delicious. Came here two times and loved it! First time I ordered sushi rolls and they were delicious! Second time, I got the bento box which included an eggroll, California rolls, fried or steamed rice, and a choice of meat (I got chicken teriyaki). Both times I ordered off the lunch menu. Lunch items come with a side of soup or salad. Portions were more than enough for lunch and very decently priced. Definitely recommend this spot in this area for this type of cuisine. read more

Came here because of the yelp reviews, thank you yelpers. Had the beautiful life and avocado cucumber roll. Sooo good! I'm always hesitant to try sushi when I travel but I was in the mood. The food here is ALWAYS & I mean always fresh & hot- temperature wise. The orange chicken is perfect. The shrimp fried rice is so delicious, just wish they put a little more shrimp in there. The crab puffs are delicious and the sauces that they have for the crab puffs and egg rolls are also delicious! Tried this place last week bc it had such good reviews. And we were not disappointed! Because we went after 5 we were given a free Empire roll, which, we still have no idea what was in it, but it was delicious. The crab puffs were great and the calamari was good, but very crunchy breading. I got the shaggy dog roll and the yummy yummy roll. But very good but the shaggy dog was the best. Our waiter was I believe named Christian (I could be wrong), he was new but great and very attentive. Will definitely be back. With a few more sushi selections, it could rival some of the local tried and true sushi places around here. read more

The specialty rolls were good too. While none of them particularly stood out, they were all enjoyable and well made. Overall, there was not a single dish that I disliked. Even with the much longer-than-expected wait, the quality and variety of the food made for a satisfying all-you-can-eat experience. If you plan on visiting during peak dinner hours, I would recommend expecting a wait, but once you're seated, there are plenty of options to make the meal worthwhile.

The chicken fried rice, which I did not sample, received rave reviews from the family. The General Tso's Shrimp was absolutely divine! Plump shrimp encased in a light batter, with a wonderfully piquant sauce. The egg rolls, however, were a total miss. Check out my photo, and you'll see one egg roll that's as flat as an envelope, while the other is round. Though you cannot see in the photos, there were also indentions on the (flat) egg roll from a warmer rack. In addition to it being flat, it was stale. The other egg roll was fine, albeit mediocre and not worth a future order. Why would someone in the kitchen think that it's OK to keep something in a warmer for hours and serve it to a customer? Finally, the internet wasn't properly working when I picked up my order, so they had to bring a dude from the back to crank everything up again. My order was $40 and change, and he looked at me and asked me what tip I would like to add. My answer? "No tip!" I'm sure they weren't happy, but I couldn't care less. -- I placed an order over the phone, drove to the restaurant, waited at the counter while they worked out their internet issues .... and then arrived home to realize that I paid for an egg roll that would've been fresher at 7-11. And they want a tip? Seriously? As I've mentioned in previous reviews, a gratuity is a gratuity. If you ask for it, you won't get it. If you work the counter and basically hand me a bag, you probably won't get it. And if you put me on the spot at the counter, not only will I say "no tip," but I will also let the world know that they will be guilted into paying for something that the business itself should be taking care of. Rant over. By all means, patronize this place. The food is delicious. Just don't let them serve you an old egg roll or guilt you into paying the salaries that they should be paying.

Since this isn't an Asian cafe, desserts are lacking here. Airi Ramen omitted some menu items a while ago. My companion liked her dish, but my ramen order wasn't right. As we were waiting though, the table and party, directly and across from us, had their chef show up, cook, show out and serve their food. We had a salad, soup and appetizer come out as we waited. This is normal with mostly all dinners. During this time, we were told that we are just waiting for a chef to finish up at another table, so they can come over and serve our party. Here's the get down; -The seafood that was ordered was overcooked because our chef kept leaving the grill to grab other things. *Shrimp, Scallops and Lobster -Having chicken and steak could also be a factor because it takes longer to cook. But still, the seafood was tough and chewy. -Fried Rice was cooked well done and was served before any other dishes. -Steak was cooked, but we had different styles we needed and wanted (Mid Rare and Mid Well), and they were both cooked the same (Well Done) :( -The sushi shrimp crunch roll was perfect! -Shrimp tempura appetizer was a great Also, EVERYTHING is cooked with the same sauces and amount of spices that they bring out. Flavors were good, I had just hoped the patty fit the bun a little better. The ratio was a bit more bun sided than oatty sided. My fries, crinkle cut, were seasoned well. Well enough that no ketchup was needed to dip them into for additional flavor. I would have liked a bit more crispiness from a double fry, but these were toothy enough to get a decent mouth feel. The meal for the three of is was about 47.00, so inflation has also hit my hometown dining places as bad as they have hit my current home near The Woodlands. Went to try this place for the first time based on the reviews I had seen Even though the food looks good on the reviews we were unable to eat any of it due to the ROACH that came out on the plates with the chopsticks. The waitress laid down two serving plates, two side dishes for sauce dipping and two chopsticks on the table. When we went to get the top plate there was the ROACH laying in between the two plates twitching around! My daughter moved the plate away from her and the ROACH fell onto the table and twitched around there till we notified the waitress. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! We immediately got up and left, if there are ROACHES on the plates they have a ROACH problem in the back of the house where the food is being prepared. read more

This restaurant had only been open 5 days when we went and it is AWESOME. Absolutely the best Asian food in this area. The owner is extremely nice and friendly and the wait staff too. We got the crab rolls for an appetizer and they were to die for! We took our leftovers home and ate them the next day and they were just as good or better than they were in the restaurant.
