I stumbled across Future Wash on Yelp and I'm very pleased with my experience. The two gentleman I spoke too, Mike and Colby, were very professional and meticulous explaining their business and how the various washes worked. They both had very positive demeanors and all my questions were answered in a very thorough manner. They were courteous and Colby was extremely meticulous with my car. My car, a 2019 Audi S3, looked amazing when it was finished. The outside was spotless and the interior was equally as pristine. I was truly impressed with the quality of work as it surpassed my expectations. I will absolutely be back, the pricing is fair and the fact they are stationed at several centrally-located areas makes it easier based on where you live. Once they are able to offer a D2C model where they come to your residence, I'll be sure to get in on that. A BMW M2 competition is on the near horizon and you can bet your 4 year vesting schedule and sweat equity at the failed startup Juicero that I will be using Future Wash again. read more

Amazing! Thank you fellow Yelpers for a great recommendation. I made an appointment for today or at least I thought I did. I sprained my ankle this weekend and my brain has been mush ever since. They nicely told me that they didn't actually have me down, but there was a cancelation and that if I could give them a little extra time they could fit me in. They texted me a little over an hour later that my car was ready and it looked amazing. It cost less than my normal place, classic car wash. On top of that, the employees were much friendlier and my car was definitely cleaner. And the best part...THEY ONLY USE ONE CUP OF WATER PER WASH! They also do an inspection with you after and informed me that I can come back within the week for any touch ups. read more

My fiancé and I are HUGE fans of Future wash!! Not only did they do a fantastic job on our cars... They're also super reliable, honest, and super efficient. Today we took both of our cars and the owner and his team really took the time to work on our cars and make them look brand new. There were a few spots on the car that the owner of the car wash couldn't get out and instead of taking advantage of us he called us right away and walked us through everything he could not get out and even adjusted the price. I went to Future Wash San Jose on Jun 5th with an appointment and I am a member. I had asked for the exterior wash with wax package but I was surprised to get a message 30 mins in that my car was ready. When i reached to pick up the car, I saw that some parts of the side doors and back door were still dirty and the cashier took a cloth and wiped it. Next day, I realized that there was a scratch at the passenger door and the entire backdoor was dirty and not wiped entirely. Ofcourse needless to say, no waxing was done. I tried calling their number but no one picked. On Jun 20th I sent an email revisiting my experience and asked the team to cancel my membership as I wasnt getting my money's worth. No response. I went ahead and removed my credit card on file. On Jul 1st, I recieve email that not only Future Wash has added my credit card back but also gone ahead and charged me for next month's membership! Such a fraudulent organization! Never going back and highly recommend others not to deal with these fraudsters!!! Based on their reply I will attach the invoice for Jun 5th and the two emails if needed. read more

