Ordered through Uber Eats a couple of times and every time there's something missing. We got bbq for the whole family and zero bbq sauce. They offer us a $2 refund and we had to eat dry bbq. They also never gave us our dessert so I had to try and work with uber support to get a refund on the dessert. If they cannot check the orders before they go out for delivery then maybe they should not do delivery. Definitely will not be ordering from here again. read more

The Burnt End and Pulled Pork Sandwich was very good and the Barnyard Bournon Pork Sandwich was as well! Great flavor for sure! The sides were upgraded to Onion Rings and Loaded Tots....the Tots definitely should have been warmer as the cheese wasn't even melting, there was a good amount of bacon and sources though. The Onion Rings were very intriguing, the batter reminded us of a chicken nugget type of coating. It wasn't bad, but perhaps applied a bit too thick. Colts is fast becoming a family favorite. However tonight was a little disappointing. Although the flavors are great the size of my chicken dinner was really small. I commented to our server Raven that it looked more like a pigeon! She asked if I wanted more food but I declined. I just get worried bc I've seen another famous BBQ restaurant go down that route and it was not good. Hope this was just a fluke. Of course I'll be back for another try. The food was absolutely delicious perfectly cooked wonderful, flavorful. Every part of it was good. The cornbread and coleslaw was delicious. The fried okra was delicious. We had the ribs that were smoked beautifully, tender sliding off the bone, cooked to perfection. We ordered a top sirloin steak that was cooked to medium rare perfection smoked absolutely delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant. Although we did not eat in the restaurant we had it delivered to our house on Memorial Day. So glad we did!! Huge thumbs Up !! read more

I had a really disappointing experience with Tonii. The service was incredibly slow from start to finish, and the overall process felt very inefficient. It took much longer than it should have, and there was very little communication or urgency in resolving anything. I expected a much smoother experience, but instead I was left waiting and frustrated. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this server based on the level of service I received. I hope they improve their response times and organization because, as it stands, it was not a good experience. The cherry on top was my card was charged for the wrong check!!!!! read more

This is my second visit to Colt's Pig stand and it was just as awesome as the first time. I ordered the smoked prime rib, which was cooked to perfection. It came with two sides, au jus gravy and creamy horseradish. My husband had the Barnyard Bourbon Pork on garlic toast with fries. The kids had cheese burgers, fries and drink from the kids menu. I also ordered the house made peach sangria, which was full of fresh fruit and very tasty. Everything was delicious! All of the staff from the hostess, food runner and our server were so friendly and welcoming. Our server was Ravyn and she couldn't have been nicer. She was efficient and checked on us several times. There is a full bar and outdoor seating. The ambiance was just right and decorated in true American fashion. Colt's Pig Stand is our new favorite BBQ restaurant in central Florida. We had 2 dinners w sides. Sliced beef brisket Spare ribs Sausage pulled pork Least favorite was chicken quarter.. Breast Was kinda dry. Sides . Potato salad was delicious Corn on the cob was buttery . BBQ Baked Beans Collard Greens were ok Corn Caserole had more of a dessert taste. Corn bread was moist and yummy. The Mustard BBQ Sauce was something I've heard of the I've wanted to try for the longest time. I was not dissapointed! Will be back next time to try my faves again and try new items and I was really eyeing that carrot cake in the conveyor case I saw at the entrance!. Trinity was our server and she was great! From the moment we pulled up in the parking lot and could smell the food.....I knew we were gonna love this place. We were greeted by the sweetest girl. They seated us right away. Our food was absolutely spectacular. Our service was spectacular. Ravyn was our waitress and our bartender and she made one heck of a margarita and was spot on with service we absolutely loved her. I have never in my life had Texas toast that was as delicious as this everything about our dinner was absolutely spectacular. I would recommend this place highly to everyone. It is absolutely delicious and the Brunswick soup/stew oh my Lord it was just phenomenal. My baked potato was perfection.....and honestly, I can't remember if we did the ribeye or the prime rib. When I first came here last year I really didn't like anything, the Mac and cheese and cornbread were dry, meat was meh, I don't know who y'all brought into that kitchen who turned everything around. We've ordered twice this month already, the meat is delicious, Mac is creamy, cornbread is moist, and the bbq beans are FIRE. So glad you guys fixed the food it's definitely our go to now. read more

We just ate here after spending the day visiting family in the area and wanting something before our daughter fell asleep on our hour and a half drive home, and this restaurant is delicious! Forgot to take photos because our toddler was overtired and keeping us busy, but we ordered the ribs, sirloin steak, and sides, and there wasn't a bad bite to have. The only thing I would recommend is a gravy for the mashed potatoes. Our server, Lexi, was sweet, attentive, and quick. The inside of the restaurant is beautiful, clean, and had fabulous woodwork everywhere, and even the restrooms were clean and beautiful. Would definitely eat here again if in the area. read more

