They are extremely professional and take pride at what they do! I did a drop in on a Saturday afternoon. They were busy and did not promise they would be able to get to my car. I left there anyway. 2 hours later, I came back while they were working on my car. There was not enough light and they had to use the flash light from cell phone to check every little spot for streaks or imperfections. They even offered me for free clean if I found dirty spots. You can tell they really wanted to make sure they cleaned extremely throughly before you drive off. They have the best attitude and service I have ever seen. I had always heard of Future Wash from Tesla owner groups and I am showcasing my car at a Go EV event and wanted to make sure my car was clean. I made an appointment online which was super easy and gave reminders. I came right on time and Kolby or Colby (sorry wasn't sure with a C or a K) greeted me with a smile and was like "let's do it!". My car is wrapped mattte which collects a lot of dust yet have to clean carefully to not tear or ruin the wrap. He noticed the wrap right away and I was confident he knew what he was doing. I'm a very picky person when it comes to taking care of my vehicle. Colby and the team did an A+ job with the detail and left no swirl marks (my pet peeve). Furthermore, even though it was extremely busy, Colby took time to do a full walk around making sure I was satisfied, wiping any blemish found (which was only 1 small imperfection that only he noticed). He even gave me some new tips on how to take care of the vehicle in between details. It's the kind of local experience you want! Future Wash is excellent. I spent around $100 for the interior, exterior, and the add-on for pet hair removal. Considering how much my dog sheds and how hard it is for me to clean it on my own, I feel this is money well spent. They truly do a great job -- you wouldn't even know there had been a dog in there at all after they cleaned it. Exterior was very well-washed as well, and overall they were very fast. Typically, I don't write reviews, but this time I'm frustrated enough at the crappy wash I got that I am leaving one. I normally take my car to Dynamic Detail to get my car washed (they did my ceramic coating and are excellent) but they were booked until October. My car had been covered in hard water spots from a sprinkler the previous day and I wanted to have it washed while I was at work. They referred me to Future Wash as a waterless wash alternative. Looking at the reviews, this company sounded great. Even better, I called them up and one of the owners (Jimmy, I think) was super accommodating and was able to get me scheduled the same day. I drove to Santana row and they were operating on the first floor of the parking garage. When I arrived they were ready for me and in roughly one hour I had my car back. Great service so far. First thing I noticed when I got my car back was they couldn't get the hard water spots out. OK, no problem, I have my own bottle of 50/50 vinegar/distilled water solution and I can do it myself, but I hoped Future wash had this capability. Second, I could tell the car was completely scratched from the wash. Even on the first floor, where lighting wasn't great, you could see the scratches. In the sun it's exceptionally bad, especially on my rear quarter panels, where you can tell a circular motion was applied to the paint. This was a real buzzkill, as I can't fix scratches without additional paint correction. All in all, the customer service was great, but the wash technique was terrible. The person who washed my car did not know proper technique for waterless wash (or wash in general) and left micro swirls and scratches everywhere, ruining the paint. If you're someone who is worried about micro scratches be wary of this place. Make sure you have the person washing your car show you their technique on a small portion of your car first before letting them clean the rest of you car. I definitely should have done this first. read more

I heard of this car wash from a friend and decided to try it out during a visit to Santana Row. Do not get my car washed all that often, but its location was very convenient being that I could have my car washed while having lunch. The young man who washed my car's name was Jimmy, and he was awesome! Very polite and did SUCH an awesome job on my car. I swear, it was like driving in a whole new world afterward, haha! I don't really know how they wash the cars without water, but whatever they do, it WORKS! Both the outside and inside of my car were so clean. The price was very reasonable as well, and I did not worry about leaving my car with Jimmy whatsoever. It was very clear that Future Wash takes their task seriously. I will absolutely utilize this service whenever I find myself with a dirty vehicle at Santana Row! I may even go out of my way to come back here, now that I have found it. Need a good car wash for a super reasonable price? You found it. So I'm a car guy, and I never run my car through a machine. I always wash my car myself. If I need to, I'd only take it to get washed if it's a retailer who I know I can trust. With that in mind, I unfortunately drove through a huge mob of bugs which left my car disgusting and I wouldn't have time to wash it myself. I was going to Santana Row and happened to see a sign for their services and took a risk. The owner was really nice, detailed, and introduced himself. For less than $30 I got a clean car, felt secure having people watch my car, and I could go shopping/eat all together! What a great experience! Being nitpicky, I personally still prefer washes using water, but the modern chemical washes do a great job and you really can't beat the convenience of this experience. read more

