The service is excellent and the employees are very friendly. My one complaint still stands. They make you now buy bottles of water instead of just giving you a glass of tap water. I think that's very unfair because people who eat here sometimes have to save a little bit of money. So sometimes they don't buy drinks because drinks could add 30% or more to your bill. This is the only place I know where they won't give you a glass of tap water because they want to make money off of everything. That aside I love the food here and will obviously continue to eat here but I won't buy drinks here for that specific reason. To me it takes away from the Integrity of a restaurant that will not offer tap water but make you buy bottled water. If I buy a bottle of their tap water for a buck 50 I can go next door to perrine's and buy a whole case for four bucks.

I was surprised that a Mexican restaurant doesn't even offer beef enchiladas, and the chicken enchiladas I received were extremely spicy without any warning from the staff. The flavor wasn't good, and I couldn't finish them. When I politely explained that I didn't enjoy the meal and asked if I could order something else instead, I was told yes. However, I was still charged for both meals. If you're going to offer a replacement, it's unreasonable to charge the customer for the original meal they couldn't eat. To make matters worse, they charged $5 for chips and salsa while dining in. Most Mexican restaurants provide complimentary chips and salsa, and even if they don't, the quality certainly didn't justify the price. I was also surprised to be charged for water. I asked to speak with the manager about the situation and was told the manager was also the owner. Unfortunately, there was no attempt to resolve the issue or make things right. Between the poor food, unexpected charges, and lack of customer service, this was a very disappointing experience. I won't be returning, and I can't recommend this restaurant based on how my visit was handled.