My kids and I are on vacation in New Smyrna Beach and we decided to stop here because who doesn't want BBQ?! It was really nice inside and I liked the decor. We started with an order of fried pickles and they came out hot and delicious! My son had pulled pork, my daughter had the burnt end sandwich, and I had brisket. It was all so delicious and we left feeling full as ever. Our server was very nice but she didn't come around very often. Other than that it was perfect though! They no longer have St Louis Ribs!???? I had gone here multiple times this past year to enjoy what I thought were the best ribs I'd had anywhere ever. I ordered the full rack of St Louis style ribs each time and I ate my fill there and brought home the excess to enjoy as snacks or lunch. It was a sizeable portion that spanned the plate it was served on. I went yesterday 2/22/2025 and was perplexed as I could only find baby back ribs on the menu. I asked the server where they were and he said the menu had changed around valentines day and St Louis ribs were dropped. How can a BBQ place called "Pig Stand" not carry what I think is the most popular cut of ribs?? I ordered baby back and it ends up now being a platter with sides even though described as a 'rack'. It's not a full rack. It was about 1/3 the size of what I was accustomed to with St Louis rack I'd previously gotten. The price of the St Louis racks was just under 30.00 and this was around 23.00 so it was 7.00 less and included 2 sides. But it was not what I wanted and I do not think I will return now, I will have to seek out another place that serves St Louis full racks, until I hear they are back, if so. Management-listen: You are losing business!!!! While I was there I heard our server explain to two others they no longer had St Louis Ribs. So it's not that they aren't popular. My guess is it simplifies inventory, and due to the size of the downsized portion compared to St Louis Rack that was at a higher price, it must offer a higher profit margin for them. But there is no profit if your customers go elsewhere to get this BBQ Staple! PLEASE bring them back-talk to your servers and see which customers asked about St Louis and follow up with them to see their opinion on what they ordered and ate before they leave-you have an opportunity to save those customers like me who will now just have to go elsewhere! Your previous ribs were superb-thick, meaty and at 29.99 was a good value that yielded take home portion after the meal-so I went and would go frequently. Your sauce is also the boss-one of the best I've had. I am disappointed I can no longer get them. The corn pudding and collards I had with it were excellent. Your food is good/great. But you are missing a key thing many of us go there for-PLEASE BRING THEM BACK!!! Others should post if they feel similarly. Hoping you re evaluate and offer them. read more

Our first visit to this Colt's location and found the remodel from the former Steakhouse impressive, especially the lighting - I was hoping to visit this restaurant sooner but the word on the street was they were still trying to dial everything in so I decided to let them work things out before coming in. We walked in a little before 6:00 PM and were able to get seated immediately, our server Shay greeted us shortly after we were seated and after grabbing our drinks gave us a few more minutes to make our selections, we have frequently visited the Ormond Beach location and have always received great service and exceptional food, the table service only option here is a little different than their other location I kind of liked the counter service and self-serve drink fountain in Ormond and I feel it also takes the pressure off the servers to meet and greet, grab the drink order and then take the food order and communicate to the kitchen although I see the orders here are electronically transferred, it just seems there are a few extra steps that aren't really needed at a bbq restaurant. I thought the service was good and definitely not over-attentive but Shay checked on us a few times and always offered to refill our drinks and asked how things were and if we needed anything and if we were planning to have dessert. The restaurant was really clean and organized the lighting really gave you that open-air feeling which was nice I love being able to see the food I'm eating lol. The food - no complaints, nice portions and very reasonable prices it's nice to see you can have a nice meal here without breaking the bank. The food came out quickly and was to temperature. The sliced smoked Turkey was good, maybe a little on the dryer side but by no means a deal breaker, the smoked wings (I ordered without sauce) were really flavorful and cooked perfect I'm definitely a fan of these. The sides were also good - the collards were tender, the baked beans were delicious as well, great slaw and the fried okra was breaded well and served hot and crispy. It's great to have a new bbq restaurant in NSB and Colt's have been doing it right at their original location for many years, it good to know their expansions plans haven't changed their core values and they haven't sacrificed the quality of the food and the exceptional service - I definitely plan to return to this location which saves me quite the drive especially since I now know I can get the same experience I always received at the original location... read more

I'm from Texas and we know our BBQ and it's very rare for a Texan to compliment another states BBQ, damn it was good. Everyone loved their meal. Liked the option for sauces on the table. I mixed the sweet and hot for my super tender brisket on my sandwich. The friends also like the mustard bbq sauce and tried different ones on their ribs. Great service and excellent food. Why the heck are people charging so much money for food I limit my going out when I say I wanna go out. It's almost like I don't wanna eat at all. I don't make the money to accommodate their prices.
