I'm updating my review from 1-star to 3-stars. I worked with a 3rd agent in the communications department who understood my frustration and she set up Fedex to pick up the damaged desk and accompanying accessories. Upon receipt, Fully issued a full refund for the items returned. In addition, she gave me an additional credit of $100. Although the last rep was able to help resolve the issue, it did take nearly 2 months to get a resolution. In total, I dealt with 2 customer service agents, who sought out support from 3 different supervisors and 1 communications agent. Certainly not the type of service and resolution you would expect after spending over $1k. read more

Support happened to get back to me the same day I left the review (and was helpful) and a 'Customer Care' rep dm'd with me re: some of my frustrations about their support in my review. They were conciliatory, professional & helpful. The product seems great so far, shipping & shipping notifications good, assembly instructions detailed and accurate. Would love to review the desk but I don't know if I'll ever get all of the pieces. Practically every piece of this desk ships in a different box, on a different Fedex truck, and arrives on a different day, and the actual legs of the desk are no where to be found. Supposedly was going to arrive every day for the last four days, but now it's just on a truck somewhere with no delivery date, and every Fedex agent gives me a different answer. I should have gone to IKEA like I was originally planning, and you probably should, too. Just the shipping process alone is awful. read more

I had purchased a full Jarvis desk, and one of the leaning stools. Putting the desk together was a bit of a task, and one of the places I was supposed to insert a screw didn't have a pre-drilled hole. Fully offered to send me a replacement desktop if I wanted, but the thought of disassembling it and then returning what I had seemed super tedious. I'm still a little bummed that there was basically a manufacturer's defect in the desk. On a day to day basis, though, I love using the Jarvis. It's everything I want! The stool on the other hand was super uncomfortable. I went in to the store to look for another one, and Maya helped me find a different chair and offered to exchange what I bought for the new chair even though I was past the return window. AMAZING. I left feeling super happy with where I ended up with Fully. I probably would have bought the new chair anyway (it ended up being 4x more expensive than the stool), but I'm not sure I would have continue buying things from Fully. She totally rescued this entire experience for me -- thanks Maya! read more

Omg the customer service is TERRIBLE. TERRIBLE. The desk is fine and nice but 100% not worth this. I finally got the desk and it turned out they sent me the legs for the kids desk. The only way to contact them at the time through the form on their site. They shut down all other venues of contact due to covid. It was 5 days till they even contacted me. They said they would ship out the right legs and then contact me in a couple of days about getting the wrong legs back. It was another 10 days till the right desk legs arrived. I got the right legs installed then the memory presets wouldn't save. The desk always went down to the bottom. I filled out the stupid form again. "My memory presets aren't saving and I STILL have this big heavy box of the wrongs legs". Took 7 days to reply. Emailed me some things to try for the memory. Those didn't work. Took 2 days to reply to that saying they were gonna forward this to the "Warranty Team". Then it took that team 5 days again to reply. It you are keeping tabs right now the tally since this second contact to customer service is 14 DAYS!! For the record I always immediately respond. That's 14 days total of me just waiting for their responses. So the warranty team has me some other thing to the memory things and that works. Yay! But they still haven't said when they are picking up this stupid heavy box. I respond again. "Great that worked but you never responded to my other issue of what to do about this box of the wrong legs." They respond that they can have FEDEX come by and pick up the box and ask when would be good to get it. I immediately respond "Any day. It is all ready to go and I work from home". Then they never responded again. THAT WAS TWO FREAKING WEEKS AGO. So I guess getting rid of these stupid heavy legs are my responsibility when they are the ones that sent me the wrong ones. It's been almost a month since I contacted them the second time. Though really I have been dealing with these wrong legs since Aug 27th when I first contacted them about this. Over a month and a half! The two stars are for the actual desk but holy buckets it is not worth their abysmal customer service. I mean ABYSMAL. read more

