I ordered delivery and it was great! My only caution is the lid was not securely on the sauce so it spilled everywhere when I took it out. Otherwise my build your own poke bowl was delicious with lots of fresh flavors. The vegetarian gyoza were ok but I was expecting more of the soft pan fried "shell". Ramen: It is exciting to finally have a good ramen place in MKE! I had tonkotsu ramen. The broth and noodle were delicious (finally comparable to Chicago and other big cities ramen joint). There is some room of improvement, especially for the pork. It was not tender enough and a bit chewy. Poke: My partner tried classic ahi poke. For him, some of the poke bowl ingredients (i.e.seaweeds, cucumber) created overpowering flavors when mixed together as a dish. Another suggestion, the bowl size is too small, which make mixing poke a bit of a challenge. We also received free smoothies as part of the opening promotion. I chose avocado smoothie, which is good but I'm used to Vietnamese style avocado smoothie with condensed milk. It is good, but not as sweet as the typical avocado smoothie. My partner got mango smoothie and it was delicious! We are exciting to try again. read more

Wings are amazing hidden item on the menu! Wings are crispy and you can tell they're marinated for some time before they actually fry them. They have a variety of flavors to choose from. I personally love the premium bbq and the sweet n spicy. Very unique flavor not like your ordinary chicken wings. Had that lovely crunch Korean chicken typically has and remain that way past the time it took me to drive back home. Not a bad price and the wait was light 5 minutes. I tried the spicy miso ramen, the broth was pretty good, quite spicy! Next time I might ask them to make it a little less spicy. The toppings were all pretty good except the pork, normally in ramen you get thick slices of pork belly but it was super thin sliced, not that great. I know this place is called Fusion Poke but it is the place to go in Milwaukee for ramen. Easily the best in town, much better than Red Light Ramen, etc. Those places are fine, this place is GOOD and keeps us coming back for more. The fact they have other things like poke bowls, real fruit smoothies (also hard to find elsewhere), rolled ice cream, etc is just a bonus. They have the best strawberry milk tea and great tapioca pearls! This is the only place in Milwaukee that I get my boba from! When I walk in, a lady who's there every time I go will greet me and automatically knows my order which is really nice and makes me feel like a valued customer. They have amazing poke bowls. The ingredients taste very fresh and there are tons of options. Their vegetarian spring rolls are also really really good. Another thing that I enjoy is their creamy vegetarian ramen. They have a lot of options and if you don't want one of the signature items they have, there are lots of options to have customized dishes which I think is great. We ordered pickup using the Yelp app and that process went very smoothly. I wish I could rate the poke and ramen separately as I really liked the poke! It was delicious and flavorful. I just recently moved to Milwaukee on my own and due to my job, am not able to go home for the holidays. Every year, on Christmas, my family would go to a poke place to eat...it was kind of like our tradition, and although I was on my own this year, I found myself still craving it. I decided to try Fusion Poke, and it was AMAZING!!! The tonkotsu ramen has strong flavor and they have a combination hot oil that they offer to make it spicy. The pork is a little lackluster in that it is not the usual melt in your mouth pork, but still very good. Each individual component was very good and together made a solid bowl of ramen. I wouldn't call it the best I've ever had, but definitely scratches the ramen itch. It is crazy the number of Poke restaurants that have opened in Milwaukee recently - we have tried them all. Fusion is the newest and the best of the bunch. First it has the best value - you get a lot more fish per serving and it is cut in larger cubes and is extremely fresh. Second the variety is superior - Fusion offers Ramen too as well as Smoothies and rolled ice cream - the rolled ice cream is freshly made in front of you and is an experience. Sadly, however, plus-boba tea can't save it from forgettable rolled ice cream, and merely acceptable poke. The service was great and the space was clean, but the poke left me unimpressed. I did the "build your own bowl" with tuna and octopus and one of them smelled overly fishy. Everything was packed really tight and there was no way to mix. I wish there would've been more flavor to the bowl. All in all, it wasn't a bad experience (free smoothies!) and I'll be back to try the rest of their menu items. Fresh Fin will remain my poke go to for now. read more
