They have a desert that rotates daily and when I was there it was a chocolate banana pie which was excellent. Then I also ordered a large fries to share with my wife and her friend and that bag was stuffed to the top with fries. They were amazing fries and I saw the peeling and cutting them in house. The ambiance was very much a beach vibe. It was a cute place that you could go to in your swim suits and no one would notice. I would definitely check out Paco subs again next time I'm in NSB

The seafood was fresh and perfectly cooked, the Clayton was loaded and full of flavor, and the Paco burger was easily one of the best burgers I've had in a long time. You can tell they care about the quality of what they're serving. What really stood out though was the owner. He took the time to talk with us, was incredibly kind, and even gave my kids some free stickers which made their day. That kind of genuine hospitality sticks with you. Great food, great people, and a place that clearly takes pride in what they do. We'll absolutely be back next time we're in town.

Yeah. Anyway, we ordered. Hubby opted for the meat (pulled pork) with a salad bar, and I opted for the St Louis ribs dinner plate with mac n cheese, coleslaw and corn bread. I also got a serving of the corn fritters which I always like to try at BBQ places. So the ribs were tender. They had a nice flavor and seasoning. You have a choice of several BBQ sauces. I liked the sweet and sweet mustard sauces. The mild was ok, and I'm not a hot fan so I can't comment on those. Hubby said his pulled pork was good, nothing special. The corn fritters were great; crispy on the outside and creamy goodness on the inside. But other than that, the coleslaw was very bland just chopped cabbage really without much else. The mac n cheese was plain. The corn bread was like standard corn bread and not memorable. Hubby thought the salad bar was "average." I'm not going to say we won't go back, but I think we'll be trying other BBQ venues first. For the price and what you get, the value just wasn't there. Service was quick, and the waitress was very patient in explaining the menu. So that was a plus.