RUN AWAY!!! I never realized you could have so many errors in one order. No surprise, Fully did not post my review on Fully.com--only positive reviews there! First, Fully sent me the wrong Jarvis desk frame. Next, a week after ordering, they informed me they did not have the desktop I paid for. They offered to send me a different desktop. So I compromised. But instead of sending me that desk, they messed up AGAIN and sent a different desk. It's beyond me how a company can screw up so badly and stay in business. read more

I ordered a desk because it said it would ship in 5-7 days. Great! Unfortunately, that was completely untrue. Only parts of the desk would ship. The desk tops are all out of stock.... First delayed a week, then a month, now two months and counting. I cancelled the order because I can't wait two months for a desk, but they only refunded the part that hadn't yet shipped. Now I want to return the parts that were inexplicably shipped, but suddenly they are MIA. They aren't in the office nor are they accepting phone calls. My emails go unanswered. They only thing they were quick to do was bill my card when I placed the order -- long before anything shipped. They really have their heads firmly up their asses. Do yourself a favor and purchase from a grownup company that knows how to run a business. read more

Purchased two electric standing desks from them. Excellent build quality, very stable, easy to assemble, and very aesthetic. Probably the best electric standing desks for sale period, and less expensive than more 'gamery' offerings. Worked with me on shipping dates and promptly replaced a DOA control panel. 5/5 across the board - build, aesthetic, customer service. No rocking, completely level out of the box. The bamboo looks excellent under soft white lighting. Would recommend getting the power grommets. read more

Firstly the website was showing free shipping, and on the payment page it added $200 for the shipping, and I thought okay as I liked the desk. Then after I placed an order I realized that prices was showing in US and not CAD, so as it was not in the budget that I planned I canceled the order and lost $80 CAD because of that. Wanted to make another order in a range of $1,000 but after emailing them understood that they don't care. So ordered desk somewhere else! If you're not in US better look for the local company otherwise you will lose money that they will not return to you. read more

Fully deplorable customer service. Be forewarned that if you purchase something that you have a question or issue with...you are out of luck! They have stopped taking calls and ceased live chat due to "high volume of customers". Email is the only contact accepted and so far they've not replied to me in a week. The HAG chair I spent $1000 on is great but I'd highly recommend finding it elsewhere. Wish I had gone to Office Chairs USA - they at least appear to have live chat, people that answer the telephone, and email contact all readily available. Price is same and free shipping. I imagine that Fully will soon not have their "high volume of customers" due to their total lack of support. read more

Purchased a few desks here for my home, they had functional issues so I went through the customer service process only to discover months later that the problems still exist. Posted a review to their site with 2 stars for the Jarvis Standing Desk but I don't know if they'll actually be honest and post it to the public. I will surely update this review when the issues have been resolved. Here it is... "I purchased 2 of these desks for home for both my wife and I. What initially impressed me was the appearance of quality, craftsmanship, and pride I found in the showroom. They were shipped to my house free of charge. When they arrived we built them both, paying close attention to the instructions. After they were built we placed them in our office and put our things on them. On the first raising of the desk I noticed dark vertical lines in the white legs. I felt them and instead of just grease they were actually a groove caused by a function of the desk or manufacturing. While asthetically it bothered me, I didn't put much into it. I then proceeded to run the desk up and down numerous times and noticed a big problem. Both desks on about 10-20 percent of their desk lowering cycles would go down about an inch, stop, then go back up to their starting position. This is a very frustrating trait for a desk that is supposed to be very high quality and costs hundreds more than the bargain competitor. I contacted support immediately and they were very friendly, responsive, and helpful. They sent replacement parts out quickly and stayed on the phone to help me install and test. The problem was this required me to take everything off of the desk, undo my cable management, reposition things in my office to pull my desk into the center and flip it over upside down. This took about a week to resolve with my desk upside down and unusable in the center of my office. My wife could not bear to endure this annoyance so she still has her malfunctioning desk at home just going along with it for now. It's been over 2 months since then and I've used my desk almost daily, although mostly in the standing position. Last night I went to lower it to sit and watch a movie online when to my dismay another failure to lower. There is nothing below it hitting and it has been assembled and reassembled per the instructions with replacement parts. I don't really know what to do now but I am pretty dissapointed with the quality and performance of the Jarvis desk. I suppose I could always open another warranty case, pull my desk apart, throw my office into disarray and start over again." read more

