It's also hard to eat out of the bowl without a spoon, which they don't provide. Japanese fries are a must-try; it's large not too salty and the sauces are just phenomenal. Service was good but a little slow. It was dinner time on Friday, so they were probably very busy. We pressed the button two times but they didn't come. They automatically charged 18% gratuity fees so you don't have to tip them if you don't want to. Boba bar is right at the entrance!! The brown sugar was phenomenal. I got it with milk instead of milk tea, which makes the texture less creamy but I really liked it. Dragon tea just wasn't it and it tastes nothing like dragon fruit.

It looks like they've expanded their menu since I was there. But the fried rice and bao are just my go to order. I've only had pickup and I've never had to wait more than a couple minutes and the employees are kind. Food is hot and travels well. The only downside is it's a bit expensive, but it's worth it. FYI they don't advertise them but they do sell gift cards, I got one for the whole family last Christmas. It was definitely a favorite gift.
