Pretty good pricing considering what the place is. My boyfriend and I went for our anniversary & it was a fun challenge. We booked an hour for $20 (each), but we kind of got through the place in about 30-40 minutes- it's kind of small. We went closer to closing (6:30-7:30) and there was only one other group in the place besides us. It was also incredibly clean considering we went on a Sunday at the end of the day. We came across this place on TikTok and knew it would be perfect for our daughters 8th birthday. We went to check it out and the staff there were very helpful and friendly. I'll be honest, it seemed that they were short staffed at the time but they all still managed to give great customer service. We paid a 50% deposit for the number of anticipated guests and we're only charged for the number of guests that attended, which is awesome! The kids had an hour to play and then an hour to eat and have cake. The kids and parents all expressed how the place was awesome and that they had a great time. The only thing is we found that after eating, a lot of the kids tried to go back in the play area but we're told that their time was over and had to return to the table area. I would highly recommend but suggest inquiring about extending the play time, if you plan on having a party here. We definitely plan on returning. read more

We had our son's birthday here and all the kids had a blast. The bouncy house is great for all ages and has a few slides, so even really little ones enjoyed themselves. The obstacle course had some challenging sections so even the adults had a great time. The food was good but we just wished they had more of a selection. Came here for a birthday party and from the moment we checked-in we were faced with multiple issues. The racist staff kept hounding my family and I for various reasons. 1. Jumpers require socks which we all had on but since I wasn't wearing the ones they gave us they wouldn't allow me to watch my kids. Had to make my boys stop and come with me to get "Ninja socks" 2. After I get the ninja socks on my kids went to the obstacles and ofcourse yet again we were hounded! Now we're being told that we need shoes. Made my kids stop again to take off ninja socks and put on shoes. My oldest son was wearing Crocs with his straps and apparently they don't allow those but there were numerous kids wearing Natives which are basically rubber chuck Taylor's. 3. The manager Woody was not accommodating at all and could not tell me the difference between Crocs and Natives. Both are rubber shoes without any ankle support but those wearing Natives weren't being harassed. I wasn't going to argue with him so I requested a refund and WONT BE BACK! read more

My kiddos (8 and 10) love beast master and we thought this would be a nice stop/ break on our drive from La to sd. They are skeptical at first but when they saw this place they were Soo excited! They started in the jumpy and joined in a game of tag with some other kiddos. Then spent a lot of time on the obstacle course. It was really cool watching them try to figure out ways to tackle the obstacles - couldn't do some of then - but they did try! It was definitely a work out. And we lucked out that I just happened to not yet be super crowded. We would go again! Edited to add that it helps/saves money to buy passes and merch online. I held my 9 yr old's birthday party there today and it was perfect! I booked 10 kids at 11:30am and it was great. The kids played in the adventure park for an hour then had pizza and cake afterward. The birthday package was great - it included socks, gloves, a headband, and icees and two pizzas plus unlimited soft drinks. The staff were super helpful and had everything set up for us. The checkin process was a little chaotic so recommend getting there early. Other than that, the facility was clean and the staff were super helpful. My child is now a member - we'll be going back for sure. Let's support this business - it's a great place for kids and adults. read more

I was here recently for a kid birthday party, and I didn't know what to expect at first. I have been a fan of American Ninja Warrior on TV, but actually visiting a place based on the show sounded like a lot of fun. There are two main sections: one is a big bounce house with games, slides, and an obstacle course (which is good for really little kids), and the other is 4 lanes of obstacles similar to American Ninja Warrior. Some require agility and balance, others require upper body strength, and others require both. Luckily, unlike the show, you don't fall into a pool of water. You can either start over or just move on. At the end, there is a wall (similar to the one in the show) to run and climb up. I appreciated that they had a nice seating area and a snack bar; it was overpriced, but convenient. My whole family had a good time. read more

We joined the American Ninja Training program for children ages 6 to 11. For me this program is priced amazing for what is offered. Once a week for an hour students share a coach to build their ninja skills and get lessons on how to use the equipment properly. Our coach shira is amazing. She really focuses on each child and builds personal plans to strengthen their abilities. At the end of each session she checks in with the guardians to let them know how the kids are doing and what she plans to work on next. My child has a ton of anxiety and was a little nervous at first but when I spoke to coach Shira about how she was feeling she had a great response to her and helped her feel comfortable. Now my child is so sad that her session is almost over. We will likely be coming back for more. We highly recommend this program for all little ninjas! Overall its truly a unique experience and gives these kids so much confidence. Also, employees take great care of the space and are constantly cleaning to keep it looking its best. They also have a membership program, which is an amazing deal. I only wished we lived closer so we can take advantage of it. read more

