Unfortunately, what we received today was nothing like the sandwich he enjoyed before. The cheesesteak was completely flattened, almost as if it had been pressed through a panini maker. It lacked the appearance, texture, and overall quality of the sandwich we expected. My son was immediately disappointed, and as a parent, it was frustrating to see after he had been looking forward to it so much. To make matters worse, I drove a total of 30 minutes round trip specifically to get this sandwich, only to end up with a product that was not worth the time, money, or effort. When customers return because they enjoyed a previous experience, they expect consistency. Sadly, that was not the case here. Between the poor quality of the sandwich, the disappointment it caused my son, and the money spent on something that did not meet expectations, I can honestly say I will not be returning.
