The pho is 2 stars but I'm going to give this place 3 stars for the exceptional service and the egg rolls for being the highlight of our lunch. There were a few things about the combo pho that really stood out to me. First, the soup wasn't very flavorful, even after all the garnishes. Second, the soup wasn't very hot, that the brisket wasn't really cooking until I had to sink to the bottom so that it would cook. Third, the steak was very tough and dry. Overall, the meats were on the lower quality side, which was disappointing especially since $17.99 seems to be the going rate for a combo pho with decent meat quality. Sadly, I don't think I'd come back here for pho the next time I'm in Vegas. read more

My friends and I came here for dinner and enjoyed some delicious PHO. We did have to wait awhile before we got our food as well as when we were paying. I ordered the Spicy Beef Noodle soup which was delicious and spicy. The quality of the food for the quantity of the food is affordable. The beef was flavorful and tender and the jalapeños packed some heat. The restauraunt was clean and there are plenty of places to sit. I would say this place has one of the best sandwiches in town, particularly cold cut special sandwich (Bánh Mì Thịt Nguội / Bánh Mì Đặc Biệt). It's not too common for a restaurant to have this as an option either! It's one of the more traditional types of Vietnamese sandwich and has Vietnamese style cold cuts/deli meat and pâté. The sandwiches are always super fresh and are a good portion size. The baguette is always super light, crispy, and fresh. I've also tried the grilled pork sandwich and it's also very good. The meat is super flavorful, tender, and fresh. The veggies inside the sandwich make it a great meal. I always make a point to stop you when I'm on this side of town. The service is always super friendly and there's plenty of seating. It's in order building, but seems clean inside. Came here for lunch two days ago. It is a solid pho place outside of the strip. The price is a little high but you do get a huge bowl of pho. Broth is very flavorful you can taste the herbs and spices and it's served very hot. Meat is cooked well, decent portions. They also give chili flakes sauce which is nice. Bathroom is a little dirty. The waitress was very friendly and eager to please. The staff was quick to serve water and handout utensils. They check on you and ask in a pleasant way if everything is ok. It was still hot when I reached the house and had everything I ordered packaged up nicely. I didn't find the broth to be as rich and it lacked the umami I am used to getting in other pho restaurants. I like how they gave you a big jar of water. We came from San Diego and Vietnamese and I would give this restaurant 9/10. Today my coffee was about $7 and I tried to pay in quarters that I had already organized. The employee refused service and said I had to pay with a card or cash because she didn't want to count the change, even though I offered to count it out myself. When I mentioned that if they don't accept change as payment I should probably let Yelp know, she suddenly said "wait, it's okay" and brought another employee over who said it was fine. It's been tough finding a good Vietnamese restaurant in town and this might be the best effort so far. This restaurant is located in a sketchy plaza but at least has plenty of windows facing the parking lot, and is very conveniently located near the airport. I'm not a big fan of pho so I usually order rice plates (pictured) and spring rolls, and theirs were pretty good. Other members of my party got the pho and liked it. Service was fast, although the restaurant was nearly empty when we went for dinner. I recently visited with my best friend, Jinny and we were greeted by their super friendly staff. Chris was our server. We also met the owner, Cathy. They were so welcoming and Chris knew everything about the menu. We ordered a ton of food and everything was incredible. We had spring rolls to start, their beef and egg rice plate, the pork sandwich, and 3 different types of Pho. Our favorite was definitely #19 Bun Bo Hue! It had thick noodles with a spicy pork and beef broth. We'll def be coming back for another bowl of this! We also tried their Thai Tea and their Pickled Plum Soda. The Thai Tea was nice and sweet and the plum soda was good but really sour. I love sour drinks so it was perfect for me, but I can see it not being for everyone. I can't tell you how the food was but I can tell you about sitting in the dining room And getting forgotten about multiple times, then finding out my order was never put in. It didn't cost anything except two Lyft rides and having to rush to the airport in an empty stomach. Perfect for the cold. It's our last day in Vegas and wanted pho. Searched up this place and it didn't disappoint. Lots of parking. We were seated quickly. Love that they leave a pitcher of water to refill your own drink. Service was quick and amazing they checked on us to see if we needed anything else. We ordered pho and it was delicious I didn't need to add anything to it thr broth was perfect. The only thing is if you don't eat veggies like my husband then you will need to tell them beforehand bc the pho comes with all the Mint/Basil and sprouts in the bowl instead on the side.