Worked with Jen at Fully to purchase a Jarvis Bamboo desk. She was extremely easy to work with. Helped me through my entire purchase over the phone and even provided advice for color and setup based on her personal experience. The desk arrived and was easy to put together. It is very sturdy and high quality. It looks very high end and makes working from home much easier. The desk arrived in a day and Jen checked in right away to make sure I was happy with my purchase. Went in on a Saturday to look at Jarvis desks. I knew I wanted to get a standing desk, having used one at work. Someone greeted me right away, poured me a cup of coffee, and then left me alone to look at the different desk options. The Portland showroom is actually Ergo Depot's customer service department, so I got to see real ways the staff set up their workspaces. I ended up ordering the desk I had planned to order, and they provided a computer for me to place my order online. (I could have done the whole process online in fact, but it was nice to actually see what I'd be getting.) The desk arrived at my house in two days. It was super easy to assemble, if a little awkward. And it works great. Would definitely buy another standing desk from Ergo Depot. read more

Bought a Jarvis sit/stand desk frame from Fully to integrate with a custom, solid wood desktop. The product itself is way nicer than the competition at the same price range - much more stable, more aesthetically pleasing, and much smoother raising/lowering. But I had some trouble where during the lowering operation, the desk would suddenly halt if I kept the down button pressed continuously, but it would work if I punched the down button repeatedly. Fully has really great customer service who sent me a replacement control unit for the desk (a newer model that fixes this issue) for free. The representative (Karen) was courteous, helpful, knowledgeable, and followed up multiple times during the process. Highly recommended if you are looking for a motorized sit/stand desk. read more

Call before you go! They are only open 4 days a week, and very limited hours. I have *twice* showed up during reasonable hours and they were closed. The first was Saturday at 3:30 (they close at 3 on Saturdays and 4:30 Weds-Fri). The second time was on a Friday, at 2:30 PM, and it turns out they are closed for an employee event. So pretend their office hours are "by appointment only" and just call before you go. On the plus side, it's great to try out some of the padded mobility stools that I'm considering: the Swopper and the Muvman as well as some other models. These have a spring mount or a rocker base to keep you from being sedentary as you sit. Since these run $600-700 I didn't want to buy online and take the risk. I don't know if any other store in Portland would have all of these options to try. Ergo Depot also specializes in up-down desks and all sorts of options for office comfort. My conclusion: I liked the Muvman best. Good spring action for mobility, good stability of the base on the ground, lightweight and easy to move, and just the right amount of padding (more than it seems in the photos). The Swopper has a really big footprint and it's awkward to move, but it would be a great option if you don't need to move it around. I did not like the Varier Move Stool - the seat shape (like a tricorn hat) just wasn't contoured right for me and I didn't like the way that the rocker action works - it's a semi-stable base with a sharp edge to be able to use the rocker motion. The other product I like which I didn't see here is the Kore Stool. It has a simple rocker bottom, and a good design but it's not padded enough for my needs. It is much cheaper than the others, about $150. One surprise at Ergo Depot was the very cool Ballo Ball. It's like sitting on an exercise ball except taller. It looks like two ball half-circles with a stem in the middle, and it works better than an exercise ball in some ways. $300. So, the Ergo Depot Showroom is a cool concept! Great to try out all these products. I hope to invest in a Muvman Stool in the coming year. PS. Enter the door that says "Taylor Railworks." Absolutely terrible company to work with. Their customer support team provides advice that doesn't work and could care less about the customer - all they really care about is selling their product. Their customer support had mentioned I could keep the desk on a vacation hold, through FedEx, since I needed the desk delivered to my new home as soon as I moved in, which was a few weeks later than when I placed the order. However, the vacation hold didn't even work because FedEx delivered my desk packages anyway. I had to call the construction manager to move the packages to the garage but now I cannot guarantee whether the packages will be damaged or stolen. After several hours on the phone with both Fully and FedEx, nothing has been resolved, despite Fully and FedEx providing a guarantee that the items would be picked up and brought back to the facility. I have been incredibly frustrated with my experience with Fully and do not recommend you waste your time with this company. They could care less read more

