Terrible service and a manager that would rather lie then fix the problem. I placed an online order at 5:45 for pickup at 6:45 PM on 6/8. I went in about 5 minutes early to check in and the man with the manager key card ask for my name and I gave it to him. He then went and looked and said that it was not ready yet. (Not a lie but half truth.) At 6:59 PM I went up and asked the man how the process worked if the order was started at 6:45 or was it suppose to be ready at 6:45 and he started to wax about how there was a dinner rush. I get it and I am not unsympathetic. (This was a lie) I waited another 15 minute and talked to another employee a lady this time who went and hunted down my order and stated it had never been printed out. (The lie exposed) Had the manager man done his job this could have been caught sooner and you would still have a customer. This is the second time it has happened at this location so shame on me. We are very uncomfortable with how your business treats customers for catering and events. We came in and spoke with someone in person 3 times over the last 6 months and spoke with people over the phone a minimum of 4 times, each time stressing where the reception would be held and bringing a copy of our order and we were told each time it would not be an issue but that our order would not actually be taken until about 2 weeks out. The fact that we were then told 3 weeks out that the distance was an issue and we couldn't have all the available options which we wanted is very unprofessional and frustrating. Not to mention the $100 delivery fee that was tacked on to the 2 options you did offer. This has caused unnecessary stress and chaos just before our wedding wish could have been avoided had you and your staff communicated correctly one of the 7+ times we were told there would be no issue fulfilling our order. Again highly disappointed in the lack of care and customer service with this company, and we will no longer be dining or using Fuzzy's and we hope that you don't put anyone else through this nightmare in the future. read more

I have heard they had good food so me and my girlfriend went to get burritos. We both got the beef burrito but when we took a bite it was only guacamole and tomato. I mean can't really expect much when you have a bunch of young people who are there just for a check. I can get it if your busy and overwhelmed but for you as a person in the serving industry to blatantly mess up not one but two orders and say it's ok to eat. She tried to convince us that we were not allowed to consume a single Margarita unless we secured a ride share. Food was not very good either. Love the decor of this place so upbeat and alive all the time. The Sopapillas they have are by far my favorite off their menu. They have so many amazing people who will take care of you. After a long wait which I am okay with the current Covid stuff going on. What I am not okay with is cold food which means it sat around while I was waiting patiently for my food. When I returned the nachos my daughter ordered they said the best they could do was put it in the microwave. This is after it came to our table and my girl had taken a bite. Food is great! Service is awful at this location. Note to management... TRAIN YOUR BAR STAFF! First off the lady who has tattoos up her neck needs a belt. Showing her full ass at the bar when she bends over regularly is disgusting. There was two bar tenders both were awful. The chick was way better than the dude. It wasn't the rush either it was 3pm on a Saturday. Bar was semi full. When we walked in the whole one side had dirty plates and empty drinks still sitting there. We sat down and were ignored for about 5 minutes before we had to beg the bar keep to first get us beers and second could you clean the bar? He only cleaned in front of us and left dirty plates and drinks and nasty stuff on the bar on both sides of us. Then about 5 minutes later of being ignored we had to beg for food. When he brought the food our drinks were empty and he sat our food down while taking to someone else and ignored our empty cups. Had to beg for a refill. PATHETIC It was the worst service ever received. Do better! We will stick to the Parker location, we don't have to beg for food and drinks there. I placed an order online, it said I would be ready at 1:30, and to go straight to the order pickup and let them know you have an order. I walked in at 1:32 and there is no order window or register. I stood at the only open register the two girls looked at me, then went back to belong the huge line they had. Totally ignored I walked to the bar and asked the bar tender where to go for a online order. He looked confused and said they usually put them up on the counter then went back to pouring drinks... I sat for about 5-10 minutes when the girl from the register walked over to pour a drink, I told her I am waiting on an online order and she told me to go over to the winder register and they would help me.... I wasted over and the only window I saw was the expediting window where the servers grab the food for dine in... I stood at the register confused and asked her again where I am supposed to go.. she got frustrated and gasped and asked what the name was, walked over the to expediting window and grabbed my bag and handed it to me. No customer service what so ever. It was then I decided not to eat here again, and I hadn't even tried the food. With that bad taste in my mouth I looked at my fish tacos, the corn tortilla was raw, the grilled pineapple wasn't grilled, the tacos were barely comparable to del taco, for the price you're better off going there. Hard to imagine coming back. I've been in a few times and like the prices. Stopped by tonight and stood at the bar for almost 15 minutes to get a beer. The third person I asked finallynserved me one and I opened a tab. Then I ordered 2 more (1 for a friend). After 30 minutes I asked for my tab so I could get a few beers and some food. Lots of turnover in restaurants in this area and that's a pretty nice location. I'd encourage the owners to sell or rebrand as soon as possible. read more

