Their salesperson Devin was exceptional and extremely helpful and friendly. We brought in our two kids, and our youngest was antsy from all day shopping..but Devin encouraged them to have some fun while there & even shared stickers! They were very happy & entertained while the adults looked at all the options. Devin explained each mattress type and even showed us their factory in the back where the mattresses are made. Such a cool thing! Who knew mattress shopping could be fun & educational. Even though we ended up getting our bed frame from a different place, he still let us use the temporary one for months, at not charge, till the new bed frame was complete. After sleeping on our mattress for a few nights, we felt it was too stiff. Dennis took it back without a problem, and was very patient with us while we selected a different one. During this time, he even let us use a mattress topper to provide some cushioning till we found a replacement mattress. He was knowledgeable and very helpful. We tried the mattresses he had on display and figured out the prefect combination for our needs. The mattress has no odor whatsoever. Its organic. Don't be fooled by the ones You can buy online that claim they are organic and try returning them when you have an issue! It's easy to turn over unlike the memory foam mattresses. There are no body impressions or humps in the middle so far and I don't anticipate any because latex mattresses behave differently than memory foam mattresses . When my husband gets into bed I don't feel it. The cover is a really nice cotton. I don't slide off the edge of the bed. There aren't coils sticking in my back like the Costco hybrid Stearns and Foster mattress. This mattress has the right amount of support, not too hard and not too soft. We tried five mattresses at Costco and they all had issues and were of poor quality. It became a huge hassle buying and returning them. Although this mattress was more expensive, it will last us the rest of our lives and well worth it. You can't put a price on a good nights sleep. Thank you Dave and crew.

I had fleeting thoughts of a voodoo doll somewhere with my name on it... my back was in such a bad state that it hurt just to breathe deeply. My mattress was trying to murder me in my sleep. Even my cat wouldn't sleep on the crappy old thing. At my chiropractor's office, my masseuse told me she had just bought a fantastic new mattress at Parklane for less than $800.00. After my chiropractic and massage appointment, I headed directly to Parklane in the Pearl District. The fellow in the store was low key and I didn't feel any pressure to buy. He left me alone and let me flop around on all the mattresses. I found a couple that I was really interested in but I didn't purchase that day. I ended up coming back a few days later and trying them all again. I'm told the folks there don't work on commission. They just want you to get a mattress that you'll be happy with and found one, I did. Just like Burgerville, they make it to order so it takes about a week for your mattress to be ready. Now, delivery was a bit more frustrating. They have a two hour appointment window and mine was between 10am and 12 noon, which is not during rush hour or anything so I am still wondering why they were an hour late. They even called to tell me they were 10 minutes away and were still 40 minutes late after that call. In addition to being late, they did not have on their paperwork that they were supposed to recycle my old mattress. I had paid $25.00 for the recycling service. Thankfully, they did take the old one away. I did appreciate that the delivery fellas wore shoe covers before coming into my place. It has been almost a week now. I roll out of bed with ease; no more bad back. My cat now sleeps curled at my feet. I spent exactly $712.00 to have a new mattress (sans box spring) delivered to my door and installed upon my Murphy bed frame and my old one recycled. I did spend an hour fuming because they were late delivering it. Overall, I am pleased because now I sleep so comfortably. The showroom we went to was clean and the sales staff was professional. They provided very informative details and supplied clean pillows to demo the floor model mattresses. We made our selection and felt very happy with our purchase. The mattress was promptly delivered without any hassle or fuss. A few months pass and we begin to notice the mattress loosing its firmness, I am 300 lbs and 6'-6" and am hard on equipment usually and was expecting some usual wear. We waited another few years and really began to have problems with the mattress, pocket springs being stubbornly stiff and no longer providing cushion. Various hot spots feeling unreasonable for sleeping. We went to the Parklane mattress store in the Pearl and poked around looking for something else, we were met with the same consistent excellent customer service and were informed of Parklane Mattress' generous warranty. We were abundantly pleased and promptly contacted Jon and Debbie with their warranty division. We completed some paperwork and sent in some photos. The warranty process was seamless and was beautiful. No hassle, egregious stipulations, or red tape, just simple human to human interaction. Within a few days the delivery personnel came on schedule, removed the previous defect mattress and replaced it with a beautiful new mattress. We are thrilled with our new mattress and are sold for life with this brand! So many people rely on the photos on websites, but what if it's the wrong photo? I asked Erin if she could order a new one from the manufacturer to see what color shows up. "Sure thing!" She offered to make a deal and beat out the other store for what we were looking for. Jesse was also very down to earth and helpful. It was quick and painless and I didnt leave feeling greasy and ripped off. I cant wait for it to be delivered in 3 days! Other stores quoted 2 months to get sofas!