My family and I decided to come here and try out their courses because it looked fun and we just really like watching the show lol. Prices were decent and you also need to get socks if you want to be in the jumper/bouncer area. Shoes are required for the obstacle courses. The obstacle courses were fun, but it's definitely not meant for the kiddos. Everything is too high/tall for them so they won't be able to get much out of that area. Came to this attraction for my friends kids birthday party. Overall was a great experience. My only note is I wish the park was a little bit bigger. But all the workers were super friendly and accommodating! Courses were also a good mix between challenging and fun(according to my son). Now the room time for the party. The hour in the room was a pretty good time for us to do everything we need it started off with the hostess introducing herself, then serving all the children plus some of the adults pizza and beverages. Then slushy were served all the children, after that the hostess played a couple fun and entertaining games with the kids and then ended up with everyone singing happy birthday. so was a pretty good experience I would have to recommend the ultimate package over the qualifier just as you get more things and it's pretty worth it. Not easy at all. I came here on a triple date, and we're all in our mid twenties to thirties. At first, I was a little disappointed to see how small the entire play area was. One side was the inflatable course and the other side was the obstacle course. The obstacle course section only had 4 routes with 4 steps each, plus two additional ramps at the end for running up the wall. Since we were too cheap to buy socks for the inflatable bouncy house, we paid $20 per person for 1 hour of the obstacle course (technically 18 unique activities). I thought we would be able to get through the obstacles quickly given how small the real estate seemed. I was wrong. Sorta. I did get to try everything very quickly but I also underestimated the difficulty that I got tired in the first 30 minutes. From left to right, the paths loosely get progressively harder. There were one or two that were pretty impossible unless you were buff. Yes, if you're reading this and made it through, I'm publicly calling you buff. It was pretty impressive to see only one person actually get through everything during our session. Some notable obstacles for me included: - Walking along some rotating cylinder that would spin progressively faster. I saw some people run through it or step super lightly so that it would barely roll. They are cheaters. Meanwhile, I had significant pleasure in mastering my walk across a steadily rolling cylinder! - Swinging from rope to rope. It was difficult and draining because my arm muscles were nonexistent, but I felt good being able to do it on my second try! - Traversing across some plastic thing that looked like slices of Swiss cheese. Okay, so I actually didn't really enjoy this one as much because I was initially attempting it incorrectly and bumped against the obstacle in an area that made me appreciate on a rare social occasion that I was biologically a girl and not a dude. read more

A friend recommended this place for my kids so we decided to check it out and we were all pleasantly surprised. My kids had an absolute blast and were exhausted after. Because it's inside the mall there is plenty of parking. Also, we went on a Monday so there were only about a handful of kids there. Not sure how it would be on weekend, though. Buy your tickets online because it's cheaper. It was a nice getaway for us since we live in San Diego. The manager is incredibly kind and sweet. I wish I had her energy and attitude. read more

We all weight train but some of these obstacles kicked out butts-- definitely sore in a couple places after LOL They have 4 courses going from easy to hard left to right, three levels of the iconic wall, and a bounce house also with some obstacles inside. It's about $20-$30pp depending on how long you stay plus the $3 grip socks required for the bounce house. I would def bring your most athletic shoes good for jumping around and grip. read more

It is a really fun place to go! My daughter had a wonderful time! Never saw anyone sanitize equipment between sessions as stated on the website. Lots of younger staff standing around talking. Maybe lack of training or just over staffed? They won't learn anything about work ethic there..., Kinda wish they had adult only times since some of the adults there were a bit aggressive. I'm over 40. I'm not getting on the ninja stuff. But my kids did the giant bounce house area that covers about half of their real estate. We went for a birthday party. The sectioned of party rooms are pretty small. You can comfortably fit the kids at the table in the room, but all the parents basically have to hang out on the outside of the room where the common folk walk by. The party was roughly 12ish kids. The room can't take more than 15 at a time. So if you want the entire group to fit inside, look to getting 2 rooms joined. They do have a sliding door that joins the two, or maybe even 3? read more