The Jarvis desk is bulletproof and beat my expectations. And the customer service is responsive and helpful - both before and after the sale. This is my first online review of anything, ever. I am compelled to write about the world-class service I received from Tony Z throughout a very protracted shipping issue. The Powdercoat desktop I ordered for the Jarvis frame repeatedly showed up damaged. Tony was an expert in facilitating the process while dealing with my varying degrees of frustration throughout the process. He was truly amazing and should be teaching customer service training classes. It finally worked out due in no small part to his great attitude and level of service. Bought a Capisco chair online. First, positive experience was their price matching. I found a cheaper price online, and they matched it. Secondly, these chairs often require 20-30 days delivery from other online retailers, and fortunately, they had the exactly color and configuration I wanted in their warehouse, so I had the chair in about a week. Unfortunately, they didn't have the piston height I ordered, but they committed to (and did) send me the longer piston as soon as they had it in stock, and told me I could keep the shorter one so I wouldn't have to bother with the return. That's classy customer service. Additionally, they sent a personalized (not a robotic template) follow-up email. Needless to say the Capisco chairs are great, and ergodepot is a solid and reliable operation. read more

I purchased a desk and 2 chairs from Ergo Depot in SF. The desk arrived in a couple of weeks and was great. The chairs took 5-6 weeks to arrive but finally did. Unfortunately one of the chairs had a defective arm and so I called the 888 number listed on the website under Customer Service to get the problem addressed. Talking to one rep after another I got what could only be called a run around. Each customer service rep seemed indifferent to the problem and treated me like I was a nuisance. The one thing they did do was ask for photos and videos which I sent out on that first day. They insisted I hold onto the packaging which was a huge amount of cardboard stating that I might have to send the entire chair back. Living in a small condo - I stored the cardboard in my bathtub - the only place I had space for it. I called on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and got nowhere all the time begging to know if I could at least get rid of the cardboard in my bathtub. They seemed unmoved and not once did any of these reps say Im sorry. Im not sure they even called the manufacturer. I got the idea that their top priority was sales but not in any problems customers might experience from purchasing their products. Finally in desperation I called the manufacturer myself and lo and behold got a responsive person, Nancy. I then called the SF Ergo Depot where I bought the products to begin with and again got a responsive person, Margaret. In less than 10 hours the problem had been addressed - I could get rid of the boxes in my bathtub and the manufacturer was sending out a new arm for my chair that could be assembled in my home. I have nothing but respect for the SF office but would say buyer beware in terms of calling the toll free 888 number on the website should you have "issues" or problems with your merchandise. My hope is that you have no problem with their products but if you do - I would call the sales people who sold you the products before I would call the main customer service toll free number. Ergo Depot has some great products and as I say, the sales people who sold me the products were great - I just think the customer service operation at the toll free number needs to be more responsive and more concerned when problems arise. Customers are not nuisances - we deserve to get the products we pay for (this chair was $1000) in good working order! read more

Excellent customer service on a seriously overpriced standing desk. I bought a Jarvis standing desk from Ergot Depot about a year ago. It was shipped promptly and was easy to assemble. However, the desk was really wobbly at both a sitting and (especially) standing height. Thinking I had messed up the assembly somehow, I had a long back and forth with Ergo Depot that included e-mails, phone calls, videos, and finally new parts. They were great. Unfortunately, it turned out that there was nothing wrong with the assembly or the parts and the desk really is just that wobbly. They offered to let me return it (with shipping paid), which was really nice. Unfortunately, I was in the middle of a project and just had to eat the cost of the desk, since I didn't have a back-up. As cool as the motorized sitting/standing and pre-set features are, I wish I had just bought a regular, non-wobbly desk for a lot less money. read more
