Very solid company to work with! Shane was my service guy and he did a great job. He really took his time going through my house and making sure everything was done perfectly. Even when I would tell him don't worry about that.... he would respond let me make it perfect for you. The owner I believe was the one I scheduled with and he was very easy going as we had to cancel a few times because it was raining and/or snowing on the day of our appt. I discovered yesterday that the Company charged us $490.95 for carpet cleaning. I called them regarding this charge in hopes this company would handle this issue that obviously was an error and the owner Andrew was no help and very unprofessional. Andrew only called back to tell me he didn't like the negative reviews and wanted them down. Nobody would pay almost $500 for older carpets to be cleaned and I'm unclear as to why Andrew doesn't address this issue accordingly. read more

I have two area carpets that get heavy traffic. Plus I have bedroom carpet that is a light color - close to white. I also have family with pets - one being a puppy - that spend a lot of time on the area carpets. And we all know about puppies. I refuse to purchase new carpeting until this pup is at least a year old and has proven to me no more accidents. We are well on our way. We had our carpets cleaned, upstairs and down. When the cleaners were finished, they informed us the carpets would dry that day, within a matter of hours. At least 2 days later, the carpet was still damp and even wet in some areas. The stair carpet had to be treated multiple times for stains, and carpeting throughout the house had to be re-stretched. Jonah was quite helpful and professional during the process of getting my rug cleaned. He was the most responsive company representative from the several carpet cleaning companies I contacted via Yelp. He gave me a quote on Yelp, and when he showed up later to clean the rug at my place, we realized that my rug was dirtier than I had anticipated because it had gotten wet. (My bad!) I elected that he should take my rug back to his business to clean it, and the pickup/re-delivery cost extra, but he had already quoted me the extra price for this service, so no surprises! I worked over a month trying to find the cheapest place to get my carpet done and have it done well. I even canceled full steam once and set up with another service. they upped the price $100 when they came. so I went back to full steam and set up with them they were wonderful first of all they were so nice. Full Steam came out to my home, and I had some carpet stains from my puppy. They didn't charge me any additional charges for that. What they quoted me, is what I paid. Not like the last carpet cleaning company did, Evergreen. They were twice as much as Full Steam, and the stains came back with in two days. I will continue to use their services as long as I am manager here. I had them clean carpets at a rental house. The technician showed up as scheduled, was very courteous and efficient. He stopped cleaning halfway in a room to show the before and after. There was quite a difference. After completing the cleaning, he noted the wrinkles in the carpet and indicated he could stretch the carpet and take out the wrinkles. Real Deal Carpet Cleaning is the REAL DEAL!!!!!! I called yesterday in an emergency. I needed our carpets cleaned including and most importantly, pet soiling repair. A lovely lady named Pat answered the phone. She gave me a good estimate, scheduled a carpet cleaner to come out same day, and she was an absolute pleasure to chat with. She must be one heck of a lady to deal with a team of male carpet cleaners and also interact so well with her customers. Paul came out to clean our carpets. Our pet soiled areas were much more affordable than I anticipated, especially after making the mistake of using Evergreen Cleaners the last time. They only charged $25 each pet soiled area, keep in mind that the areas were relatively small. When it came time to estimate the general cleaning, he gave me a good deal there as well. Our couches in the living room and family room take up a great deal of space, there making the area Paul needed to clean smaller. It was only $150 out the door. Paul was in and out in about an hour and a half. While chatting with Paul, I learned that he had 25+ years experience in the business. This is not your average college kid doing your carpet cleaning; they have real experience. My husband and I can be picky customers but Real Deal exceeded all of our expectations, cleaning quality and customer service. They are now our one and only go to carpet cleaning company. I get my carpets cleaned every year whether they need it or not. I have typically used whatever coupon I found in the ValuPak. I am used to being offered all sorts of ridiculous add-ons. Like the type of thing that they offer for an additional $75 and it's something that should just be included anyways! Or a bunch of money for a small, non-expensive rug. This time I decided to mix it up and went to Yelp for a recommendation and found these guys. I got a price quote over the phone and made an appointment. Two guys showed up at my door as scheduled. TWO! I was pretty excited that the job would be done in half the time. They were very professional and worked quickly. They placed corner guards on the necessary corners so they didn't get dirty during the process. I paid exactly what I was quoted. They didn't try to add anything on - it was all included in the price. They were done in less than an hour, and my carpets look great! read more

Corey came out and cleaned my brand new carpet after my idiot dog decided to pee all over them as an act of vengeance in protest to me putting up a Christmas Tree. I had another company out prior who left the dog pee smell in my carpet, left the carpets wet, and didn't rake it. The dog went right back and peed. Corey got all of the smell out, treated the carpet to prevent the dog from going back, left the carpets almost dry, and raked the carpet so it looked new again. They did a far better job then any other company I've used in the last two years. read more

When I called to schedule my service appointment, I was surprised of their answer when I asked if they offered a military discount. They said their prices were the lowest in town already, so they don't offer discounts. They did a great job cleaning my stairs and getting spots out. After the carpet dried in my living room, it is very noticeable that there are two big spots that they did not get out. I didn't pay the extra $35 for the pet spray because I always get spots out on my own with no problem. I had to go back over them with my own steam cleaner to get them out. It is annoying to pay for someone to do it and then have to redo parts of it myself. I should have just paid for them to clean the stairs. read more

I scheduled to have my carpets with Real Deal. It was nice being able to speak to a person instead of having to leave a voicemail. I called on a Friday and asked if they had any openings on Saturday. Receptionist Pat was very helpful and my request was honored due to a cancelation. Paul and his partner showed up at the house on time. They were extremely professional, friendly, helpful, and courteous.  Perhaps what I liked the most was their honesty. I'm use to getting nickled and dime out of everything from prespotting to removing stains. Paul stated that his company will not force anyone or offer services not required.  The price I was quoted was the price I paid. This showed me that these guys had integrity.  I have light colored carpet and cleaning was great. They even got out a few rust stains that I thought were permanent. Paul, Mike and Pat are a great reflection of the company and they know how to take care of the customer. If there were 10 stars to give Full Steam Carpet Cleaning he would defiantly get it from me. I only wish I had the pictures to show what had happened. Saturday we were moving out of a house we had sold. My husband and his friend were moving an old barbers chair. This chair has hydraulic oil in it to raise and lower the chair. As they tipped it back this black oil began spilling onto the very white carpet. There was a huge puddle and then a lot of food prints. This happened just as the new owners were walking through the door. What a way to meet. We immediately got on the phones and started calling any and every carpet care company in the Reno/Sparks area - either no answer or sorry can't come today....until, Jonah answered the phone "Full Steam Carpet Cleaning" - I told him the story - and he said he could come at 4pm to see what he could do to help. He was there at 4pm as promised and he worked and worked until the oil was gone, he even pulled back the rug to put a barrier down to make sure if anything went to the pad it was not coming back into the carpet later. He was so great. The new owners were so impressed they asked him to give them a price to do the whole house and his bid was $100 to $150 cheaper then the bid they had gotten from another carpet company. She hired him to do the whole house. I will be using Full Steam Carpet Cleaning for all my future cleanings too.
