I was in Santa Fe for my granddaughter's high school graduation. She recommended we meet at Fusion Delicias for lunch. Upon arrival, we were promptly greeted and given a table. My husband and I arrived ahead of my granddaughter and her family, so I had ample time to look around. The place is decorated totally in pink and there are plenty of instagrammable opportunities. When the rest of the party arrived, the eating began. Breakfast bowls, parfait, sandwiches--everything was amazing. The menu is voluminous; there is sure to be something on it that catches your eye. So if you like good, eclectic food that doesn't break your wallet give this place a try.

Adorable cafe! Bring your camera! :D We loved the mexican hot chocolate and mexican mocha. Stopped by multiple times during our visit in Santa Fe- and it's right next to the Georgia O'Keefe museum. They also have some food items on the menu too!

Super cute cafe! Pretty impressive menu with lots of options. Great indoor or outdoor seating options. Great for special occasions or just because! The environment is fun and the vibe is electric! I had the delicious pink pastor tacos. The salsa was fiery hot and flavorful! I also had the iced chai latte and an avocado boba to go. Clean and friendly. I love that each drink and my plate of tacos had a flower in it.

The tacos were supposed to be pink! They charged us $17 for tacos that aren't even pink. Not sure why they did this to us

One of the absolute WORST experiences of my 30+ year life. I was so excited to finally try this place out and the service was probably the worst service I have ever had in my entire life. My friend and I walked in and I was so excited because it was so cute. The front says to wait to be seated, so I used the bathroom and when I came back, we were completely ignored by the two waitresses who kept walking by us. It honestly was not that busy and both waitresses refused to acknowledge us or make eye contact, I want to say we stood waiting for almost 10 minutes then finally we got one of them to tell us where to sit. They gave us our menus and we waited another 10 minutes for the waitress to take our order. By now, I was pretty mad and did not want to spend a lot of money at a place that was blatantly disrespecting us and obviously did not want us to be there. My friend and I both ordered the pink tacos, so imagine my surprise when they bring us normal tacos in normal tortillas. I spent almost $17 dollars on 3 tacos that were not even pink. The waitress NEVER said one thing about it either, she never said there were no pink tortillas and never apologized. I did not make a scene, we ate the tacos, paid and left, but this was an absolutely HORRIBLE experience and if I could give negative stars I would. I will never go back and will go out of my way to make sure whoever I talk to knows just how bad, rude, and disrespectful the people are running this place. I don't know why we were treated this way, but it is beyond inappropriate and inexcusable. It may be cute on the inside, but your service and attitudes are absolutely disgusting and uncalled for to paying customers who wanted to have a good time. The food is also over priced and the "cute" atmosphere is not worth the disrespect we encountered for no obvious reason.

The food is absolutely incredible! This had to be the Best menudo I've had in my whole life. The Taro milk tea was absolutely delicious. I would go back simply just for that. The ambience was so beautiful if you like the color pink. Side note: someone told me once that this specific color of pink is statistically known to make you the happiest. The service was super speedy and incredibly thorough. When I couldn't finish my Menudo, they really really wanted to box it up for me. I'm stubborn and so of course I did it myself, but just knowing that they offered to do that matters. The only part of this experience that I did not enjoy was the parking. I went at a busy hour and there was no parking not even street parking nearby which is understandable for downtown Santa Fe. However, when I went during a less busy hour three out of the four parking upfront, were open!

    Cafe de olla

We love the ambiance, decorations and cafe de olla from here. The food is fresh and delicious. The service can be a bit slow, it just depends. The edible flowers are a nice touch. The only downside is that the food is pricey.

Absolutely adore their breakfast burritos! The staff is always so friendly and welcoming too. While I usually get food to go, I always take notice of the fun pink atmosphere and various activities/props they have around. Going to Delicias can certainly be a full experience if you want it to be.

I thought the place was very cute! A few suggestions... No where did I see that there was no parking for this place and I had to park across the street in a paid parking lot. Luckily one of my friends had cash, because that is all the parking attendant would accept. Perhaps a note on their webpage about this would be useful. Second- This place seems to have gotten popular (seemed like mostly younger girls...women) and there is very little inside space for waiting for a table. I felt in the way and uncomfortable in that regard. I would not be able to bring my elderly mother to this place as it did not appear to have handicap accommodations. Third- Though very friendly, the staff seemed disorganized. They seated folks that had come in long after me and my party and then when we finally did get seated and order our drinks and food, I received my drink long before the two other ladies in my party, and then I received my food. The other two ladies in my party didn't get their drinks or food until I was pretty much finished with mine and we had to ask our waitress where those orders were. That isn't good! I felt bad eating in front of my friends, but they insisted and breakfast food starts to not fare well when cold. Perhaps more staff could remedy this? Lastly -The food looks appealing and many dishes that were being delivered to tables as we waited looked spectacular!! When we got our food, the consensus of the quality and flavor was not nearly as fantastic as the presentation. I would visit again ... more so for the beverages.

