    Chicken club sandwich

My goodness, Fulton Diner!! You're doing it right!! So at work, when I'm too lazy to make lunch I usually order something on seamless. Fulton Diner wronged me once when I ordered breakfast but my order was cancelled an hour after I placed it, but I realized it was probably an error on Seamless's part Bc they were closed that day..? Anywho, I decided to give them another shot and boy was I not disappointed. Grilled Chicken Club Sandwich: so darn good. The breads were nicely toasted and the bacon in the sandwich just nicely added the salt profile into the sandwich. Came with a side of fries that are so freaking good. If you forgot, I ordered this for delivery and the food was still warm and fries were still crunchy when I got them. Major bonus points. Greek chicken panini: when I opened the container I was just in shock at the size of the thing! It was packed with huge chunks of grilled chicken, large pieces of feta and a spread of tzatziki sauce. Needless to say this is gonna be my go to order from now on. I also always order an iced coffee (to get through the work day of course) and I love how they always wrap up the cup in Saran Wrap to keep the drink from spilling over.

When you are accustomed to good food, experienced good chefs, its difficult to give a place like this a good rating. The diners sitting area is good, coffee, tea okay, but how do you mess up a salmon cake or home fries? The food is not cooked fresh and has a bland taste one wants to forget. The waitress and service okay but not wearing a mask is not okay. Its unfortunate because this diner is located in the central area of the village. Like I said, if you never tasted good food, this food would be top of the line for you.

Brand new place. Only open 2 weeks. I created this Yelp because they were not listed. Staff is friendly. Establishment is clean. My friend really enjoyed her BLT. Pancakes were fluffy, but not as moist as I like. More like bread consistency. Also salty. That is a matter of preference though. I will return.

Pretty unique use of fresh herbs in their tossed salad! I don't recommend the Russian dressing, but I Do recommend their caesar!

I agree with the previous positive reviews. Pretty basic diner fare, friendly staff, good portions, and clean environment. I'm not a diner person, but I enjoyed the meal here!

Thomas's is beyond generous with their portions from the egg skillets to the pancakes. Prices are extremely reasonable for the portions. And most importantly, everything here is absolutely delicious. My fiance & I ordered two orders of the blueberry pancakes, which was a mistake because of how MASSIVE each order was; we could've easily split one. We also ordered the sides of corned beef hash and ham steak. Highly highly recommend both. The corned beef hash is SO delicious & homemade, and the ham steak is huge! The staff here are really lovely and attentive. Our coffee cups never went empty. Parking is available on site, but incredibly difficult to get a spot. I wouldn't bet on parking here - be prepared to park elsewhere and walk over. Definitely our new go to diner spot!

Of course Long Island has lots of diners, but they are all unique, and I would say that based on my experience, Imperial is one of the best. I did not want your typical huge diner meal, which is much too much food, so I went with a nice dinner size Mediterranean Salad. The food was excellent - top quality fresh ingredients, put together beautifully and delicious. I was equally impressed by the service. When I travel to New York, I will often run into people who are not particularly friendly or helpful, including many who work at restaurants. This was not the case at all at Imperial. They were kind, and eager to give me a great experience. For a diner, it was not too noisy, and everything was very clean. Prices were very fair too. The only thing lacking .. and I saw this a lot in New York, was non-alcoholic beer. I cannot drink alcohol, and this is something I really enjoy with my meals. Imperial does have a variety of "Mocktails" .. so there are options for folks like me ..but it would be nice to see some beer options for the growing number of people who either cannot drink, or prefer to avoid alcohol. This is definitely a good choice if you are looking for a nice diner. Highly recommended.

Also the home fries were well done-which I love and it came with a nice sized side salad. I also had a Matzah Ball soup which was light and tasty. Everyone else also loved their food--an omelet, steak and eggs (which was cooked perfectly), silver dollar pancakes and a massive gyro wrap. Everything came out hot and fast and all seemed to be very fresh-we all took home food that we had for another meal. I would absolutely go back to this diner when I am next in town. Hubs, loved his burger as it was a nice sized and perfectly cooked. Bubs got what looked like an adult size chicken finger platter and scarfed that down. Finally, our server was the sweetest and was so kind to Bubs. Our server gave him a cookie when he was done, being so impressed with his eating, becoming Bub's new bff. Cheers to the classic diner vibes and the delicious food Colony is still serving.

Apollo had gluten free penne that could be used with any of the sauces they had. My friend decided to get her gluten free pasta with white clam sauce and she seemed to be satisfied. As for me I got the eggplant parmigiana that came with a side pasta and soup or salad. Portions were generous and I had enough for lunch the next day. Eggplant parmigiana was executed well with thin sliced, breadcrumb coated eggplant that was properly fried, coated with a mild marinara sauce and topped with melted cheese. Side pasta was overcooked. The red sauce was standard. The size of the plate made it difficult to mix the sauce and pasta without spilling some off of the plate. Had a sip of another friend's Bloody Mary that was decent and was spicer than others I tried. She also offered to try some of her baked clams that had a nice blend of breadcrumbs, clams and spices. I didn't get to try the buffalo burger. My friend seemed to be ok with it but not thrilled either. Service was average. The bathroom was clean but the major issue was the temperature inside which was at least 15 degrees colder than the rest of the restaurant. Not sure why that was the case.
