I was poorly greated, pointed in a gemeral dirwction and told to wait by Ryan the service rep. 20 minutes passed and no one came to speak to me about what service I would need and what they would be doing, or if I needed a ride. Finally Iasked a differnt service rep qbout my vehicle and stated my displeasure with the lack of customer service. He denied that Ryan could do such a thing but was going to help me. Sales staff friendly and not pushy. But the service department is not really service. No courtesy car, not really friendly. Buying a car or truck here is great for prices. But unfortunately after you buy, you gotta get your regular service, and that's the downside. Most other dealerships have courtesy cars while you have your car/truck serviced. Incredibly unprofessional staff. I spoke to "Oscar" and made an appointment for my car to have the airbag recall executed, trunk fixed and a software update on my GPS/computer system. When I came in they told me I was only scheduled for an oil change and that they cannot do anything else because they were too busy. I recommend finding another ford in the area to do business with. Bought a used uncertified Lincoln with every warranty they had to offer. About a month after buying it the back window tinting is bubbling. Went in to find out none of the warranties cover it. I ordered a part for my F450 three weeks ago; they told me it was on back order and to check back first part of November. I called today to find they never ordered it. When I questioned the counter guy what happened, he pushed it off on the guy who took the order in the first place; when I pressed further, he hung up on me. The service center lobby is amazing, free pastries, bagels, coffee a gaming center and television. They also offer a shuttle home if you didn't want to wait in the lobby. If I could give this place MINUS stars I would!!!! Service dept is a FRIGGING joke!!! Took my vehicle in for a cylinder miss which was causing check engine light to come on. Told the service person that the plug in cylinder 1 needed to be pulled to see what the problem is as that one is what the diog machine said is missing. An HOUR later, service person comes and tells me, diog machine says it's cylinder 1 and they'll need to pull the plug to see what the problem is. REALLY???? REALLY???!!! That's what I said an HOUR AGO!!!! It's been an hour and they haven't even PULLED THE PLUG??!!! WHAT THE HECK!!!! WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE DEPT TO ANYBODY!!! Service department is worse than i could imagine.. wont answer or return phone calls, 1 hr repair took over a week.. twice have gotten car back and had it leave us stranded less than a week later. Another buddy has had similar issues with them and is going through lemon law buyback... dont know if they can even fix a sandwich correctly. read more

Terrible service! I came in with an ignition problem. I had to come back here 3 more times for them to fix it. In the meantime they had me replace the battery and a bunch of other parts that were working fine, always promising that the next replacement would fix the problem. Finally, I bought an ignition starter kit myself at AutoZone and forced them to install it for free. This immediately fixed all the problems. You would think that a Ford dealership would be able to figure out that an ignition problem on a Ford vehicle might require a new ignition. Why is it that I know nothing about cars, but I still seem to know more about them than this dealership? My feeling is that they just try to rip you off every possible way they can. For my ignition problem if I let them do this then they probably would have replaced everything else on the car before touching the ignition. I will never go back there and you shouldn't either. read more

Im only rating the service part of Future Ford. I have my oil changed here every 7,500 miles. They are usually on time with appts and pretty quick too. This place says they want to satisfy the customer. I bought a car in may 2016 and it's been in the shop every week since then. The problems aren't getting fixed ands they will not trade the car for another one unless we put more down me. I have it in the shop right now and I called on it yesterday to see the status and they told me I have to get a new battery so they can finish fixing the job they started. Mind you we already had the battery checked and it was a great battery. So now they want to charge us 140 for a battery or my car can't work properly. This has been the worst 4 months with Ford and I totally suggest no one gets a car from them. Think about your family before you go in there. On Labor Day i went to Future Ford not really expecting to leave that day with a new car. I am happy to say that from the second i drove on to the property to the second i left i was overwhelmed by a friendly, helpful and professional staff. Eddie was my car salesman, he assisted me in choosing the right vehicle to go with my credit allowance; he chose an awesome Chevy Trailblazer for me to tote my granddaughters around in. Eric; Eddies boss; was very, very helpful in working with me to re-establish credit and in assisting me with decisions and purchasing my new suv. I took my 2014 GMC ACADIA in for an oil change. I was told it would be a couple of hours because I had no appointment and they were clearly busy. I was in no hurry so I left it there. It was done in an hour and a half and before I got it back they even washed it. The tires were rotated and all belts and fluids were inspected. I purchased my vehicle from Kitahara GMC but have had such horrendous service from them thus far that I chose to take it to Ford for this oil change. My next vehicle will be purchased from these guys. Very easy to deal with. Very courteous and professional. read more
