Satisfying breakfast! I was looking for something light so I got the veggie crepe and was certainly not expecting how large the crepe would be. It was absolutely stuffed with eggs and veggies, and it came with a spicy green chile. They gave me a guatemalan cookie too which was crunchy with sesame seeds on top. The service was perfectly good.

I'm in Santa Fe pet sitting for friends. I was out running some errands before I had to start work and I needed coffee and food. I happened upon this place as it was nearby. What a charming café! I got a coffee and a smothered breakfast burrito to go. The woman working the counter gave me a cookie to try as well. Everything was absolutely delicious and the service top notch! I get down to Santa Fe often so this will definitely be a go to for me!

This was our first time to visit Sagche's. They have an intriguing menu of Guatemalan dishes, coffees and drinks. I had some Guatemalan Coffee and Pepían de Pollo. It was simple but savory dish with a complex blend of pumpkin seeds and chiles. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The prices are reasonable especially for Santa Fe . The kitchen and dining area is clean. I plan to return and check out more of the menu.

What a cute local and clean coffee shop. The servers were friendly and attentive. It appears to be a local place. We can brunch with great coffee and food with no left overs. Santa Fe quality without Santa Fe prices.

Simple, clean and comfortable atmosphere !

The food is very good, it fills the requirements of satisfying your NM Mexican food needs, but has a Cental America taste. The service was excellent and the price was very reasonable. Great sopa pillas!

Haven't eaten here in awhile but to me it is one of the best breakfast menus in Santa Fe. Highly recommend!

The employees/baristas and customers were so friendly here! I'm from San Diego and was visiting Santa Fe for a week with my family. I tried to sample many of the coffee shops in town and this one stood out for its friendly service and warm atmosphere, plus quality coffee. I ordered the horchata latte and it was delicious! However, it didn't seem very strong coffee-wise (I believe my latte had two shots of espresso?), so I had to come back like an hour later to get a second one to satisfy my caffeine needs. The breakfast/brunch options looked amazing and were reasonably priced, but during our stay we did not end up eating here...we simply ran out of time! The space is within a shared work building right off the street, walkable from where we were staying and close enough to walk to the Plaza. I enjoyed walking here on a few mornings and getting the feel of what it might be like to be a local in town, while scanning the many clothing and other types of shops along the way. Overall I'd recommend this coffee shop for friendly vibes and yummy coffee drinks...but next time I'd add an extra shot to my latte.

The café has a cool, modern vibe with plenty of indoor seating as well as a nice outdoor patio. They were very busy on a Saturday morning. The counter staff was very matter-of-fact. Not rude, but not especially warm or welcoming either. Honestly, I got the impression she was just under a lot of stress. We also asked another staff member if we could use one of the patio umbrellas (they were all closed for some reason), and he was prompt and friendly, which we appreciated. We ordered a toasted everything bagel with cream cheese, a meat-filled empanada, a honey latte, and a cold brew. The cold brew was a little too dark for my taste, though coffee preferences are definitely subjective. Interestingly, there's a place in Albuquerque that has an almost identical flavor profile. The toasted everything bagel was very good, but it didn't come with quite enough cream cheese. The single cream cheese packet also felt a bit lackluster presentation-wise. That said, when we asked for more, the response was friendly and accommodating. The honey latte had beautiful latte art and great flavor, definitely a highlight. The empanada, filled with ground beef, green chile, and piñon, was a bit over-toasted, but the filling itself was flavorful, even if somewhat sparse. Overall, I think 35 North has a lot going for it and could easily elevate the experience with a few small improvements to consistency and customer service.

We came in here on our last day visiting Santa Fe in the summer and I'm so glad we did, as it was on my list of things to try after perusing Yelp for notables. I had a scrumptious white bean-roasted red pepper-melted cheese tartine on delicious, fresh house-made bread topped with a balsamic glaze. I think it was one of the better dishes I had while in town. It was served with an array of olives on the plate. So good! They were out of the egg salad sandwich by the time we arrived, which was something a family member wanted to try, but they ordered an avocado toast instead. Also great and served with olives. The service was fast and thoughtful. Order at the counter and your food is brought to your table. We found a great shaded spot outside for the five of us with a view facing the bustling bakery inside. Many people brought their bikes or dogs (allowed outside only) and met up with friends to eat and chat. At one point a server brought out an order of bread that we did not order, but he left it with us anyway, free of charge. So glad we got to try Sage Bakehouse and I'd definitely visit several more times when in the area!

I got the Nutella crepes with banana ($14.50) and a slice of guava cake ($7). The guava cake was the stand-out item! For one thing, it was a huge slice. It barely fit in the takeout container. It was a soft cake with a slight guava flavor in the cake itself, guava jam between the layers, and whipped cream for frosting (my favorite frosting). It wasn't too sweet, and the guava flavor was pronounced, but not overpowering. It was lovely! The crepe was quite chewy, a bit odd for a crepe in my opinion, but it had the perfect amount of Nutella and a generous amount of bananas. They also gave me a small cup with coffee & pecan tres leches cake for free. I immediately ate that in the car and it was excellent! Soft, moist tres leches with a hint of coffee and crunchy pecan & chocolate chips. The lady running the shop was lovely. English is not her first language, so she asked for patience, but I found her English more than adequate and her demanor very endearing. The place itself has nice decor on the walls. I imagine it would make for cute photos with friends. Overall, I'll probably ask this shop for a cake the next time I need one and will definitely visit again.

Rob tried a Cafe de Olla, a sort of sweet, spiced coffee served with cream which he said was wonderful. I had a plain latte which was also great.