The café's aesthetics were beautiful, but I felt as though the food was lackluster and overpriced. The Korean corn dog was extremely greasy, making the whole thing so soggy it was falling off the stick and completely inedible. $14 for a singular plain waffle was a bit crazy. The staff was very friendly at least.

The café has a cool, modern vibe with plenty of indoor seating as well as a nice outdoor patio. They were very busy on a Saturday morning. The counter staff was very matter-of-fact. Not rude, but not especially warm or welcoming either. Honestly, I got the impression she was just under a lot of stress. We also asked another staff member if we could use one of the patio umbrellas (they were all closed for some reason), and he was prompt and friendly, which we appreciated. We ordered a toasted everything bagel with cream cheese, a meat-filled empanada, a honey latte, and a cold brew. The cold brew was a little too dark for my taste, though coffee preferences are definitely subjective. Interestingly, there's a place in Albuquerque that has an almost identical flavor profile. The toasted everything bagel was very good, but it didn't come with quite enough cream cheese. The single cream cheese packet also felt a bit lackluster presentation-wise. That said, when we asked for more, the response was friendly and accommodating. The honey latte had beautiful latte art and great flavor, definitely a highlight. The empanada, filled with ground beef, green chile, and piñon, was a bit over-toasted, but the filling itself was flavorful, even if somewhat sparse. Overall, I think 35 North has a lot going for it and could easily elevate the experience with a few small improvements to consistency and customer service.

The inside is dirty and uninviting but I was needing a place right away so I committed. The carrot cake looked really good so I asked the girl for a piece. She was very odd. She started at me as if she couldn't believe someone asked for the carrot cake. She said something I couldn't understand. My friend jumped in to help but she just looked at him too. So odd. Eventually she handed me a styrofoam container with carrot cake in it. I also ordered a small Americano. The Americano was good and the carrot cake was good, but it was a small piece and not worth $13! I asked for the Wi-Fi password, but the other girl working in the counter also kind of stared at me and shrugged her shoulders. I asked again she said "I don't know it" I tried to ask the other girl and she said"we don't know it because no one's ever asked for it before". I said, "but you're a coffee shop and the Wi-Fi is there for guests. We just need the password." And she shrugged her shoulders and walked away. The latte didn't do anything for me...it was overly sweet without really tasting of honey or lavender, and was too thick or something. The doughnut, however, was a different story. The blue cornmeal gave it a really nice texture--a bit crunchy, and the icing had actual lavender, not just flavoring. Best $2 I've spent today! This place is on the smaller side and there's not a whole lot of seating, although they do have a few outdoor spots. I also care about the vibe of a place, so the breakdown is 5-star coffee drinks, but ho-hum 3-star service, hence the 4-star review instead of the 5 I would've loved to have reported here. The place is a few blocks from where we stayed and was easy to walk to and find, knowing I'd be looking for a sign with a few animals on it and it may not be obvious to some that this business is a coffee shop. I ordered the Crash of Rhinos, which fits their clever theme. The drink was just sweet enough and unique and flavorful. However, when we walked in, there was no barista or anyone at the front to greet us; we didn't mind waiting a minute or two for someone to show up since it was clearly open and there were a couple customers inside (and duh, we were on vacation and not in a hurry). When the nose-ringed hipster-looking girl came around the corner I was disappointed that we were not greeted with a smile or a good morning, or "sorry to keep you waiting" kind of phrase. She took our order, made our drinks, and did not say thank you (I did, and tipped her $2. Why, I'm not sure). That was that. Hubs ordered the spicy mocha drink and it was a bit much; he decided it would be better iced or he'd try a different selection next time. Yes, there was a next time. Different barista, same kind of treatment. Still tipped just because I was a barista for many years and know this really helps supplement a worker's salary and encourage good communication with customers. This time I ordered the Murmuration of Starlings latte, which has rosemary, thyme, and cardamom notes. It was delicious but similar to the Crash of Rhinos drink. The third time we visited we entered through the Chocolate and Cashmere shop next door. I found it funny that the nose ring barista girl happened to be in that shop talking to the girl who worked there, but when we walked in, she quickly exited back to the coffee shop to sit with the other barista at a table in the coffee shop. The chocolate shop girl was so sweet and we even visited their location in the Plaza a day later and she was just as nice, even though that day we did not make a purchase. Overall I do recommend Crash Murder Business for their coffee drinks, but don't expect friendly service. (If you're looking for that, go to Iconik up the street!) Just because you work at a coffee shop and you have a cool haircut does not make you above others. Especially when small businesses work to please their customers and should encourage their return. Kind of a shame...but I would still go back for the coffee if I were ever in town again.
