A few years ago I purchased a bedroom suite from Furniture Connexion! During a time of home remodeling & redecorating, the dresser needed to be moved and due to the overall weight of the dresser the drawers were removed and then replaced at the conclusion of the project. No matter what I did, the drawers would not settle properly and continued to sit loose on the drawer guides. I called Customer Service to see if I could get some assistance to return the dresser back to its useful state. To my joy and gratitude my dresser received expert attention and It is now back in full use! Thank you! read more

Seems like an OK store. But be aware that they are always "closing" and their price tags have silly "why pay more?" prices on them. Imagine going to buy a car and seeing a sticker that says "Why pay $50,000" and under it "Current price $25,000". Yet this is exactly what these guys are doing. We felt like we had the royal treatment. We were blessed to be waited on by Lisa Mills the assistant manager. She's an excellent, friendly, professional, and top of the line saleswoman who's charming, sweet, and lovely. She made me (the mom) feel like royalty. It's a miracle from God. Do not buy their furniture. Cheap products. We bought a couch, loveseat and chair last year in June. There are already several tears in the material, cushions broken down and scratches in what call is real leather furniture. Last month, less than a year of having the furniture I emailed the company pictures. They said this is general wear and tear and is not covered under warranty. Everyone at Furniture Connexion made us feel very comfortable. Our salesperson (not sure what her title actually is), Lisa did an outstanding job helping us. They solved that problem by exchanging the regular profile ones with a pair of low profile box springs that solved the problem. They delivered and set everything up for us. Boyfriend and I just moved to the area and needed to purchase a new couch, coffee table and side table. When we walked into Furniture connection We had just come from another store that I have bought lots of furniture from. Things started off great. I really liked the salesman and everything went smooth and I was delivered on time and I thought everything was great. But it seems they are only great when they are wanting your money because as soon as I found something wrong they were completely rude and each time I'd call someone would tell me something different than the person before. Basically what went wrong was 7 days after I had the couch delivered I was playing on the floor with my baby and happened to lean up against the back of the couch to rest my back when I noticed a huge hole in the wood underneath the upholstery and the wood around it was popping in and out which I imagine was from the hole. This hole was about 7" by 5" . they were ok to start with then when I told her I wanted a new section of the sectional she told me it was past the 48 hours so I was out of luck. She also said they don't sell used furniture so they couldn't take it back. Well I didn't think I,paid $1000 for damaged furniture either. I mean 7 days after buying and they act like I was lying or something and it wasn't something I could of noticed unless I,happened to rub down the entire sectional because u can't see it it's just in the wood of the furniture. So I had to have the furniture makers warranty cone out and patch it up which is better than nothing but for buying brand new furniture and noticing it that soon I would expect a company to take care of you when something like this happens. So unless you wanna gamble that nothing will be wrong with your furniture they give you I wouldn't recommend this place at all. Not to mention the customer service lady was beyond rude to me. So hopefully if you decide to buy from here your furniture won't have anything wrong with it. The guys who came out and patched it up said they see it all the time that the guys in the warehouse push the furniture with their knees and put holes in the couches which is what looked like happened. read more

When it became official, I was moving to Sandy, I decided it was time to ditch some of the old furniture. So I did what any person would do, I shopped around a LOT of places; various stores, Amazon, Craigslist, etc. I finally settled on a power recliner and a three-seat sofa from Costco. However, after my daughter and I got in the car, she couldn't find the pieces on their website; we were bummed out. And then... I saw a huge banner in Gresham that displayed "Furniture Sale". So I pulled into the parking lot and we went inside to take a peek. That's when my daughter and I met Lisa; that woman is outstanding at her job! She greeted us with a warm, GENUINE, smile. Lisa is an attentive listener and she knows her inventory but what really set her apart from the rest the sales people I've met in my life, was how she engaged with my 10-year-old daughter. Lisa made my daughter feel included by making eye contact with her when they spoke to each other. Often times, in my experiences, sales personnel overlook the kids accompanying their parents; children have no "buying power" so sales people generally pay minimal attention to them. I am very close with my kids and that particular detail about Lisa made me know I was in the hands of someone who truly cared about her customers and their needs! Speaking of needs, Lisa NAILED IT by the third set she showed me! She wasn't pushy nor "salesey". That's why I ended up buying my coffee and end tables that day too, with the insurance package that covered my entire purchase. Lisa is out there, just like EVERYONE else, trying to bring home a nice paycheck but that smile on her face as you walk through the door is not because she "sees dollar signs", it's because Lisa is authentic and she really cares about the people she helps. I'd highly recommend checking out this store if you're looking for quality, locally made furniture, accompanied with fantastic price tags and wonderful people! As we left the store and walked towards the car, my little girl said, "I liked her, she was really nice." ***UPDATE*** I'm a repeat customer! My kids and I loved the look and feel of these pieces so much, that I called the store to talk to Lisa about a dining room set. After describing my space, she suggested a set she thought I'd like. I checked it out online and Lisa nailed it again; it was perfect! When I called the next day, she was off, so Matthew was happy to help me put the set on hold. I called the store a few days later to secure the remaining balance and arrange delivery of the dining room set. When I was talking with Lisa, I mentioned to her that one of the legs on the coffee table had arrived scuffed. She gave me a phone number and instructed me to tell Tony what was going on. By the time I called him, she had already spoken to him; she wanted to ensure that he took good care of me. Tony was prompt at returning my phone call and he was happy to send me out a new frame, free of charge. When we purchased our living room set, I discovered the coffee table would completely block my wheelchair access. I called the office and they didn't hesitate to accommodate me. I know they do not allow free trials of furniture, so they had to make an exception for me. 9 months later (Sep 2015) we remembered the merchandise credit and asked if we could still use it. Again, they were extremely helpful. I think Caitlin was the customer service person I recommend this store because their customer service is superb. UPDATED: Again, I had the opportunity to enjoy interacting with customer service after I sent a PM through Yelp. I was amazed when the owners immediately responded to me; and resolved my warranty concerns in a single business day! Not only were they efficient, they were friendly! And yes the furniture is pretty awesome too! I happily recommend this business! UPDATED: After patronizing this company 14 months, my opinion of their products and customer satisfaction is 5! We needed to make a warranty claim on our leather sofa and Gina resolved it without a hitch .
