ACE Hardware in Edgebrook recommended we call him for a gas grill hookup. He has been a godsend! Always incredibly courteous and funny - a true professional! The gas grill hookup was a 5 star operation! Absolutely clean and neat from start to finish. Pricing was very reasonable and the job was incredibly detailed and properly done. Matt recently came over because our drains were incredibly slow and we were having issues with our disposal. He took the time (over an hour) to go explain the lines in our home, how they worked, and what to freak out (and not freak out) about. He gave us a common sense timeline of what urgently needs to be done and what really can wait. He treated our home like his own and offered the same amount of love to our old pipes. I can now rest easy knowing that we arent going to flood and that our home is in good shape. He also handled the cleanout for our home. His apprentice (Gabriel) is a pleasure to work with. Thes guy Matt had out said he'd be back to fix the shoddy caulking and bring back tools to finish the work on the toilet. They were paid $950 for their work and they never came back. I was in contact with Matt, the owner, for weeks trying to get him or them to come out and finish but each time they never showed up or replied so I'd have to reinitiate the conversation. 50 gallon water heater went out late one afternoon in the midst of a Chicago deep freeze (single digit and below zero temps). Called my HVAC guy but he was completely swamped with "no heat" calls, so he referred me to Matt at Full Circle. Matt came in that same evening and assessed the situation. It was already after 6:00 PM so getting it done that night was possible, but instead we opted to get it done early the following morning (we could go one night without hot water). Matt and crew came by next morning bright and early and installed the brand new 50 gallon water heater. Removal of the old heater and installation of the new one was very professional, thorough, and efficient. Matt and crew answered all of my questions. Full Circle replaced my sump pump and hasn't worked correctly since it was installed last summer. Matt doesn't stnd by his work and refuses to come out to fix the problem. Not only was this a problem but he wasn't able to do the simplest of tasks of replacing a kitchen faucet correctly. I had my hot water heater leak into my downstairs neighbor's condo Monday. Matt got me a new water heater, and installed it on Tuesday morning. He was in touch right away and got to work on the project. It took much longer than expected as the drain was backed up and he had to rod it. When the tank was not emptying, he realized the valve was broken, and turned off the water, and fixed that. He was then able to take out and put in the new water heater. It was a project that seemed like it would be quick, but wasn't! Matt took care of everything, and was very tidy. Matt and his team are exceptional. Our home was built in 1926 and we have relied heavily on Matt and his team for several years. This past weekend, our basement pipes backed up and Perma Seal took a day to call back. Matt answered right away. We learned that Perma Seal did not install the primary pump and backup pumps properly ($1705 in 2018!). Matt's crew cored our sewer line, repiped the sump system, and corrected piping under our kitchen sink. Matt and his crew are licensed plumbers, which is a big deal. Perma Seal employers are not licensed and will take their time in getting back to you when time is of the essence. I only trust Matt and Full Circle Plumbing. He said he would look for a replacement pipe and called to tell me he had found one but it had to be ordered.