Not only was the service tonight 12/22 kinda disappointing for being at a new location, the food was also a huge disappointment. Please be warned not to eat at this location! I am currently typing this review from the toilet because my chicken quesadilla ran right through me (if you know what I mean). This result is more than I could've fathomed given my experience tonight. I've been to Fuzzy's Tempe, AZ multiple times and always loved it. Tonight I ordered a chicken quesadilla and when it was ready I was SHOCKED to see this was what they served me. There was really no cheese to my quesadilla, or any sides like pico, sour, or guac provided - I was expecting the same bomb quesadilla I've had lots of times before in Tempe. What can I say? I was disappointed. So naturally, I addressed the manager (which I hate doing I work in food service) and said something along the lines of, 'hey I've been to Fuzzy's before in Tempe and I've never been served a quesadilla that looks like this, there's like no cheese on this, no sides..?' And straight up, the manger girl (blonde hair with blue crackhead tips) looks me dead in the eye and she says to me, 'well that's the normal amount of cheese, so what do you want me to do about it???' I was dumbfounded. I was obviously disappointed with my meal that I paid $11 for and that was her response. So I looked at her and said, 'are you serious? That is your response?' And she says, 'well do you want me to remake it??????' (Lots of sass here guys) and I look her dead in the eye, blink, and then walk away and eat my cruddy chicken and stale tortilla in silence... @Fuzzy's corporate, you should clean house at this location, because on top of poor management, I don't think the kitchen is washing their hands. Just to put two and two together; I am now glued to my toilet... I can surely say I'll never visit a Fuzzy's Tacos again, and neither should you. Unless you want to have to replace your plumbing. Since it was National Taco Day yesterday, we ordered based off the $1.50 special they were having on select Tacos (a steal! ). Ordered 4 brisket, 4 breakfast brisket, and 2 chicken tacos, as well as their butt burning sauce (is that what its called? ) for curbside pickup. When we got home, noticed that the order was pretty screwed up- only received 2 brisket tacos, 4 chicken tacos, and no sauce, napkins, etc. and none of the tacos were labeled (maybe that is standard? I ate here previously and it was OK, nothing great, but nothing bad. Its a Saturday noon, very limited number of people coming in. I order 2 tacos and potato side, get my buzzer, and sit facing the food counter. At about 1145, they place what looks like my order on the counter. The guy in charge proceeds to fill a variety of other orders, out-take and in house lunches. After about 10 minutes, he is clearing a variety of other orders, including several people who came in 5 minutes or more after me, with the order on the counter, glaringly obvious, ignored and cooling. After almost 15 minutes of it sitting there, he goes thru the handful of receipts in his hand, transponds to my buzzer to come pick up my food. Its the tray sitting there for almost 15 minutes! I check it, its all cold, I ask why he could not just get it to me when it came in, he tells me "I didn't have your order." Meaning he missed it in the short stack of receipts in his hand, or the pay entry did not put it in order as it was entered. I point out it was sitting there in front for nearly 15 minutes, did he not notice it? He gets really irritated at me. I tell him I did not pay for cold food, after feeling the cold potatoes, he hands it back to the cooks, they replace the potatoes and do nothing about the cold tacos, which I then have to eat cold. I ask him for some salt and salsa for my food (Fuzzy does not provide any real or decent salsa, just some packets far below even Taco Bell). The guy takes a couple of minutes before he returns with 2 packets of really crappy salsa and some packets of salt, and with a display of clear irritation, dumps it on my table. Now I used to work restaurants and food services in my youth. If you goof, you own the goof you made, its yours, no one else, you do not blame or take it out on the customers. I should have called the manager and made an issue, instead, I just ate my cold tacos, cleaned up and left. Fuzzy aspires, like several other "boutique Taquerias" to getting a sporting crowd as customers. They miss the point that good food and service is the way to do it. read more

I have been to several Fuzzy's throughout the city. I know This one just recently opened but this is the worst experience I have had at one! I also understand I went I. At 7 am as well. To start the cashier couldn't get our order correct. Not sure if it was due to lack of training or just lack of caring. Once our order was placed (2 breakfast burritos and one taco) roughly 30-40 min later our food arrived. It was disgusting to start the bacon looked like it was just cut up and slapped in our food. It was beyond under cooked. Which I find hard to believe since it had taken 30-40 min to get our food. The scrambled eggs in our food was over cooked and I know this isn't a big thing but it appeared as if a two year old was learning how to wrap a burrito. For Pete sake take pride In yourself and take pride the product you put out. The manager who was the highlight of our trip was apologetic and tried his best to make things right and offered to remake our food for us. We declined because we were already running late for work. He kindly refunded our money and provided us with a gift card asking us to please give them another try. This was a clear lack of training and overall caring about yourself and job that you do. I've been driving past this place on my way home from work for many months now. Finally stopped by tonight to try it out. I'm vegetarian so I ordered 2 grilled veggie corn tacos, and two bean burritos for my daughter. The food came out within 5 minutes which was nice since it was a to-go order. Drove in my car the 15 minutes home and when I opened the bag, I noticed I only had one burrito instead of the two I paid for. That was the first bad mark for them. Second is that the two veggie tacos were extremely tiny for $3 a piece. 4 bites and your done! The flavor was pretty good but honestly not filling enough. I'm too lazy to call them up and let them know they failed to put the additional burrito in the bag for my daughter and I doubt I will ever go back.. read more

Had to check out Fuzzys as I know they are popping up all over. The house margarita was decent at a decent price, but the food was lackluster. Maybe it was my expectations; however when I ordered nachos I had this queso cheese which must've come out of a bag. I felt like I was eating 7-Eleven nachos except with white queso. My husband had a burrito and he was not impressed either. Maybe their tacos are better but we won't be going back to find out. read more