I was a huge skeptic!! Until I got my car washed!! I had plans to have lunch at Mendocino Farms and decided to give them a try. I actually had called the day before just to make sure they were going to be on-site. I've been looking for a place to have my Tesla Model 3 washed since I've been hearing about Tesla's paint being "soft" and found these guys. Arrived the next day and drove up the Winchester Garage lot and saw a few signs so I knew I was in the correct place. You actually can't miss these guys. Just keep driving up the garage! I handed over my key and came back an hour later and it was all cleaned. I got both the interior/exterior cleaned and I could not have been happier! They did an excellent job!! And in case you are wondering, it must have been expensive, right!??! (considering it's on The Row!) Actually it wasn't!! The previous place that I went to was more expensive. Originally wrote a 2 star review but immediately after posting it the owner Joe called me to find out more about my experience, offer his personal apology and refunded me the entire amount of the service, which were all appreciated gestures. Can't say I was at all satisfied with today's wash, but I'm willing to give them another shot. See below for the original review - Sub par experience today. Key complaints include the following: - Purchased a 30 min interior and exterior clean. Was told I'd get a text when finished but when I didn't hear anything over an hour after it was supposed to be finished I went to check in on my car. The guy said it was all done and apologized for being backed up which is why I didn't get notified. - There were used towels on my hood and on the tires, so it didn't look done. - Tire treads still showed tons of mud and gunk. Looked as if they only cleaned the rims and put on a quick exterior dressing. - Opened the trunk, wasn't vacuumed and there was still black dirt all around the edges. They guy said sorry, he didn't have time to get to the trunk. - Pretty sloppy work in my opinion for a job that was supposed to be 30 min long and ended up taking close to 2 hours. From start to finish, 5 star service! I called to see what their availability was for a specific time later that day, and he offered me another time but that didn't work for me. So he said to still come by at the time I can come and they'll squeeze me in! And they definitely did. Colby was the main person who helped me check in and then show me the details of the car cleaning after. He gave me a discount as a first customer too! And although everything couldn't be cleaned off from the basic cleaning (needed clay bar detailing but didn't have time), he took time to show and tell me why certain things couldn't be removed. TLDR; This used to be a good car wash. Now it is overpriced, and car washing still needs to be done after paying them an arm and a leg. Also, their customer service is terrible. This USED TO BE a great car wash location, they had an excellent attendant who did a fantastic job but he seems to have left the new hires are atrocious. The first time I had a problem was about two months ago. I dropped my car off at 9 am and told them I would be back at noon. I walked over to my office building, and at 9:30 am, I received a text that it was done. This was not normal, as previously it took an hour to wash my car thoroughly, not to mention that this time it was particularly dirty since I had gotten back from a road trip. I mozy on over during my lunch break to pick up my car and ask to inspect it before leaving. Lo and behold, now I understood why it was done in only 30 minutes. Absolutely nothing was vacuumed correctly, my rugs were not wiped down, and no attention was given to "moderately difficult to reach places." I wait to speak to the manager on duty, who I later find out is Joseph Shepard, the President/ Co-founder, who berates me for asking for more attention to detail when I purchased the "lowest tier." Apologies, good sir, I did not realize that purchasing the lowest tier entitled me to a lecture on needing to pay more to get cut-rate service. After needing to listen to a monologue about how he has had a lot of turnover in staff and the economics of the company, he finally accepts that his team needs to do a better job. I told them I would return to pick up my car at 4 pm and expect a better job. When I returned, it was in a better condition but nowhere near the service I was used to. Undecided if this was a one-off or the new normal I decided to give them a second chance when they sent me a 15% discount (one can only assume this was an "I am sorry we messed up discount"). Everyone deserves a second chance, right? Wrong! I brought it in on a rainy day because when I scheduled my wash two weeks prior, there was no rain forecasted. Oh well, sometimes things happen. I drop it off at 9 am as usual and go to the office, this time not getting the finished text until 9:45 am (an improvement from last time, maybe they got wiser and waited to text me). When I left, I explicitly said I will be back to pick it up at noon (as usual), but they started spam calling me and texting me, mind you, while I was at work, that they were closing because "it is raining." I then proceed to walk over and again ask to inspect the car. Oh boy! This time they did not even try to clean the car. Turf and sand were visible throughout my car. I immediately brought this to the attendant who "washed" my car, and his only response was "ok" followed promptly by a "Can I use the credit card on file?" "Of course not, " is the only appropriate response. This was unacceptable. I then told him, "I am not paying for this type of service," and promptly left, having wholly decided that I would never return. But this was not the end of it... Three business days later, I got an email from Future Wash telling me that I missed my appointment and that I was being charged a $15 "no show fee." At the bottom of the email, it clearly stated that if I wanted to contest this, to email back, and of course, I emailed back! No response for 3 days, 5 days, a week. At this point, I decided that I had been patient enough and filed a fraud claim with my bank, which within 2 business days, settled the claim and refunds me my money. This says a lot since the bank usually takes weeks to investigate, seems like they came to a conclusion about their business practices very quickly. read more

Fantastic car wash service!!! I always do regular water wash for sedan but I was looking for a 100% hand wash for my G Wagon. They did an excellent job!! Staff were friendly and my car looks nice inside and out. Was it spotlessly perfect, no; but I wasn't expecting a $200-$300 full detailing, so I feel I got what I paid for. $30 for clean/wax (their fancy liquid does both somehow I think), clean windows inside and out, and vacuum. They give a 10% discount on first wash. When I first went on August 3rd around noon, they told me it would be 2+ hours for a drop-in. So I came back on August 10th at 12:30 with a reservation (filled out the form on their website), and actually it wasn't a whole lot less time than that, somewhere around 1 1/2 hours. So a reservation might not that necessary if you don't mind hanging around Santana Row for a while. read more

