We really enjoyed the food. We got the clam chowder which comes in a bread bowl and the chicken sandwich. Both were great and we agreed we eat there again. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The stall itself was kinda gross, but I think it's could it was 4th of July Weekend and they were slammed.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The service was okay. Cashier was a bit sassy, but we were able to order just fine. Like all the village eateries, there is no designated eating area so we just looked for a free table.
I was really hoping this would be good, mind you I only tried the clam chowder and french fries. The french fries were mediocre, nothing special about them. They were fries can't go wrong with fries. now the clam chowder is where I was hoping it was gonna be delicious, no like it was just from a can. Nothing special there. Would definitely not get again.

As we enter the middle of the 2020s, finding cheap eats on the Strip seems to be an increasingly difficult task. So when I came across Fulton Fish Frye after walking around the New York New York casino, I was attracted to their low prices on your classic American seafood faire. Looking to find some cheaper food on the strip, I decided to stop by to give them a try. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Fulton Fish Frye is located in the Village Street Eateries on the casino level. To get here, just walk through the casino and head towards the large street facades. This area is quite a unique area for its New York street atmosphere and the attention to detail with theming.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]And walking up to the place on a Wednesday evening, there was a small line of people waiting to eat here.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The restaurant has a variety of options ranging from chicken tenders and fries to bread bowls and fried seafood options. And while there were many appetizing choices, I decided to try the Fried Calamari which was $13.95 at the time of this review. And looking at the portion size, it was very generous for the money. Simply made up of the calamari with breading, there were easily more than 20 pieces inside my given tray. And because each piece was very large and thick in size, the price to portion ratio was very good, especially for the strip. Taste-wise, the calamari was actually quite delicious! Each piece of squid was chewy and moist despite the outer coating. And although the breading wasn't the most crispy, it still had a nice crisp chew to it which was satisfying to eat. The order came with a side of ranch so be sure to dip the calamari into some sauce for some extra flavor. Seafood is a very hard commodity to get at a cheaper price point regardless if you are on the strip or not. So seeing a generous portion of squid for the price of 14 dollars was exciting. And because the taste of the food was good for the price, I'd place Fulton Fish Frye as a very high 4 star in my book. Looking at this place on Yelp, I was a skeptic at first. But if you're having doubts, just drop by and check out the line. There is a reason people are lining up here. In all, this might be one of the best seafood deals on the strip! Don't sleep on this place!
AN ALTERNATIVE TO GORDON RAMSAY FISH & CHIPS? When I go to Vegas I try to go to Golden Ramsey Fish & Chips at least once for lunch. During my two-night stay at Mandalay Bay I didn't want to waste my time going to Gordon Ramsey Fish & Chips, which is located in the center of The Strip. I ordered one of the items on the First Mate Favorites - fish, chicken, and shrimp. Out of three meats the shrimp was my favorite as it was plump and meaty. The chicken was me second favorite as it moist. Since Fulton Fish Fry is a fish and chip shop the most important items have to be the fish and fries. The seasoned fries lack fluffiness inside. The breading on the fish wasn't crispy enough as I did experience the crunch. The fish itself wasn't dry but lacked flavor. It is not that the fish and chips at Fulton Fish Frye tasted terrible, but the price I paid for I've had better fish and chips that were less expensive.
Wanted to eat something other than burgers so we ended up here. We got fish and chips and clam chowder bread bowl. I have had proper fish n chips in England and was pretty close to it. I think it's better than of the Ramsey ones I seen. The chowder was good too and the price you can't beat it! Give it a try.

If you're looking for a good lunch at a good price on the strip, I'd reccomend trying Fulton Fish Frye, located eight next to Lucky Pig and Gonzalez y Gonzalez in the New York New York Casino. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The staff is always friendly and the ambiance of the new york street theme is always nice.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] My go to here is the $9 New England Clam Chowder served in a bread bowl! Even back home, this would be considered a good deal! The soup is creamy and tasty and has a lot of clam; it isn't just all potato! Plus having it served in a bread bowl is a steal. The bread is a sourdough boule that tastes fresh. It also comes with oyster crackers which is always a plus! In the past, I've also ordered their shrimp and their fish and chips. Both are tasty and crunchy and overall, a good value! It's tasty, it's affordable, it's convenient, it's everything you could want for a nice quick lunch while on your Las Vegas vacation! It is apart of the Village streets eateries and apart of MGM so if you are staying at an MGM property, you can charge it to your room and accumulate points as well!
I think the fish fry is delicious here. The calamari is also excellent. However, the best thing here is the clam chowder. This is in NY NY hotel and casino. I've been going here for over 15 years but I've eaten here at Fultona the past 8 years or so. I like it herr but they do take a while to make the food. The clam chowder was 7/10, it was chunky but lacked salt. The bread wasn't the freshest.