Me and my friend went here and had a great time. The staff was vary helpful and nice. The 2 employees, Bree and Riley, were supper great they showed us the different corses and made the whole experience worthwhile. The one employee Bree was coming from hosting a party and explained to us the party packages which are totally worth checking out and we'll probably end up doing one in the future. The park itself was also super fun and is a lot bigger than what I thought it would be from seeing it in the mall. So happy they have opened a place in our neighborhood for our kids! My two kiddos have a lot of energy and this is the perfect place for them to run off some steam. The courses are so much fun and they can try whatever level they feel comfortable with. (They especially get into full ninja mode when they put on their headbands and gloves!) The staff is excellent-friendly, helpful, and energetic. It's awesome to take a break from the courses in the cafe area and have some snacks all while still being able to watch them play. Great place and management! My kids had so much fun ang got the exercise they needed. At First, my oldest got scared because of falling from the rings but the manager Woody stepped up to make sure he was okay (thanks for the ice cream) and that just like all warriors, that he can at least try to get back on the course and overcome his fears. Sure enough, he had so much fun for the rest of his two hour session and even managed to get through the obstacles. His favorite was going up the wall and sliding down the pole. We went during the mini ninja session from 10am to 11am. Not a lot of people at that time, so it felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. My 3 year old had a lot of fun racing through the inflatable obstacle course. The ninja warrior obstacle courses were too difficult for little ones, but it was still a lot of fun. One little negative is that we are required to buy their grip socks regardless of whether you came wearing your own grip socks. It's not a deal breaker though - I see it as a souvenir to remind us of the fun we had there. My boyfriend and I were so excited to try this place out, we even took a day off with our very busy schedule because it was recommended. When we entered the "park", we were heavily supervised by one of the staff. I totally understand that she was there to make sure that we were safe, but like, we're both grown ass adults. I feel like that kind of supervision is more understandable for children. Also, when going through the main obstacles, it was a bit confusing at first how to maneuver through certain courses. I feel like it would have been more useful if there were shorts clips of how to do it. For both of us, 1 hour admission was about $50. NOT WORTH IT. read more

First time here at the Adventure Park and it was a great experience! Came with my husband to try something new. The staff were fast and friendly when we checked in with our reservation. They give you options of 60, 90, or 120 mins but 60 mins is enough. Wish it was a little bigger but still had a good time. There are 25 "mini" obstacles with 5 in each lane with the obstacles just like what is shown on the American Ninja Warrior show. The obstacles seem doable but trust me you get a workout in! It's fun and you'll definitely break a sweat. They also have 3 walls to beat which is a nice challenge. On the other side is the bounce area which has obstacle courses and different stuff to try like a climbing wall, balance beam, and inflatable slides. WARNING TO KEEP YOUR DAUGHTERS CLOSE AT ALL TIMES. This is supposed to be a fun, safe place for kids and young teens. Took a day trip to visit American Ninja Warrior Adventure Park in Santa Ana, CA with My partner, myself, son (2yo) daughter (10yo) and her best friend (11yo). First, we chose to explore the inflatable obstacle course. There was one (male) employee on the course "supervising" at the time. I noticed he seemed to be keeping an eye on my girls more than anyone else on the course and following them around. About 10 minutes in My daughter told me he gave her a strike just for saying "that was easy" on the balance beam and I thought that didn't make sense. My daughters friend then mentioned "he's just been following (my daughter) and looking at her." My daughter and her friend are no trouble at all so I felt off about the situation. . I thought to myself I'll pay close attention to him. I had my daughter run around so I could see if in fact he was just following her which he was. I decided to keep them by us and sure enough he stood in the corner, looking at us. That's when I looked at him and asked if there's a reason why he's just following my girls, he said he was "doing his job". I asked him why he wasn't keeping a close eye on the other kids, and told him I was the parent and was watching them... He started getting very defensive with a very weird demeanor and expressing to me that "he wasn't like that, he's not that type of person, they're all background checked and there's cameras".. a few minutes later he walked up to my partner and felt the need to tell him the same thing he just told me... WEIRD, I got the point the first time, just stay away from my girls!... Anyways, We left that area went to the Adventure park, the girls got slurpies and continued playing at the adventure park only. About 45min later a manager approached me and asked if I had an interaction with one of her co workers. I told her I did, she said "she didn't appreciate the way I spoke to him, and he was over there crying" I told her I didn't appreciate the way he was just following my girls around. She continued on to tell me that all of their employees were background checked and we needed to leave. (We weren't even in the area he was, for long over 30 minutes and had no issues otherwise) I told her when our time was done we would leave, which was about 30 minutes. I spent good money for a family of 5 just to be kicked out because her employee was being a creep. She threatened to call security so I just got the kids and left. How about you look at the camera footage you have first?! How unprofessional, if you do have an issue just take it to yelp. All the employees there side with each other, don't care about customer service and there's nobody else to contact. read more

If I could give this place a 0 star I would because of one individual 1 MARY JANE (With the glasses..that's what she said her name was) That's how horrid she was I get them making sure everyone is playing safely but she was micromanaging all the kids... talking to the adults like they're children You can educate the fun seeking people that come here without of being patronizing. Management was notified about how rude sassy and disrespectful she was and gave an extra half hour... what was the point if she just continued the whole time. She was telling people how to fall and do things.... again I get safety but it was her tone and the way every little turn she ran up tapping people like being very rude and unprofessional about it . I will be writing to corporate because we had a birthday party here with a group of level headed adults . My kids and myself all had the same experience with the same employee Mary Jane. Please retrain this individual. Can't hold a job for long , working with people ,speaking to them like that sweetheart .
