I would like to share with you our experience buying a living room set from Furnitureconnexion. We bought furniture for our formal room from Furnitureconnexion 3 1/2 months ago based on appearance and durability but practically never used it as we use our sectional in the family room daily. When we decide we will use it preparing to have people over for the SuperBowl we realized that the furniture was not to our liking as it wasn't the reclining type. Knowing I had the furniture for over 100 days I assumed we were stuck with the furniture but thought I would call my sales associate Tom Tosh and explain my dilemma anyway. I requested that Furnitureconnexion let me return my furniture for 1/3 off the price I paid and let me exchange the set to reclining type model. The sales associate, Tom Tosh, took my concern very seriously and told me he would ask the store manager, Tony Newman, to call me. That same day the store manager did call me very concerned about my being unhappy with my furniture purchase and asked me to come down to the store to speak with him. That night after work I met with the manager, Tony Newman and assistant manager, Lisa at the store. I again explained we were not happy we bought furniture that didn't recline and since we had the furniture for such a long time there probably wasn't anything they could do but thought I would ask anyway even offering they take the furniture back in exchange for 2/3 the price I paid. That night, even having the furniture for 3 1/2 months the store took the furniture back at 100% refund price! The managers refused to deduct any amount! We purchased our new set that night and was able to use it yesterday for the SuperBowl gathering! And its perfect! Customer satisfaction? Absolutely! read more

i went to furniture connexion to buy a queen matriss and box spring and had a sales person show me medium firm matriss ,, he shows me one set and he told me this is the last day for the sale price and i bought the set,, which was not the truth about the price because when i went back there 2 days later to look at other matrises the price was the same price that i paid,,,, i did have the set deliverd 2 days later and my lady friend and i took the plastic off the box spring there was a hole in the bottom of the box spring that was taped and my other friend was there looked at the matriss and told me it was a little too soft ,, so i called lisa at the store told her about the box spring,, she told me to come back and look at other matrisses so my lady friend and i go back to the store and i go there and and lisa tells me to try out the matresses and said is there any way you could at least show me a matriss i dont know nothing about matrisses ,, i have been to other furniture places they always willing to help customers , well its like lisa didnt want to help me , and i said need help or i will take back the matriss and box spring and buy it some place else, because i was already upset about the hole in the box spring and there was another sales person to the right sitting on a sofa said lisa you need to help the customers ,, this was not a lie because my lady friend wittiness every thing that was said,,and lisa did find me a better matriss and box spring and took care of me and got it deliverd ,, i still will keep buying from furniture connexion read more

Tony the customer service manager at the Gresham store is refusing to come pick up my wrong and broken order because I got attitude with the liar who sold us the horrible furniture!!!! Rob and Tony are 2 bully's who think they own the store. SO RUDE! Customer service said they would return my order but Tony got hurt feelings and told me to deal with my order. They are embarrassed by my yelp reviews and are refusing to return order! See pics below! Been going back and forth with this company for weeks. Dont bother reading the owners response, its lies to cover her and her employees butts! The order we payed thousands for is crap! I went to move my sons mattress today and the boards and nails came out. REALLY?? They sent us the wrong mattresses and refuse to come back and get them with me paying 80.00 per piece. Boards aren't nailed or screwed in. Boards Cracking. POOR QUALITY. I sent pics to customer service. My sons beds are falling apart and they still wont give refund or come get them. Got some bullshit excuse, no one in the warehouse and they have to send the pics to the manufacturer. HUH?? SO WRONG!! Where are my 2 small children supposed to sleep tonight?? SHAME ON YOUR COMPANY YOU THIEF'S! I contacted the Better Business Bureau to file a report as well. They informed me Furniture Connexion is not accredited through them and recommended to everyone to take your business elsewhere. read more

