It's a better facility than some. The process is very easy. Make an appointment. If you need weekend service, plan your appointment weeks in advance. Usually you get a confirmation call before your day. Easy drop off, provided you had your vet send over all the required proof of vaccinations. Please be specific in how you want them groomed. Don't cry fault if you didn't tell the groomer first. I've had the fur on ears, bangs and tails trimmed a bit shorter during pick up without a fuss. You get a call that your pet is ready for pick up. Bandanas or bows usually adorn your clean pet. Credit cards or cash accepted. Yelp check-in offer is a nice bonus. Add on toys and treats are for sale in the lobby. I have used the self serve pet washing area in the back. Call ahead to find out what good times are. They really try and deter you from using the area that the groomer needs to wash a clients dog at the same time. Off peak times are best. I found it a good value, and much easier on your back than leaning over a tub or kiddie pool. Harness setup. Shampoo choices. Comfy no slip mat for your pet to stand on. Fluffy clean towels, or blow dry is available. I should use this self serve more often(#Lazy).

They were able to do all nails - he doesn't mind ears touched but forget about cleaning - usually need 3 people to hold him for anal gland expressions- groomer (Jordan) said he didn't even make a peep Also they don't use muzzles! I love that especially bc my dog isn't trained for muzzles and I wouldn't want him in one just for grooming. Best way to get ahold of them is text message imo. During the consultation with their groomer, I made these statements; "I like Higgins looking messy", "I do not want him looking proper", "I do not what any hair cut from his face area". Even after hearing these statements, they completely cut off his eyebrows!!! When asked why they cut off his eyebrows, they indicated that I said that I wanted to see his eyes, which is a complete LIE! I had indicated that it had been a couple months since his last haircut and the groomer reached down for a couple seconds and recommended "trimming his hair down". This meant to me that his hair would be trimmed down to 1/2 to 1" in length, so I agreed. As can be seen in the photo, they trimmed his hair completely down to the skin! When asked why they indicated that they said to me that he had to be shaved completely down ("naked") since it was only his second haircut in a year, which again is a complete LIE! At my next visit, I was charged $78, which appears to include that $20 fee without any explanation beforehand. When I tried to ask about it, the front desk employee didn't address my concern directly and instead told the owner I was already disputing the charge. This was frustrating, especially since I hadn't even been informed what I was being charged for in the first place. Clear communication and transparency matter, especially with long-time customers. I trusted this business for years, so being treated this way felt dismissive and unprofessional.

The breaking point was when they swapped sold me a prescription that was 2x the potency for an Rx and didn't tell me I that they didn't have in stock the lower dose. They didn't mention it at the time and the pills looked exactly the same. The tech, Jen who I spoke to about it after I found out. stated "can't you read a label?@ and hung up on me when I communicated my concern and asked for the implications to my dog. I called back and the receptionist said Dr Flores would call me... she never did. This seems to be just part of the downward slide of this clinic. They commonly ask you to drop or pick something up whenever during office hours and the door is locked with no one around when you show up. If you you use an online pharmacy like chewy they'll take weeks to approve the medication that they recommended. If they say the doctor will call you about something that will happen maybe 1/3 of the time. It was a great vet clinic a while ago, now it's a dumpster fire. There are a lot of wonderful vets around this area, don't risk your pets health with elemental.

From the front desk to every team member involved, they showed my dog and myself nothing but care, professionalism, love. I was devastated to have to eventually put my dog down. They gave me a wonderful option to come later with less people, I was given as much time as I needed with him and they were all so understanding. I really appreciate everyone here going above and beyond on one of my hardest moments in life. Several days later I received a very sweet card from the team with all of them leaving a little message and signing it. That meant the world to me! I highly recommend Elemental.