Amazing service! My husband and I drove through the Dumbarton bridge and ran through a swarm of bugs. Because our car is lowered and white, it looked terrible and we were in desperate need of a car wash! We were heading towards Santana Row and surprisingly saw a car wash sign at the entrance! We made our way to the 5h floor and found the car wash area. We were greeted with smiles and lots of energy! The vibes were great! They were honest with their pricing and did a walk around the car before recommending the package that would suit our car best because of all the dead bugs and it's a waterless wash. Because we were coming back after 5pm - closing time, we were able to pay in advance and keep our keys. The owner mentioned that if anything was wrong with the car or if we're unhappy, we can just message him any time! On our way back to our car around 6pm, we saw the owner leave and we said our goodbyes. The car was in great condition and looked beautiful again! Future Wash, "revolutionary car wash", totally 5 star reviews and just 5 minutes drive from home. I've scheduled an appointment online and drove to Santana Row. Ordered "Everything" option, which means both interior and exterior cleaning. Cleaning man said it'll take about 1.5 hours to do everything. When I was back, my car was sparkling. I paid for what I've ordered (Cleaning Everything ~$39 + tips in cash) and left. Big surprise, when I started to check my car's interior back home! Guys, I'm not trying to say that the car which I brought to you was new and clean. That's exactly why I used your service! I wanted to have my car clean! But there was no even slight hint of cleaning inside. The floor, the side panels, the trunk looked exactly the same, i.e. covered with same old dust and dirt. It wasn't my plan to drive in a dirty car next week, so I took my good old vacuum cleaner and rushed to work. Attached below are the photos of the interior 1) after the Future Wash Everything "cleaning" and + my vacuum cleaning (mats are still dirty, I'll have to wash them later); 2) my portable vacuum cleaner's filter right after I finished my 20-minute cleaning (the filter was brand new); 3) a cap from baby food container, left in the floor. Booked a slot online. My car hadn't been properly washed in six months. The guys were super friendly and informative, they explained the process and what sort of things they won't be able to remove. Like that they're environment friendly being waterless, and using bio-sourced and not harsh chemical based cleaners. Recently purchased a White tesla model 3 and after reading a lot of reviews about car washes for tesla. The recommendation was that I take it to a hand wash more than the big machine washes you find at gas station or other places. I live in an apartment therefore, washing it on property was not going to be an option. I came across future wash on a tesla forum and since it was nearby where I live. I decided to give it a shot with the great reviews they had. Apparently, they don't use a lot of water in their washes which of course conserve and saves the environment which was a plus. Booking an appointment online was super easy, you just pick the date and the times I think it's in 30 minute increments. Once you confirm times/day and what package you want, you get an email confirmation. I also got a text 2 days before and the day of my appointment just to make sure which I appreciated that communication. The location is the parking lot right next to best buy on Santana Row, super easy to find on the first floor. There are signs to direct you once you turn in. It's near the valet area. I was the first person there in the Morning at 9:00am and was quickly check-in, parked my car and handled my Key card(Keys) to the associate and they told me they will text me once they were done. Within less than 30 minutes I gotten a text ,came back and made my payment in person. They handed back my key card and I was off. I only did the exterior option which does only take around 30 minutes since I just recently purchased the car. I will look into the both the exterior and interior package next time. Overall the staff was awesome, super nice. Great job Team!.. The only miss I would have to say is that I drove the car back out in the sun just to double check(I should of checked before I drove the car off) and there were two spot that weren't cleaned near the lower bumper which of course isn't a make or break(we're human), but those spots were pretty obvious. I def will bring my car back for my future washes as the service was solid and the system is just easy to use and flexible. read more
