However, if you are a savvy, consumer, patient, and looking to save a lot of money, this IS the place for you. Morgan did not have what we were looking for on our first visit, but he is definitely a man of his word. When he received a new shipment with mattresses that met our specifications, he texted us. We went out the next day, purchased our new bed, and even had it delivered the same day! The delivery guys are part of his team and were friendly and gentle with delivery. We replaced our mattress with a Stearns & Foster Estate euro firm pillow top and Morgan provided a great price with delivery and hall away of our old mattress too. They offer a 30 day return policy to ensure you are happy with your new mattress. My advise: as with most mattresses there is a break in time due to tightness of fabric cover etc. so give mattress some sleep time as my wife at first thought it was too firm but it finally began to break in and with Stearns & Foster from my research, they can take a bit longer due to the construction. The Only discount mattress seller around that list the actual mattress and price in his ads. No hard "up sell" Morgans will go the extra mile to make you a happy customer. Exchange: Morgan's is amazing the Firm Mattress was a bit to firm for the wife. Morgan's honored their 30 day exchange and with the shortages Morgan himself Worked Diligently and put in the over time to get a Medium for the exchange. He could not find the exact model in a medium but found the next one up and no extra charge. Morgan even offered temporary solutions while the wait for the exchange. Communications: 10 Stars text messages and calls with updates when there was one, even a sent a PRO # because he had to bring A mattress in from Arizona. Delivery: The day Mattress arrived at his store. Morgan called ASAP and was willing to deliver that afternoon. I was unavailable so he delivered with white glove service on a Saturday. I desperately needed two special sized extra long mattresses and he had them in stock, the same brand and even better he was able to deliver them the same day. I had shopped the standard commercial retailers for the size I needed and was quoted thousands more with a 6 to 8 week lead time. I just recently used Morgan's Mattresses to source 6 Nectar mattresses (and boxsprings) for an AirB&B. This is the second time I've enlisted Morgan's help for a rental property. Both properties were 1.5 and 2.5 hour drives for delivery, and he has a solid and helpful crew to do this. Not only is he super professional, accommodating, and quick to respond, his prices are great and he is able take care of delivery and removal. We were on a three day time crunch to get the new mattresses in between rental guests, and he was phenomenal in accomplishing that. There was a miscommunication on the box springs in that I needed split queen box springs to get them up narrow stairs, but he made it happen right away with a second delivery. Delivery guys were also super respectful and reliable. All mattresses (I've purchased 11) have been great quality and like-new condition. This was our second mattress purchase from Morgan. Our first experience was very good - - very knowledgeable, low-key merchant who is very interested in helping make the right choice. Good prices, especially compared to the large chains, and wonderful delivery. This time we needed a new bed for a guest room. Morgan guided us to a middle value, middle firmness mattress and a platform (which solved our narrow stairs problem). It is now clear to us that his first interest is customer service, and his prices (due to very low overhead) are excellent. My husband and I have been looking for a mattress for months with no success, the big chain stores are just too expensive for us and there are way too many choices online for us to make a decision. We had a couple we liked from one of the big mattress companies but they were around $4K. We decided to go check out what Morgan had to offer! We went in and explained that we wanted a soft and supportive bed(sometimes this is hard to find) they patiently talked with us and let us try out a few and we ended up finding one of the ones we liked from the big store!
