Although I really wanted to check this place out, I never ended up getting a repair done here because of lack of communication. At first, I got a quick response and the technician was asking me questions about my issue. I quickly responded and we communicated back and forth a few times. So i was very desperate when my old toshiba laptop suddenly won't wake up from the hibernation. it was 8pm at night, and i was calling bunch of repair center and here i was. Tony answered my phone and called me to bring it over. With big hope, i went over with my old toshiba and he checked it out immediately. Best customer service ever. After getting my iPhone 6 Plus' screen fixed my fingerprint Id stopped working as soon as I got home. Disappointed, I contacted fusion tech for another look. Although they were unable to fix it at the time the two employees were polite and easy to talk too. They could have just brushed it off and said I had a defective phone, or I broke it some how. Instead they gave me their honest opinion with options on what I can do to fix my phone. Unfortunately my phone was unable to be fixed at the moment. I even contemplated going to apple and complaining that I received a defective phone in hopes that they would replace it if I caused a scene.
