Competitive pricing: Both projects came well below the competing electrical quotes I received. Extremely responsive: Questions and issues are addressed immediately Friendly staff: I've met a number of employees between the two projects. Every one of them was pleasant and conscientious - even in frustrating circumstances A special shout out to Stan, the electrician replacing our knob and tube. We have a very squat attic that narrows to a hands width. Stan was able to feed lines through these tight spaces - not cutting a single hole in our walls or ceilings. To say I was pleasantly surprised by the results would be an understatement. I honestly didn't think it was possible to do what he achieved. Amazing! While we really like the functionality of the heat pumps and how quiet they are, one thing to consider is how big the external components can be. It was larger than I had anticipated and there's also some exposed tubing that is needed to support the system. Something to note when you are considering the aesthetics of the installation- this is not at all a reflection on Fuse, more my ignorance of the system. read more

When we decided to install heat pumps last winter, we chose FUSE because they could do everything we needed. They replaced our gas hot water heater with a heat pump. They replaced our old gas furnace with a heat pump that used our existing ductwork. They installed another, smaller heat pump to heat a room that didn't have existing ductwork. They also had an in-house electrician who made the needed upgrades to our electric panel. We were so glad we didn't have to coordinate multiple contractors--FUSE could do it all! And their installers really knew what they were doing. They disposed of the old equipment and they cleaned up the worksite at the end of every single day. They gave us suggestions and listened to our feedback--a very friendly and helpful bunch of people. The folks in the FUSE office helped us through the rebate process. FUSE was the best experience we've ever had with a home improvement contractor. I called Fuse in an emergency because my furnace broke. They sent someone the same day!! Sent me a quote with different options and have been so accommodating and amazing to work with. After a bit of back and forward on my part because I was dealing with insurance to see if it was going to be covered, we finally have a new furnace. They even talked with the insurance company when they wanted more explanations and info that I couldn't provide. They removed my old broken furnace and installed the new one in one day adding insulation and all necessary things for making the furnace quieter and safe. I am very VERY happy with Fuse service from begging to end. And their prices are fair and comparable with other companies. It was a pleasure to work with Stan during the installation, and I was quite happy with his knowledge and professionalism. The next morning, I noticed an issue with the device not powering up and reached out to Susan directly. She was able to schedule a follow-up visit with Stan just a few hours later the same day. Stan came promptly at the time that was promised and diagnosed the issue and fixed it within a few minutes. To be clear, the issue (loose wire in the breaker) was not caused by him. Fuse was very prompt with responses and scheduling. And these appointments were not like three weeks off either, they would propose dates within a week. I did a mini-split air pump system with them for my business that had two air-handlers and they did an amazing job. It wasn't easy either because aethestics required us to install everything kind of far away from each other. It was complicated and yet they did an amazing job and worked very fast. I then had them install a heat pump in place of my gas furnace. Again, they did an excellent job with figuring out all the extra details like where to pump the condensate water and setting up the system to utilize wifi (which was not simple). He brought a backpack with equipment and quickly got to work inspecting my stovetop. I decided to have an HVAC system for the whole home, which is 3 stories. It is a complex job for the electrical work that connected the main panel to the new HVAC unit from the garage to the subbasement 2 stories down. It took 5 days, but Michael (from FUSE) did an excellent job. No wires showed inside my home, the outside unit was secured, and holes were plugged. They clean up and vacuum my rug everyday. It looks like there was no major construction. As a full-service company, they will also handle the various rebates I am entitled to. They also replaced my subpanel and this was done on a Sunday. They will also handle the City permit inspections. What more can I say? A full-service company. Finally, their bid was timely and detailed in what they will do and I have a 12-year warranty and semi-annual service calls. Wow! read more

I had Fuse HVAC come for an inspection visit for my old furnace, and they were extremely honest and professional. As part of their inspection they did a thorough measurement of CO2 and explained the state of my furnace and its efficiency. I had another company come check it and not only the visit was more expensive, they also quoted me for extra services I did not need (rotor cleaning) in addition to duct cleaning. Fuse HVAC did not recommend a rotor cleaning and recommended another contractor for duct cleaning since they don't provide that service. I also had Fuse HVAC do another job related to fixing and replacing the gas exhaust pipe (it was initially too low on the ground and rain caused damage) and I was very satisfied with their service. Also in this case I had another contractor come check the work and they gave me a way higher quote. I definitely recommend Fuse HVAC. read more
