I asked if I could return them to this store with the receipt instead of where j originally purchased them- Bc I purchased them out of the area. The employee was incompetent and uneducated.. They left me on hold for 10 minutes then hung up- I called back someone else answered and left me on hold for 5 min, then I hung up and called back just to wait 10 more minutes!!! Still unable to speak to a manager!!! This is so frustrating-
