We found Fusion online when we were searching for a source for a large sliding glass patio door. We met Harry on a Saturday morning and hit it off immediately. He showed us some options, answered our questions, and prepared several different quotes. He was extremely good-natured and helpful, and did not go off or pressure us in any way, for which I'm grateful, because I hate it when people try to pressure you into a decision. Typically I walk away... but I digress. We selected a set of large sliding glass patio doors from Fleetwood. Harry took care of the order, and he worked with us and our general contractor to make sure the opening was prepared properly, and he and a crew came and installed the whole system on time and as promised. Our GC thought the price was very good, and everything has worked our fine so far. It did take 12 weeks to get it installed, but that was the manufacturer's standard delivery time, and this particular window was worth the wait. read more

They manufacture so you cut out the middle and get awesome price. Scheduled an appointment with one of their reps and she was a no show. No call, no email that they could not make it. would not recommend them to anyone base on lack of respect for people's time. Also - based on previous reviews seems this is an ongoing occurrence. We were very pleased with the price and professionalism. The doors with the sidelights are a complete gamechanger for our master bedroom. So happy with my doors! I've been shopping to replace my sliding doors with the cooler, modern accordion doors so I can have an indoor/outdoor space from my patio and dining area. I got quotes all over the place but Ralph at Fusion doors was able to get me a reasonable price with installation. Other places weren't able to do the whole thing. Ralph came out to double check my door measurements and then we were set for the installation. He kept in constant contact with me to let me know when my ordered door would be available for installation. As soon as he got them in, he called me to set up a mutually convenient time for the installation. I had to have one crew do the demo to remove the old door and prep the stucco for the new door and then another crew came in to install the door. Both were very nice, professional and pretty fast. One hang up with my installation was that the door opening was uneven because my floor was slanted ever so slightly. The installers quickly worked out a fix and were able to get it done in one day. Another crew came in a few days later to finish up the exterior stucco and interior patch up/paint. They even fixed the issue with the slanted floor. The doors are beautiful and I can't wait to have a summer party in my new space. PS so I got my doors installed about a month ago and just started to have a problem with locking the door. So being the perfectionist I am, I just emailed Ralph at 10:00 pm just to communicate the issue. I didn't expect a quick response! We just had Fusion Windows install our new windows and they absolutely lived up to all the positive reviews I read here. Believe the hype! Sevan was awesome - not pushy and incredibly patient. We started looking at options for our project months before we were ready to proceed, and he never rushed us. He was even patient with us as we changed our minds on what we wanted multiple times. On top of that, we felt like he really listened to what we were looking for and our budget. He presented us with bids on a couple different options and we went to the store to see them in person. Prices were good but follow through terrible! It's been a year and they still have not finished the job! I am missing screens for windows I bought here and a lock/ handle for the glass door I bought from them. So can't properly use the door. They have still not installed the window handles and the built in shades that I ordered for the windows. I have called and texted multiple times and either there is no response or they tell me they will call me back soon. Soon has been a year!!!! Fusion Windows today finished installing our Milgard Trinsic Vinyl double pane windows and sliding doors with very heavy 1/4 inch thick glasses in our recently acquired condo in Glendale, CA. The installation of 8 windows and doors was done according to schedule and on time. Arthur the main installer was courteous and careful and very knowledgeable and did an amazing job with the installation. He perfectly leveled all doors and screens and made sure that they close easily. After the job was done, I could close the sliding doors with one finger. All windows and sliding door frames were properly sealed with caulking for soundproofing. After installing window moldings, Arthur did a professional job installing the moldings around the sliding doors that made my living room aesthetically more appealing. After they finished their job, Arthur and Edward cleaned the living room and made sure not to leave any dust behind. Arthur's installation workmanship and friendly manners could not have been any better and he made sure I was satisfied with everything before he left. He obviously went above and beyond to please me. I would give Arthur 5 STARS for his professionalism and the superb job he did in my condo. One of the door started to leak and water dripped inside the property on August 20 2023. I called and emailed Fusion Windows on August 21 2023 and made follow up calls. This company is very professional and thorough! The communication and dates were exact and the workmanship is superior. We needed a new sliding glass door for a balcony and they are finishing the final stages now. Not only did they remove and replace with new door but they re-applied new stucco and put a wood siding around the interior and will paint. Very pleased. It does take time to order the exact parts, but that has to do with the manufacturer, not this company.