You wait in line and order at the cash register and grab a seat close by and wait for your food to be ready. Food is cooked fresh to order and is always hot. It's a casual spot for a quick bite and hits the spot when you're short on time or don't want sit down service. We ordered the clam strips with fries, popcorn shrimp, and the fish and chips. The clam strips are really good and this is my go to place when I'm craving clams since they're hard to find in Vegas. The fish is crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. The popcorn shrimp were a little mushy and the least favorite item we ordered. The tables are a good spot to people watch at and you really feel like you're in the villages of New York with all of the decor surrounding you. The service at Fulton Fish Frye has always been friendly and quick when I've gone. Whether you're staying at New York New York or are in the vicinity, Fulton Fish Frye is worth a visit for your fried seafood cravings.

Came here for some fish and chips and threw in fried calamari while at it. Dinner time so line was little slow moving but food came out pretty quick. Fried fish was pretty good, nice and cruspy. Fries were OK nothing special. Fried calamari was little disappointing. Little on the greasy side and lacked in flavor. Tartar sauce was pretty tasty. I got excited walking through New York-New York when I saw they had clam chowder served in a sourdough bread bowl. Unfortunately, it didn't live up to the hype. It looked hearty and appealing, but the chowder itself was a disappointment. It tasted like canned clam chowder and had very little flavor. Maybe their fish and chips are better, but I can't recommend the clam chowder. The service was quick and friendly, so no complaints there. But if you're a clam chowder fan like I am, I'd save your money and look elsewhere. read more

Great food and served hot! The fries are amazing and two huge pieces of fish!!! Tartar sauce is yummy too. This rivals Gordon Ramsey's fish and chips, hubby a d i think better tasting and deal. read more

Waited for about 10 minutes to place an order around dinner time on Sunday night of July 4th weekend. Staff were visibly working very hard and efficiently. Tried to order the clam chowder but apparently was out. Got the family meal deal, which was a good amount of food for around $30, included chicken, fish, shrimp, fries, hush puppies, cole slaw. Eaten fresh, all of the items tasted pretty good. Was quoted a wait of 15-20 minutes, and the food was neatly packaged and ready for pick up around 18 minutes. Will say that there really isn't a dedicated area for waiting, so it was kind of a game of dodging/trying not to block all the people passing through the busy area in "the village". For a quick and relatively inexpensive meal at New York-New York, this was a winner. Located in the Village Street Eateries area just off the casino floor, this order-at-the-counter place has an interesting menu, fair prices and fresh hot food served in large portions. Sharing a plate is probably recommended unless you're absolutely famished. There are tables scattered throughout the fake East Village streetscape so it's usually easy to find a place to sit and enjoy your meal. We had the "Fish, Chicken and Shrimp" plate and it was enormous. Definitely more than enough food for two people. The food was very fresh from the fryer - so fresh and hot that you need to wait a bit to eat... which is hard because this pile of delicious fried goodness looks and smells great. All of the proteins were good. YES, there is a lot of batter/bread. You knew that going in - this is not health food. The fries were just OK and the hushpuppies were a little disappointing. Admittedly, I'm a southerner and I take hushpuppies seriously - very rarely do I find one that lives up to my memories. But still, this was a bounty of deep-fried lunch that only cost $16.95 - shared between two that's a heck of a bargain. No alcohol for sale here but you're surrounded by bars. Service was very friendly and fast. We'd definitely do it again if the mood strikes. read more

This was hit fresh fish spot that comes with seasoned fries. The service was fast, cordial, and efficient. It's located in the "food court"area of NyNy! This was ok for a quick meal, but it wasn't my favorite. I'm not a fan of seasoned fries and the reading kept falling off the fish. It was made fresh and hot. The portions were appropriate for a single person meal, it just didn't wow me. read more
Ok, so I'm just strolling through and saw the sign. It was calling my name, and I am so glad that I answered and ordered. The line wasn't long, and neither was the wait. I'm mixed here. I had one piece of fish that was super fishy. Those of you who have cleaned fish know about the blood line. It wasn't removed and tainted the whole piece. The other piece was great. So we're the two shrimp. Honestly the butterfly shrimp were the best. I should have just gotten 6 shrimp. The two tiny pieces of chicken (nugget sized) were a bit odd. Not bad. Just mushy. Fries were ok. I didn't eat them as I don't have a huge appetite. I tho o I'd have LOVED the fish had it not been for that inedible one piece. IT reminded me of an above average long john silvers. I sort of wished I had gone to 9 fine Irish men for my fish and chips. It was about 25$ with drink fries and coleslaw. read more

Business is located at New York New York Hotel. The menu has varieties of food. On May 31, there were 2 employees working at the time we got there at night. 2 customers was kind of mad that they had to wait for their order because it could be that they were slow. Our order was fried fish and chicken with fries and clam chowder in a sourdough bread bowl. The fries were really crispy. The clam chowder tasted like that it could be possibly from a can. read more
Fulton Fish Frye is located inside of New York, New York food court. Walk up to the counter, order, and grab a table on the New York City streets. The food was good for the value and made fresh to order. Hubby and I shared the Family Meal Deal that included fish, chicken, shrimp, hush puppies, fries, and cole slaw. It was more than enough food for the two of us. The fried fish and chicken were a tad greasy, and the shrimp was more breading than shrimp, but the fries were wonderful season fries. For $30.00, we could not get a better deal for a two person meal on the strip. read more
