I ordered grilled pork vermicelli and spring rolls. The spring rolls were light and refreshing the sauce was good but no peanuts in it. Which akways adds a nice crunch to a peanut sauce. The vermicelli dish was different for me here. I have always had it as a cold dish with a grilled protien. Its served with lettuce, and pickled vegetables and usually cucumbers. My dish came with hot vermicelli and everything else cold including the sauce. Threw me off. Now I have before me a warm weird dish. I am having lunch trying to keep it light. But the hot bun with cold veg and sauce was unique. I hope the best for these folks. TIP: Dont scrimp on the small stuff because the cucumbers make a dish. And where is the sambal OR chili paste on the table. For heat you only have sirracha. I love vietnamese food, Ill try again after they have been open longer to see what they have learned. read more

Was excited to find out that this Pho place has opened. Stopped in for dinner and was very pleased with the rare steak Pho. The establishment has excellent and friendly service also the restaurant was very clean and had a cool design on the interior. When I walked in there was one table with people in it. They were already served. I sat down and waited for 20 minutes. There were a couple to-go orders but not that busy. She stands there and doesn't take my order. I have come here before with an hour before closing completely dead for business and the unkempt young man whined about taking an order. I felt like I was bagging for food. I gave them a second chance and the former happened. These people are lazy and unprofessional. They will not be getting my business again. Was feeling sick a few weeks ago and ordered take out. I got the rare steak pho. Upon entering my order I phoned it in. When I came to pick up it was ready. Took it home and heated up my broth on the stove and placed my items in the bowl. The steak was great. Not a lot of fat on it and good cuts. The veggies were fresh. Only thing is I wish they would have put more hoisin in the to go bag but that's a personal choice. I would have definitely preferred to dine in for that reason only but of course wasn't feeling great. The pho made me feel better after consuming it's just what I needed. That was few months ago. Since then I've ordered twice more. One more pickup and dine in yesterday. I got the rare steak pho again which is my go to and a solid choice here and the egg rolls. The egg rolls came piping hot and crispy. Mostly pork inside and a little bit of noodle. The pho again was delicious. Solid pho choice in Henderson. read more

We just tried this place as part of their soft open with a trial menu. The menu selection is simple but it contains the perfect number and types of options. No need to complicate it. The chef is a young man and it appears his parents are helping as wait staff. They are very nice. They will have to hire professional servers if they get any busier as they will need to move a lot faster. We ordered the spring rolls which were very fresh and the sauce was outstanding. It could be a little thicker so it would stick to the spring roll as it was a bit watery. We also got the potstickers and they were also good but again the dipping sauce was watery but tasty. Sauces need to be thick enough to stick to the food but not too much that they taste starchy. Now for the pho. We got the chicken and beef. The chicken was shredded white breast meat and very fresh. The broth was beef however so the taste was a bit different than you would expect for chicken pho. It was however pretty tasty. The beef pho and beef broth was very good. Both portions were plentiful and the noodles were fresh and soft. Overall they get an A for effort and with some tweaks, this place could be the best in Vegas. read more

It smells horrible in this restaurant. It reminds me of sewage or the smell of the restroom when a toilet is clogged. I only ordered a drink. I couldn't even stomach the smell to sit down and order food. The reason that I gave this place two stars instead of one is because I actually enjoyed my tea. But I won't be returning. read more

First time here and I really can't believe that this place isn't packed with people, this is definitely our new best pho restaurant. We have tried many pho places in Las Vegas, Hawaii and even in Washington state but this to me is the best I've ever had. This place is clean and lots of tables and the staff is nice. We had the shrimp spring rolls first, that sauce is amazing, you can probably put it on a salad and it would be awesome. Then we had the combination pho, the broth was tasty, tendon was melt in the mouth, the tripe was delicious the meat and meatballs were soft and tender. Then we had the grilled pork with vermicelli, that pork is delicious and tender, its marinated in a special sauce told to us by the chef himself. he is young but man he can cook, he is still working on a permanent menu and I can't wait to try more items.