After doing a great deal of research online I found the sofa I wanted and then found a local store that had the sofa so I could physically try it out. I had questions. Lots of questions. Jeff went above and beyond in customer service not only answering every question I had by phone and text before I came in but made certain the sofa would be on the floor when I came in to store. Unfortunately, the day I could come in was Jeff's day off so Tom helped me and I have got to say - these two gentlemen are seriously the most pleasant sales persons I have ever EVER dealt with - so much respect. You will not only get five star assistance, you will not feel pressured in any way. As I figure out my space, I will definitely be back for accent chairs! To give you perspective regarding my review, I think root canals are more fun than setting foot in a car dealership or furniture store. Highly recommend Furniture Connexion and ask for Jeff or Tom. Update after delivery: Still a five star business! The delivery people are excellent, very careful with the furniture, and if you do have a problem you will be contacted almost immediately and the problem will be resolved. I recently purchased 2 living room sets from Furniture Connection in Gresham (one for a family room, the other for a living room) and worked with Tom, the manager. Both sets were lovely, and such a good value for the price but I had an issue with one of the sets: the fabric was just not sturdy, like most upholstery fabrics, and did not stand up to normal wear. Tom directed me to Tony, at corporate, with my complaints. Tony agreed to replace the cushions which were damaged, but I had the same issue again. After explaining and showing Tom what the problem was, he and Tony got together and resolved the problem.. I was given the freedom to choose another set, which I did, and it is so gorgeous (I like that this store actually has some unique and colorful furniture; difficult to find in these days of all neutral pickings---so boring)!! Now I have 2 sets of furniture which are so stylish and will be sturdy enough for my needs. I would definitely send friends and clients, as I am a real estate broker, to Tom at the Gresham store. I purchased a couch, love seat, chair set for a very reasonable deal with Furniture Connexion over a year ago. I shopped around quite a bit and was going to pay over double what I ended up paying for the set at Furniture Connexion. The sales person was phenomenal- no pressure, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. The set was very attractive. Over a year later, I still love the set. It is durable and has held up well. The couch was starting to sag in the middle. I called customer service and actually got to talk to a person immediately which took me off guard. I was expecting to get a recording. I explained the issue, she had me take a picture and the next day I got a response saying they had ordered the replacement parts. Over the years, it seems that customer service has become less of a priority with companies- not the case with Furniture Connexion. I was taken back by how quickly they responded and took care of the issue over a year after the purchase. I will definitely be a repeat customer. read more

My husband and I were in the market for a new couch. We looked at a couple of places, before going into furniture connection. I was not having a good time especially after going into another furniture store, I felt like we were being uncomfortably followed, I work in sales so I understand that at the end of the day, they just need to make some money, but come on! When we went into furniture connection, we instantly felt welcomed. We said we just wanted to look around, and they respected that but still did their job and checked in on us, explaining the benefits and features of ready couch we looked at. My husband and I ended up buying the next day, because of the service. Plus the price was less than online pricing which was a major plus! Also, we had a few people assisting us, as someone in sales, I noticed that the sale was spilt, which really made me happy because that goes to show they work as a team to make customers happy, and they aren't just going to be pushy for their own benefit. read more

After shopping around online for used & new furniture I am so grateful my friend took me here! In the store Lorrie was so helpful, respectful & patient. I couldn't make up my mind & he gave me time & space to think it over. I felt ZERO pressure to buy & it was so refreshing. He searched online inventory for me & was so knowledgeable about their pieces. I ended up buying 3 pieces on Saturday. I loved them so much I called today to see if I could buy the dining set. Lorrie was out but Tom helped me. Again no pressure! I made my purchase over the phone in just a few minutes & hung up. After a bit I realized I didn't like my first choice & called back to add to my order. No annoyance or frustration came from Tom at my indecision & he agreed I didn't buy enough chairs the first time but again, didn't pressure me. See the theme here? My husband and I stopped in after checking out 2 other furniture stores in the near vicinity and were thrilled to find the perfect pieces! Found some very unique furniture that is exactly our style. We weren't hounded at all, allowed to browse without question. When I asked for a tape measure Lisa, whom we ended up working with, was right there with one as well as a pen and paper. The best part was simply being able to just browse around, take pictures, ask questions and not feel any sales pressure. She didn't follow us around and push for a sale. Lisa was informative and offered us her card with email so that we could contact her if we had any more questions. I was able to order everything over the phone on my lunch break after talking more with Lisa and exchanging some pictures via email. She even found an additional piece for us which wasn't in the store! Furniture is to be delivered this weekend and we are looking forward to all of it! read more

