The goal was to test out all different styles and features until we decided what we liked. All different price points. Our current couch is 15 years old and it's time to replace it. My son fell in love with a corduroy pull out sectional with a "Cuddler" corner at Furniture Shack, and no other ones were up to snuff. He would not stop talking about the potential movie nights we could have on this couch. We went back to Furniture Shack the next day to sit on the couch again to confirm that it "had enough sink, Mom" and that's when we met Brett. He was super low pressure and they have the most adorable Yorkies eveeerrrrr. No snakey salesman pitch, no trying to push you into a sale. He sat and chatted and was down to earth and so easy to work with. What an honest, respectable business you operate, sir. We purchased the sectional and will continue to spread the word of your business. Very affordable pricing, and trust me when I say it's the best bang for your buck; we literally did all the footwork. She provides monthly "subscription" to floral arrangements. The arrangements are made of high-quality artificial flowers that are anchored in the vase via some sort of acrylic to weight the vase down, anchor the flowers in place, and look like water. We got one that was done in orange tones and really worked with our office decor. It looked very professional and quite beautiful, and was very heavy to carry around. I have been a sales rep in the past, and I was never crazy about cold calls, but Ashley was not only a total pro, but also natural and charming. Her pitch was very natural as well and there was no pressure or up-sell. She dropped the bouquet off and will be back in a week to see if we wish to purchase her service. If not, she will take the bouquet and use it in other pitches. I do not have any power over money decisions as I am not the owner, but if I did, I certainly would consider the services Floral Image has to offer. I felt like they're a solid and successful business as the vehicle she drives is new-ish and neat and clean. The signs on the van are bright and tasteful. Ashley was nicely groomed and dressed in her role as a general manager. I wish her all the best in her endeavors in the future!

Even if the color is wrong. Even if the product can't physically be delivered. Even if the mistake isn't yours. We purchased two couches from this Joybird store. At no point during the sales process were we told that the orders were non-returnable. When the couches arrived, one of them did not match the fabric swatch we were shown in the store. The other one never even made it into our home--the delivery team could not get it up the stairs. When we reached out to Joybird, they refused to accept a return, refused a refund, and refused to take responsibility--on either couch. Instead, they pointed us to fine print on their website about their company policies. It would be one thing if: - The sales associate had clearly explained that all orders were final. - We were pointed to explicit fine print before purchasing. - The product delivered actually matched what we were shown. But none of that happened. There are many other furniture companies that treat customers far better and stand behind what they sell. I strongly recommend choosing one of them instead.
