Service has improved under new ownership. Breakfast was stone cold. Drink order was wrong. Prices were high. It was just OK.

Truly a delightful Sunday brunch - outdoors and with a jazz band. Could not have been better

I had lunch here on a weekday while visiting my good friend who lives in Santa Fe, and it was packed. We sat outside on their beautiful patio and our server was friendly, kind, and knowledgeable about the menu. I was excited to see so many gluten free items on the menu and initially had difficulty deciding what to order. I had the quiche lorraine and an iced tea. It was such a novelty for me to eat quiche and it tasted amazing. The salad they served with it was refreshing. The iced tea was a bit bitter for my taste, however, it tasted fine with a little bit of sugar. My friend got the pistachio matcha and it was also less sweet than the typical matcha, but I thought it was superior. Overall, the food, ambiance, and overall experience were top notch. I will come back here each time I visit.

Came here around noon on a Saturday afternoon. Was seated around the time of our estimated wait. I was really excited to come here because of their extensive tea selection! I ended up trying their house tea, peach hibiscus and apricot black tea. The house black tea was a standard black ice tea you could get anywhere. The hibiscus peach tea was good however I didn't get much peach flavor but I love hibiscus tea so I liked it nonetheless. The waiter was nice and let me try the apricot black tea on the house because originally I was told the peach hibiscus was a black tea. I'm really glad she let me try it because it was my favorite from the bunch, a nice black tea with a fruity flavor. For food I ended up getting the mushroom Benedict, the mushroom were cooked perfectly along with the eggs and the hollandaise sauce was mixed with mushrooms was incredible. And I liked that our food came with side salads, it was nice and refreshing! I decided to also order a dessert, I wanted to try the earl grey tiramisu but they were out so I got the pistachio lemon cake! It was good, loved all the pistachio flavor and the frosting was delicious and I also liked that the cake wasn't too sweet. I wanted to buy some loose leaf tea but by the end I was too overwhelmed but that's ok if we have time to come back before the end of the trip then I'll try to grab some tea!

My last two visits, the service has been bad. The servers aren't able to offer recommendations or discuss the menu confidently. Maybe they can't afford to taste the food they serve? Brought two friends for cocktails. Not nearly enough bread is served with the $18 burrata appetizer, so we requested more and were unreasonably charged $5 for these 3 pieces. Ridiculous. Still a fan of the food, but if they're going to keep charging this much, the plate ratios need to be checked, and the staff need to be trained. Reservations in advance recommended.

So disappointed in my first visit since third place changed hands. No art at all on the blank walls... and very "echo-y". Service was OK. Except the person who took my call before we came...I asked about a wait &she said "at the moment" there was no wait. I didn't think to ask about reservations because they had NEVER taken them in the past.... when we got there it was getting packed &several empty tables had "Reserved" signs on them. I took 3 friends. We didn't even eat the "fried chicken" on our (smaller than "normal") because it was SO over-fried it was hard and there was minimal chicken in all the breading. (They did take this of our bill.) The main reason we is because we loved the scones last time we were here -- these were so undercooked they were soggy. The only good part were the teas and the fried potato slices one of us got. I'll be back only for tea & the live music. Very sad. The end of an icon for me.

This adorable restaurant was the final meal of our recent girls trip, right on the corner of palace and canyon road. The food was delicious and the staff super attentive! We had a mishap when the server spilled coffee on 2 of our party, but it was a complete accident and they went above and beyond to remedy the situation. Even though it's a teahouse, the coffees were amazing. The chilaquiles were amazing and a big hearty portion and they have a hollandaise for the Benedicts that is like a smoked flavor- delightful!

What an absolutely lovely spot. We were welcomed in upon arrival and seated underneath a shady umbrella. We found the menu to be diverse with plenty of options for those who may be gluten- free. Service was efficient and friendly. I ordered a latte special, which was delicious. My friend enjoyed some tea. We both loved our meals. I tried the balsamic mushrooms, which i expected to have more balsamic taste, but they were really good. We really liked the poached pears with honey, walnuts, and truffle cheese as an appetizer. We'll definitely be back. It was hard not to come back over the weekend again, but we had too many places we wanted to try.

    Red chile and tomato mussels

We came here for restaurant week since we'd never been before and they had a lunch menu. It's a very cute place with some outdoor seating. We sat indoors which turned out to be a lot more spacious than I expected. The service was great and our server gave is plenty of time to review the menu and answered all our questions. The food was delicious and I can't believe I've never been here before. I had the roasted carrot and beet salad and it was quite large and could have been a meal in and of itself. My main was the red chile and tomato mussels. Imagine a hearty tomato soup with red chile, this is a pretty close description. There were large chunks of tomatoes in it and plenty of good red chile flavor to make it delicious. Rounding out the three course serving was the key lime pie which was a wonderful way to round out the meal. For my beverage I tried the Sante Fe Fog (variant on the London Fog) and the menu described that tea perfectly. All in all this was a great experience. One caveat is that we had a reservation, but there was a lot of confusion around the host stand - people seem to just show up and stand in line and no one checks you in or anything so I pretty much had to walk to the front of the line and wait around a while until someone showed up to grab the next group in line to check myself in. This could be a bit better organized.

    Avocado Toast

Super relaxing spot to spend a morning. We sat outside which gave chill backyard patio vibes. The avocado toast was solid. I ordered the Bombay chai as my drink which I also thought was solid. I got the lavender London fog to-go, and that was really really refreshing & delicious. I wish I got two lol. Service was good, but our server seemed to keep pestering to order when we weren't yet ready. The hostesses at the front were really friendly. Overall, super sweet spot in a great location if you're looking to browse down Canyon Road. Recommend!

The Santa Fe Teahouse- very upscale scene among the Art District of Santa Fe... The food is delicious and consciously made fresh. Wide variety of selections and a great outdoor patio. Protected an quiet. Ample parking. Great breakfast and lunch stop...

Outdoor dining in February, how can you beat that?! This is a tea shop and bistro with an extensive menu for food and tea. We. Passed the optional set menu for our own choices. A little short on help, but it was a beautiful day during the off season. Definitely worth a try...

    Lavender latte
    Karene C.

When in town, I enjoy coming here. They have a great dog friendly patio. Service is quick. For this last visit, I had the lavender latte. It had a smooth taste but not much lavender. The vegetable omelette with the side salad was the best. The ingredients were fresh and tasty. The breakfast burrito was good but not the stand out like the omelette.

How is the parking? I want to take my 85 year old Mom, but she uses a walker.

We were so surprised by his desire to accommodate the baby, and we accepted his generous offer, quickly finding a little corner table in the covered patio area at the back of the restaurant. Once the stroller was out of the way, I placed our orders, and we received our drinks quickly - a black hibiscus iced tea plus a creamy London Fog. Brunch followed shortly - croque Madame for me, veggie quiche for my friend, and a Nutella crepe to share. My taste of the quiche was super creamy, and the croque madame was as rich as expected.