We purchases a power recliner from F.C. in August 2017 and recently my kids damaged the power supply by spinning in the chair (kids, what are ya gonna do?). After extensive and fruitless searches on Amazon and the internet and after seeing way too many options I figured that calling F.C might be a better place to start. Thank goodness I did because I got Tony Newman (aka The Legend) on the phone and he found the part I needed and actually gave me the part for free so long as I can pick it up. This is probably a 10.00 part that will ensure we make much larger purchases in the future from them. This is the kind of customer service we all yearn for when we are in a pinch. We will continue to buy our large furniture at Furniture Connexion because we always get the best service and pricing when we go there. Having recently moved into a new house, we've done quite a bit of furniture shopping and Furniture Connexion has been one of our best experiences so far. A week prior to going there we had called inquiring about some dining room chairs and when we showed up, Rob not only remembered the conversation, but also the reduced price that he had quoted us over the phone. These were the exact same high quality chairs that we had seen elsewhere, but their price was so good that we were able to save several hundred dollars by buying them there. Since the show room was open and inviting and had a wide selection of various types of furniture, we decided to do some other browsing as well. All the sales people were helpful and even gave us honest feedback about the quality of various pieces. We will definitely keep them in mind the next time we need to buy furniture! read more

We looked at a sofa and loveseat combo here, then went to three other stores, and ended up coming back to get the first ones we looked at. The Porter Furniture Elk River set- which was by far the most comfortable sofa we sat in (we tried dozens and dozens). Come to find out Porter uses a blocked frame for stability and has sofa springs all the way to the edge of the sofa so you don't fall in towards the arm. The sales people (Lisa and Tom) were very helpful when we asked questions and left us alone when it was clear we didn't. We had it delivered, and for a very small fee they took away our old sofa and loveseat. All their furniture seems to be very high quality and we liked the large variety of styles they had in stock to choose from. Their showroom is LARGE but not overwhelmingly so. Definitely will be doing future furniture shopping there! read more

I had a wonderful experience furnishing my new apartment here at Furniture Connexion! I spent most of the afternoon today picking out furniture with my parents, and with the help of Marina H. (an absolute gem of a person, and a delight to work with), I got nearly everything I needed in one stop for a fantastic price. Marina was very honest about the pros and cons of certain furniture pieces, and I felt truly taken care of by how much effort she put in to ensure I got exactly what I was looking for at the best possible price. Not only did she skip past all the b.s. one tends to expect from furniture shopping, but she was very patient and knowledgeable with all of my questions, and she wasn't pushy in the slightest. we went into pick up a couch for my nephew and there was a miscommunication between my young nephew and the salesperson. The district manager Lorrie Reierson and assistant manager Tom Tosh were absolutely amazing! They kept their cool even when I was a little harsh and were more than willing to make it right! I was completely surprised how wonderful they took care of the problem and were more than fair! I highly recommend furniture connection in Gresham! I don't know of anywhere else that goes that far out of their way to ensure their customer is happy! Especially when my nephew was partially at fault in the situation. I was shopping furniture stores in Gresham for a few weeks and found this place across the street from the High school. By the time I had found this place I had already shopped most the furniture stores in Gresham and felt like they were all a bunch of used car sales people. Here at Furniture Connexion in Gresham I met Steve. Steve was most helpful in finding me the sectional I wanted and didn't pressure me at all. He provided me great information about the products, warranties & delivery options. What I thought was even better is when I also met Tom. He then was very helpful in making sure I got the best deal and the best service possible once I had selected the sectional I wanted. I will come back here and send all my friends! I had an excellent experience with this company. I live in Florida and placed an order for a chest of drawers and a dresser via telephone after seeing the Big Sur bedroom set online. Each time that I called I spoke with Lisa Mills and she helped me every step of the way. She was polite, extremely accommodating, and punctual with return calls. She even assisted me with getting a cross country delivery company. Though I have not received the furniture yet, I cannot say enough nice things about the customer service that I have received with this company and Ms. Mills. We were so surprised by not only the quality of the furniture but the amazing deals all over the store! We were approached by Chelsee and she answered all of our questions. Had to buy new furniture for the house and the service was outstanding. I started working with Kyle before he got transferred to the Beaverton store and promoted to Assistant Manager. The communication and open customer service received from Kyle was by far better then any customer service I have ever gotten. Tony the General Manager and Tom (another great Sales associate) was on board with everything Kyle was doing. I highly recommend any associate from any of their stores. We have been without dressers/chest of drawers for a few years. We had searched, window shopped and Googled with little success. There were other priorities, and a pandemic that delayed a purchase. This past week, my husband and I walked in to Furniture Connexion about 10 minutes before closing, Lisa, the store manager was winding down her day and allowed us to walk the store.
