These guys are based out of India and I know it was them because they are the only ones I gave my CC details to and I don't save CC info on my phone. They send a link to prepay for the tow, but the link was not letting me process my payment after multiple attempts. She kept pushing to just give her the CC details, so I reluctantly gave her that info and it goes through first try without an issue. Two days later and all these charges are racking up on my CC. Fishy. Be careful. Edit: It's been 3 days since writing this review and they are now spam calling/texting my phone from different numbers and no caller ID's. I know this because they left voicemails/texts saying it's High Noon Hauling. They've used 5 different numbers now. Very unprofessional.

From the very first phone call, Alex provided an exceptional level of service. He answered all my questions about pricing, gave me a transparent breakdown of the details, and invited me in for a test drive to see if we could come to an agreement. When I arrived at the dealership, Alex immediately impressed me with his deep product knowledge, he knew the Wagoneer S inside and out. Even though the vehicle was in the showroom, he encouraged me to take it out for a test drive. I had already driven a Wagoneer S previously, so I declined, but Alex still went above and beyond to show me features and details I hadn't noticed before. His enthusiasm and professionalism really stood out. I also had the pleasure of reconnecting with Tommy, who had helped me a few years ago on another vehicle. It was great to see him again, now in a well-deserved Sales Manager role. Tommy reviewed my trade and presented both lease and purchase options clearly and fairly. I had a few questions about warranties and GAP coverage, and that's when Hunter in Finance stepped in. He provided all the details I needed, showing very competitive and transparent pricing. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my 64 years of life. Their Service Manager is flat out awful as a manager and human being! Even his representatives hate him. They did not take care of a problem with a brand new Charger when my son brought it in due to a vibration while driving. They told him the car was fine. Fast forward less than 11,000 miles, and the inside of the rear tires were worn to the point they blew out, (and it was the inside, so you could not tell anything was happening). The cause was the camber and toe in the rear alignment from the factory. Do you think Stalantis/Dodge would cover that, no they don't cover tires under warranty even though it was a mechanical issue that cause the tires to wear. Do you think Platinum Dodge would cover things (they were the ones saying everything was fine), nope. They wanted to charge 680+ dollars for the two rear tires, that we could buy for $230 at Discount tire. They said that they would mount the tires we purchase and would charge $60 for mounting. When my son came with the tires, they said they would not mount the tire as they weren't bought by them. Then when my son drops off a letter explaining the situation to the management group, they have the car towed to an outside storage company, calling it abbandond. Legal action will be taken, but it clearly shows how little they care about their clients and their own reputation. Like everyone else who has posted here giving their service low reviews, our case is yet another example why the last thing you want to do is purchase or have a car serviced by Platinum Dodge in Terrell!
