We stopped in here during peak brunch hours on a sunny summer weekend in August. It was surprisingly not overcrowded and we were sat immediately. It's a unique building with what I would describe as a green house area to sit in. Fun quirky decor, the ambiance was 10/10. Easy residential street parking. We ordered a few mimosas, the Bacon Pancakes, Eggs Benedict, and Hashbrowns. Everything was cooked well - a nice runny egg, crispy but thick Hashbrowns, and fluffy pancakes! Eggs Benedict had great flavoring in the hollandaise sauce, with a very slight spicy tanginess. Both crepes were delicious and filling. The chilaquiles verdes were slightly spicy too. If you wanted them spicier they had hot sauce available at the table. The waitress was very welcoming and quick to seat us; however, they didn't come back to refill our waters and when one of us asked for decaf they didn't come back with the decaf coffee. It took a while to get our check too. Would still come back though, maybe it was just a hiccup today. They have a cool enclosed patio area that they open the large windows in the summer time so you get shade but still get to enjoy the breeze and sunlight outside. Love this place! The food & service are always great. A couple of friends are such fans of the poblano crepes that they'll come in from other parts of the metro just for that. We went in last Saturday as a party of seven, including two kids, and we were seated right away (thank goodness). We've eaten here a couple of times. Service is always very friendly and consistently is much better. We thought we ordered the breakfast enchiladas but instead got the Chilaquiles instead. It was similar and very good so no complaints. The French toast was fine. I would have rather had two slices and maybe a couple pieces of fruit or a few breakfast potatoes instead of three slices but that was my bad for not reading the menu better. We will definitely go back because we live close and at 9am on a Saturday, we had no problem getting a seat. read more

Love the food and atmosphere in the atrium. I went by myself last week and knew my kids would like it, so we went this morning. The pancakes and crepes are very good, coffee is ok. Today I had chilaquiles verdes with over medium eggs and loved it. My son had the enchiladas rojas and liked it. Service is good. The music is great. We were dancing all through breakfast. Most of the egg dishes come with choice of 3 pancakes or toast, etc. I recommend the pancakes. read more

The food was delicious but I ordered corned beef & eggs; they served me chicken enchilada; I didn't see a drink menu altho' the sign outside said "now serving beer"; the poblano chili crepe was really good but the crepe was a little too sweet for a savory crepe to my liking. Had to ask for more water; very uninspired ambiance. Plastic flowers on plain tablets...Patio is enclosed & looks nice for warner weather. After our SECOND walk to your restaurant to find you closed, in SPITE of the hours posted, I finally looked at Google. Surprise!!! You closed at 2. Food is always good and staff is always friendly. Parking is relatively easy to find. Their crepes are excellent and portions are more than adequate. It's quiet enough that you can visit with your table mates without shouting. read more

We tried this neighborhood place for the first time today and really, really liked it. Large portions, great food, lots of choices, good atmosphere (we sat on the enclosed patio on a beautiful morning), and exceptionally nice and attentive staff. We only have one complaint. Unfortunately, it's one that might prevent us from returning if it continues to be an issue. Our waitress was excellent - friendly, prompt and helpful. However, she was wearing so much perfume that it actually made the experience unpleasant. I like perfume and am not typically bothered by it, but it was so overwhelming and all-encompassing that it affected the taste of the food if she even came within 15 feet of us. And we were on a patio with the large windows open. I can't imagine how suffocating it would be in the main part of the restaurant. If they can get that issue addressed, this will be a place we will go to over and over as it's just down the street from our house. It seems passive aggressive to Yelp about it rather than mentioning it in the moment, but it seemed mean to say it at a time she couldn't do anything about it. I'm hopeful that she scales back some in the future. I told my husband we need to get the word out on this place so the neighborhood knows what a gem we have n our area! read more

Ok first of all plenty of room for improvement but the overall concept is good This has been a needed business in this area so I hope they can even things out. We were there on a Sunday about 10am. No reservations we were seated immediately. We were greeted at the door (so important!) by a tall Latino lady that seems to be in charge out on the floor The menu is large American and Mexican breakfast. I ordered a ham and cheese omelette with toast. My wife ordered scrambled egg chicken enchiladas with refried beans My breakfast was good. A little odd in presentation but the eggs were done perfectly My wife's breakfast lacked any seasoning. You don't expect it hot or over spiced but they need to lean in with the flavor profile especially since that breakfast was recommended by our server! Overall ok. But we were disappointed. It's a large space good for kids but expensive. We will try the pancakes next time since that is in there name. But there is plenty of room for improvement Don't be in a hurry, we waited 20 minutes for our check Two breakfast we both drank water the bill was over $30 read more

Huevos rancheros? Ok, so I went to Fusion Pancake House and ordered Huevos, but in my defense the waitress recommended the Mexican breakfast options. This is perhaps the most tasteless, overpriced pile of glop that I have seen in a long time let alone attempted to eat. Three bites in and I'm done. Atmosphere was great and really clean but food real disappointing. Server asked how the food was and I shared that my selection was really bad. She smiled and nothing. I hope others have a more positive experience than mine. read more

We have been at this location for previous restaurants so we're excited to see what the new owners have provided. Service was good - our food came quickly and staff were friendly. We sat on their covered patio which was very pleasant. The inside also seemed clean and updated. They have a large menu- we were there for brunch and were both happy with our meals. They offer gluten free pancakes - another plus. It's also great that they serve dinner till 9. It is harder to find family restaurants that are open for dinner in the area. Correction, My review (thru Google) is still accurate, but says I reside in San Francisco, CA! Don't know how that came up! I've never lived there and actually live just several blocks away from this restaurant on the Blue line light rail! Julie read more

Giving one star to account for the fact that we had a good server and the food was pretty quick. Outside of that...I don't have many nice things to say. The food and cleanliness were really lacking. We came for breakfast and had pancakes, eggs, and hash browns. Everything tastes like it had come from the freezer and been reheated with a lot of artificial butter. Our coffee had grounds in it and the syrup jar had some gunk on the inside. Overall, not a place I would come back to. read more