And I even had my cargo box on the roof of my car I wanted cleaned as well. I've been taking our cars to this location for several years now. The folks that check me in have always treated me extremely well; like we've known each other for years. I've never ever had a disappointing wash. They treat your vehicle with utmost respect and are always quick to correct anything they may have inadvertently missed. TLDR - They are a good option if value time, eco-friendly option, great customer service, and Tesla trusted. But the trade off is that your car won't be as clean and you may find yourself pointing out a lot of areas that need to be touched up. Your car also can't be caked in grit. I'll give them a try again in a couple of months when they work out some kinks. I think they can benefit by asking people to take the car up to the top level so the sun can help them see what needs to be touched up. _______________________________________________________ I paid $37 for an interior/exterior wash that includes door jams, tire dressings, and windows At the advice of the sales person I talked to when I went to just checked them out earlier this week, I washed off all of the grit from my Tahoe trip on the lower half of the car. Took about 20 minutes for them to do my car which is great. They text you when its ready which is nice so I just walked around Santana Row (note they have many other locations) When I came to pick up the car, the person insisted we do a walk around to make sure I'm completely satisfied. Awesome!! But the problem is that I found so many missed spots and for $37, I shouldn't have to do that. I completely get that around that price range, you may need to touch up the remaining 5% of the car to get it exactly how you'd like it, but I'd say this was more like 15%. They were super courteous and didn't give me any attitude about pointing all the spots, but still, when there are other options available at that price bracket, it only makes this a good option if you really value the customer service, the fact that they are Tesla certified, and are eco-friendly by not using water. With that said, I don't regret getting my car cleaned by them in any way because I had a busy day and my car was pretty dirty and I didn't have enough have clean micro fiber towels at home to do my own waterless car wash. read more

This is my first and last time at Futur Wash in Santana row,I arrived on time and there were some empty bottles and papers inside the vehicle. During this time the workers cleaned another vehicle that was next to me. they didn't tell me nothing before .I took things out of the vehicle and then they informed me that they could not clean the vehicle because time passed. I lost one hour from my time with them they didn't respect me.the other places if there is a few things garbage inside the car they are taking it and clean the car without any drama. Beyond amazing experience! RSVP'd online, showed up after a long road trip so my Tesla Model 3 was covered in bugs and dust. Ari (the owner) took time to explain his waterless solution, his scratch-free methodology, and overall in-depth knowledge of how to safely wash a car. He was extremely friendly and even gave us a deal on the bug cleaning since the bugs were fresh and not set-in the paint. 5 days later, I noticed some streaking remaining on the glass roof of my car, I sent an email and they quickly had me back in and touched up glass free of charge. I showed up, dropped off my car to Colby, then came back in an hour. Colby, simply put, was awesome! I think this is the best place to wash your car in San Jose. They use a waterless technique, which also waxed your car at the same time. For the price and end result, you can't beat the value. My car was as shiny as getting a 200$ detail at other places. Their technique is eco friendly and superior in my opinion. The owners are friendly and took the time to explain the process. If you own a Tesla, they might be able to wash your car while you charge. Just make sure you call them first to make sure they can do this, since they tend to get swamped with customers. Their staff took excellent care of my car. I'm meticulous about getting my car washed at businesses, since people can scratch your paint if they don't know what they're doing. I normally use hand wash two bucket method myself, but I don't always have time to wash my own car. Tip: call them to make appointments because they may not be able to take your walk ins. Tried many car washes for my Tesla and G35. This is by far the best of them. Have been going to them for the past 6 months and they have delivered a clean and professional car wash every single time. Once I had a stain left over on the door handle, called them and they were able to redo the cleaning. They have a policy of touch up(within 1 week of the wash) if something is not cleaned to expectation. This is awesome which most other car washes don't provide. The prices are also comparable to the other ones out there. I definitely would recommend this place if you love your car and want to keep it sparkling. read more
