I was looking for a quick light-ish lunch and chose this place. They have 2 locations, Venetian Grand Canal Shoppes and Planet Hollywood Miracle Mile Shops, which is where I went. I ordered the Lobster Grilled Cheese. It came with a side of Lobster Bisque for dipping. The sandwich had 2 kinds of cheese with a good cheese pull and a decent amount of lobster. The bread was appropriately crispy. The bisque was pretty good as well, served with oyster crackers. I also got a mango lemonade. Their lemonades are on draft and there are 3 flavours. Note the fountain drinks cost the same as the lemonade but include refills. The staff kindly refilled my cup with a soft drink. Service was good. They give you a buzzer when your food's ready. This place is in the food court area in the Miracle Mile Shops. Ordering is easy (walk up) and there were plenty of tables to sit at. I ordered 6oz Lobster Roll with Lobster Bisque. Also asked for it to be warmed up and was surprised with the up charge on that. The roll and bisque was already expensive and to add $2 to have it warm seems unnecessary. But I understand there are no oceans around. My daughter wanted the clam chowder and it was fine but the price also rivaled sit down restaurants with service. Staff were friendly and food was fine. The lobster sandwich was sooo good. I was a little skeptical considering the business was in a container/trailer, but boy was I wrong. The lobster tasted fresh, buttery and had perfect texture. Was craving a snack and saw that this was newly opened, so I headed over from the cosmopolitan! It was a little bit of a maze for me to find the food court, but once I was there, it made sense. Surprisingly I came on a Sunday afternoon and there was barely anyone there, but maybe I just got lucky with my timing? I really wanted a lobster roll but wasn't too hungry, so just settled on the crab loaded fries. The cashier was chatting with another customer for a while and didn't acknowledge the 3 people (including me) in line, but afterwards he came over and was actually super friendly. Took me about 5-10 minutes to get my order which was fine! I didn't start eating until I got back to the cosmopolitan, so the fries got a little soggy. No worries, as the flavor was good enough to make up for it! Overall a little pricey and the location was a bit hard to find from where I was, but still enjoyable. Looks are definitely deceiving. Between my partner and myself, we paid $145 for overpriced, chewy, partially warm slop. We both got warm lobster rolls (which is an up charge of $2 for warm rolls), lobster mac and cheese, and lobster fries. I have never been so disappointed by lobster rolls in my life, and if this were my first introduction to lobster rolls - I would never eat one again. The lobster roll was barely cut into, meaning the lobster sits on the top of the roll and falls out. I understand this is some peoples preference, but im unsure why. Very messy and sticky to eat, especially if you opted for hot honey on the top. The lobster wasn't fresh, instead it was watery and fell apart. I spent all afternoon picking it out of my teeth. The lobster mac was watery, and the cheese didn't stick to the noodles... so the noodles tasted plain with a sprinkling of chewy lobster on top. Disappointing, as this is also a $6 up charge. The lobster fries were alright, however the fry to everything else ratio is way off. The fries are huge and difficult to eat. The toppings made everything soft and squishy after sitting out a few minutes. The strawberry lemonade was also a let down, and in theory sounds good but in practice was a fail. With the cheap straws provided, it's nearly impossible to drink. Save your money and instead, check out Luke's Lobster. It's near New York New York or in the fashion show mall. Lobster ME is a must every single time I hit Vegas. The fried lobster on a stick is so delicious. They are pretty pricey, especially compared to the size, but they are so good! The lobster roll is delicious as well. You can get that with waffle fries.   It's in a food court setting, so be prepared for the unpredictable seating availability. Customer service was good. Again, this is always one of my favorite Vegas places that I almost always make time to stop by for, if nothing else, the fried lobster on the stick. It comes with butter, too. A great find within the Miracle Miles Shop area. If you're a big lobster fan, definitely check out this place as there's a good amount of menu items. I decided to try out their classic lobster roll, shrimp roll, lobster mac and cheese, and the lobster bisque. Lobster Roll: Generous lobster portions. The lobster quality was real lobster meat, and the sauce went well. Shrimp Roll: A bit more messier to eat than the lobster roll, but the sauce was flavourful. Despite being a lobster centric place, the shrimp roll was quite delicious and exceeded my expectations. Lobster mac and cheese: A bit average for mac and cheese. It was tasted good but wouldn't pay the extra money for it. It seems a bit overpriced for what you get. Lobster Bisque: First time having this and saw it was a popular item online so I decided to give it a try. The soup is a must-have! The creaminess of the soup had a balanced flavour and wasn't too overwhelming. The location was a bit difficult to find on the map. It is located within the Miracle Miles Shop and better off checking the directory. Only downsides the seating is quite limited and the food is on the pricier side for a casual sit down non-restaurant spot. Great quality food but not enough to make you full. read more

I love lobster rolls and was excited to find this place at Miracle Mile Shops. It's a counter service type restaurant with about 10 tables. We had to wait for a table or eat while standing at a corner. There were people sitting there without ordering food, which was annoying for paying customers. For a $26 Lobster Roll, I think they can do better than putting a sign on the table. I was a bit disappointed with the lobster roll. It had a decent amount of fresh lobster, but lacking flavor (more seasoning?) or sauce. Maybe they're going for the true lobster taste experience? There wasn't enough butter on the toasted split-top bun and on the dry side. Overall, It wasn't bad but I had better. We added $2 for the waffle fries and that was a good choice because the lobster roll wasn't too big. I would have added the chowder if it wasn't 109 degrees outside. read more

The cons: $100 for a kind of fast serve dinner and the portions are small. There has to be a sweet spot for vale and quality. I ordered a cold lobster roll with salt and vinegar chips. I also shared an order of the seafood poppers. It also came with what I believe to be sriracha mayo. The poppers were pretty good. They sort a did feel like they popped when bit. It was also very gooey. The salt and vinegar chips are interesting because it doesn't taste like it came from a bag. In fact, they were actually a bit soft and chewy. This makes me think that they are made in house, but I'm not sure. The sandwich came with a small piece of pickle and a lemon. The pickle itself was pretty lame. It wasn't really crunchy or sour enough for me. Even though the sandwich looks small, it is absolutely stuffed with lobster. The lobster to bread ratio is excellent. For the bread, instead of using a roll, they actually get a piece of texas toast and cut a slit in it. It tastes pretty good, especially with a bit of lemon. Overall, it is a bit pricey, but delicious.
