    2nd mechanics report/invoice
    Cody M.

Be very very careful going to this garage. I took my 2010 Nissan Sentra in because the 'service engine soon' light came on. He said he would check the codes and call me back with what needed to be done (105 for the diagnostic test, not 90 as previously stated in another review). So, after a couple hours he calls and says a sensor went out and needed to be replaced. So, I gave the OK for him to move forward and change the sensor. Matt, then calls me back and says I need my brake fluid replaced and coolant system flushed. I oblige, being ignorant and not knowing much about cars, I figured it may need done. I go to pick my car up and the bill is 900 dollars for a 'simple fix and fluid replacement'. I pay the bill and go on my way. Then, not more than a week later, my check engine light comes on again.. so I take the car back to Matt and he runs a test to get the service code, only to say "oh yeah we got this code last time and hoped fixing the sensor would help". He wanted me to leave my car again so he could "fix" the problem. I, however, was heading out of town and did not need to spend another 900 dollars only to have the problem reoccur again. So I take my car to another mechanic and he stated that I clearly got ripped off by Matt (screen shot of his report attached along with original invoice). He said that the sensor more than likely did not need replaced and that Matt misdiagnosed the problem. The issue involved a broken intake tube which caused the sensor to read the error it did.. He also stated that the brake fluid and coolant fluid had not been flushed as previously stated in the invoice, but rather just been siphoned out and replaced (the brake fluid cap is literally right next to the broken tube that Matt 'failed' to see). To say I am angry is an understatement, I do not know a lot about cars, as most car owners do not. So, for a 'trusted' mechanic to take advantage of a car owner as Matt did absolutely blows my mind. I would be VERY cautious if you take your car to this auto shop.

This place was quick and reasonable in price. Totally recommend this place. It was just an oil change synthetic oil. They took care of me.

Thanks for the question! The age of the vehicle is not really my concern, it’s the availability of parts. Depending on what you need, getting parts for a 40 year old car can be an issue. If you know what you need already, I would suggest you locate…

Can I bring my own parts in and have my brake pads and rotors changed? Looking to just pay labor.

Thanks for the question. Customers are welcome to bring their own parts. I of course will always stand behind the labor and the quality of my work, however, I unfortunately cannot stand behind the job moving forward if there becomes a parts problem.…

Do you guys charge a diagnosis fee? I was quoted at the dealer 1500 for $200 in parts and 1300 in labor. I need 3 hoses and gaskets changed on my engine.

Thanks for the question! I typically charge $90 for a diagnostic, however that $90 goes towards the job assuming you do it with us. Let me know when you would like to stop in and we would be happy to take a look at it!

I have misfire p0300 and p0301 code in my car toyota corolla how much to fix it?

Thanks for the message! P0300 is a random misfire code and P0301 is a misfire on cylinder #1. Obviously everyone wants to know "how much". The problem is that we don't know why it's misfiring. You could have a $200 fix like a simple coil or spark…

I took my car in because my sunroof was stuck open. They gave me an estimate to fix it and I agreed to have the service done. Ultimately they were not able to fix it and I still had to take it to the dealer for repair who told me the damage that was done would result in an even more expensive repair. Overall, I had a horrible experience with poor communication throughout. They had my car for several weeks and I had to chase them for updates. After the first week with no updates, I finally reached the shop manager and the response I got was to "be patient". This was the state of my car when I picked it up, which was not the state I dropped it off in. Although my car was over 10 years old it was in nearly perfect condition when I dropped it off. The car was hit while parked on the street outside the shop. When I saw the damage I went back into the shop and they sent me to their body shop to have it buffed out. Much of the damage came out but not all of it. Nothing was offered to rectify the damage done to the interior of the car. I sent emails to the shop with the pictures below, but got no response.

