As soon as she looked at my nails and heard it was for my wedding, she resolved she'd stay longer after the client she was finishing up with. I rarely get my nails done and find it difficult to express what I want comfortably. Lynn painted multiple comparisons on my nails to test out, would offer her opinion, and make sure the style and color what I wanted. She even had us step outside to compare the nails in natural light! She was so patient, kind and funny, so comforting after I came in so nervous. She truly cares for the happiness of her customers and receives a lot of joy from her work and relationships. If you're not comfortable dealing with an ingrown, that's completely fine--but don't make the situation worse by doing something that isn't helping.