Because the individual in the office was so kind, he did end up taking me in as a client, and I explained it didn't matter how long they took to fix my car, since I was going to surgery very quickly, and treatments I never expected. This team is unbelievable, I do remember their kindness every year, and just cannot thank them for their humanity and kindness at a time I just couldn't muster through. My angels. This place is a shambles and a stain on body shops everywhere - never in my…read more25 years as a driver have I ever had body repairs done so incompetently and without regard to any quality assurance whatsoever. I came in with minor scuffing damage done by a sideswipe on the front passenger side, without any dents or damage to the headlight lens or any sensors. I was quoted an estimate to fix the car in about 5 business days - drop off on Monday, pick up on Friday. The first of many failed commitments as it took 11 days (including the weekend and Memorial Day, granted) to get the car back. The bigger problem is that as soon as I got the car, I noticed that the paint job was botched, with multiple (I counted 8 but there were more) pits on the paint that probably were paint bubbles that formed and burst during the rushed baking and curing process and then were completely overlooked during the (I am assuming nonexistent) quality assurance inspection. When I brought this up to my rep's attention, the pattern was established - still friendly and prompt, but complete failure to explain what happened to cause the pits, why the QA process was skipped over and to involve a supervisor immediately. The "apology" was basically "Sorry about that, but don't worry, you have a lifetime warranty on the repair" - words I would hear over and over again as you will read on. So, what can a guy do but arrange to come back to the shop, drop off his car and get an Uber home (which I paid for myself round trip, mind you - the shop never offered a reimbursement). The redo of the repaint took two days and then I finally had my car fixed completely! Right? Nope. This time around - having my trust in this place shot already - I do a very thorough inspection and yes, the paint APPEARS fine (although I wouldn't wonder if they skipped the primer this time and I have perforation rust in a year or two but time will show). HOWEVER, the wheel arch trim - which has to be installed brand new each time that car panel is repainted - is noticeably loose and popping in and out like a badly attached denture (don't ask how I know) at the mere press of a finger. See above for the already familiar process of how the shop handled this - the rep saying (second time in a row) "Sorry about that, but don't worry, you have a lifetime warranty on the repair". Still friendly and prompt, but complete failure to explain what happened to cause the botched adhesive, why the QA process was skipped over and to involve a supervisor immediately - at this point to apologize to me personally over a second failure in a row. Fast forward another few days (the part had to be ordered and painted in advance again) when I drove to the shop to have the trim piece removed and the new one attached. This time, it APPEARS to be fine, and so three weeks later and two failures later I finally had the car body work completed. Not only are these the only two examples of a failed body repair I have ever experienced in 25 years, but the repeated failures of the repairs and the lack of any QA - especially the second time when this should have become the focus of a manager's attention - are unforgivable. Final thought - when I mentioned this ordeal to my trusted rep at the service center I go to, he said he recommends to his clients to skip this shop, as they do the worst jobs ever and frequently show up with cars taken apart that they do not know how to put together again. Yikes. To recap - STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS.

We go back to Crash Champions, and they take responsibility and promise to fix it. Great! Nothing happens for a week so I call back, and then they actually order the part. Nothing happens for another 2 weeks so I call back at the part arrived and no one called me. It was at this time that I explained that an apple magsafe charger was missing from our car during the first service. I chased twice about this to get an answer, which ultimately came back as 'we aren't responsible for items in your car'. It's just a $60 charger, but the polarizing experience between being able to bill our insurance company, and then our experience of them making good on problems they caused, on their own dime......VERY different.

The first mishap came when they told me my bill was going to be less than $1000 but ended up being about $2000 when I came to pick it up. They said they'd work with me but ended up knocking off only about $20 as if that made a difference. Then, I take a look at the work they did and it was just terrible. They gave me every excuse under the sun but ended up taking it back to "fix" a few issues that still remained on the car. We spoke about them fixing multiple issues, however, only one of them was addressed when I came to pick up my car for the second time. The service manager kept trying to tell me I don't know what I'm talking about despite personally working on a Best Paint In Show awarded car at Pebble Beach. The more I spoke to him, the more I realized how much of a scam artist this guy, and apparently the company, is. Either way, once again, they told me I could bring the car back for a third time to get the scuffs buffed out that they were supposed to take out already. The next thing that happened just goes to show how dishonest they truly are. The insurance company recommended a new bumper and EuroCollision both charged me for one and "confirmed" they replaced it. However, a few months later, I decided to sell off my car in pieces, and the "new" bumper that EuroCollision "installed" has a 2003 manufacturers date on it, in addition to very unique damaged that was present before my visit. CONFIRMED: EuroCollision practices insurance fraud and passes the BS onto its customers because they're not fulfilling the work they're supposed to be. Finally, upon removing my rocker panel, I found about 5lbs of glue to make the weather strip stay in place after they broke it and decided they didn't want to spend $10 to replace it. So while removing the rocker panel, the glue ripped off paint and is now destroyed. I will absolutely be doing everything in my power to get the word out that EuroCollision is a bunch of scam artists.
